It is a pretty villa, relaxing and with great sea views of Tropea's sea and Eolie's islands. This stylish villa very new and includes full air conditioning, a smart and well-equipped kitchen with a sofa bed for 2, one shower room, one bedroom and one comfortable sofa bed for two persons. Fireplace. There are 1000mq of panoramic gardens with area bbq, infinity pool, wood-burning brick oven 'PIZZA', one solarium, and sunbed. The location is quiet and very near the centre and the sea, with all amenities within a short walk. The sea from the villa is just a 15-minute walk and the centre is 10 minutes walk. From the harbour of Tropea, there is a ship every day to the Eolies'island. There is parking below the villa but a car is not necessary to see all that Tropea offers. In all, this is an excellent, central, family holiday villa, and we have many testimonials - please ask. Airport Transfers cost 80€ and basic grocery packs (at cost) may be provided by arrangement. The villa is a semi-detached house situated on a hill, overlooking Tropea and the sea. This villa has a large living/dining area, with a dining table and chairs, armchair, double sofa bed, stereo, and well-stocked bookshelves. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas cooker, and an oven and there is a WC/utility downstairs. It has both air-conditioning and central heating. Internet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Two double bedrooms with double beds and one twin bedroom with single beds, a sofa bed in the living room, and two bathrooms one with a shower and one with a washing machine. There is also a shared well-stocked garden, with a patio, flowers, and trees. There are chairs and a table for outside dining, bbq, wood-burning brick oven "PIZZA", we have old spring water. Tropea itself is a small coastal town with many great restaurants, a beautiful beach and lots todo and see. Having been to other parts of Italy before, I would highly recommend Calabria as a destination."

Villa Braghò in Tropea is unique unto itself since it is set in 3.8 hectares of a splendid mature Mediterranean garden whist still being a part of the town centre. One side of the garden is bounded by an orange grove which envelops the whole in fragrance in the spring. The villa has a private swimming pool behind a lemon tree hedge. A number of mature bougainvilleas add their beauty to the garden as do a large Peruvian pepper tree and four immense Italian stone pines also called parasol pines.

The two-storey villa is furnished with antique furniture and quality ceramic floors. Of noteworthy interest is an old floor by Vietri whose colours recall the sea around Tropea. The ground floor holds the entrance hall, the drawing room, the dining room, the kitchen, laundry and larder. The first floor has two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa also has a pretty annex with a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen overlooking a spacious independent terrace. The villa sleeps six people. There is an ample parking area inside the property.

- "Everything about Villa Braghò was magical, from the moment our host Ginevra greeted us until we finally had to say goodbye. The house itself is lovely, with large rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. There are two tables – one for four and one for six – just outside the kitchen doors for family dining on a lovely covered patio, making eating in as enjoyable as going out. The enormous grounds are nothing less than stunning and beautifully maintained by the charming gardener, who is there most days. The huge pool is sparklingly inviting and there is comfortable patio furniture as well as big umbrellas of the sort usually seen in top hotels. The house was kept immaculately clean by Mima, who came in twice a week. It is just a short walk into Tropea, a very lively town with countless restaurants, bars and shops and the beaches are amongst the most beautiful in Italy. But best of all was the charm of our host. She lives in a small property adjacent to the main house and is always on hand to answer any questions you may have. She was kind enough to take us to some of her favourite food shops and give us many recommendations for restaurants and daytime activities. We have no hesitation in whole-heartedly recommending this property."

House situated on two levels with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with sofa bed, garden with barbecue and outdoor shower, located in a tourist complex with a short swimming pool and spa. It is 500 meters from the town center and the sea. It equipped with air conditioning, wi fi, and free parking. And 'newly built and has a completely new modern and functional furniture.

We were promised a pool with the complex and wifi. We have neither and they were key reasons to our choise and this is really false advertising. We have written several times about this and tried to Call all the awailable numbers - with no response. The garden was overgrown and my mum spend two hours working with removing the weed before we could use it. When anything is on same time as dishwasher the power is out. This we were not warned about and it was not told that the main was placed in the parkingbasement. And to top it all the neighbours were loud until 5 in the morning, preventing us from sleeping. Not very Nice when travelling with a one year old. Really I feel that we were promised and have payed for more than we got."
