Perched on a high cliff at the tip of Capo Vaticano, this unique property is located in a gated compound where nature has been preserved from the over-construction that plagues much of the Italian coast. There is a beautiful pool available for use by people staying at the villa and is situated directly above the villa a few steps away. See photos and video. The pool has powerful jacuzzi jets, and an overhead neck massage waterfall, and is positioned on the residence with a panoramic view across the sea towards Stromboli and the sunset. The pool is never very busy and often you may enjoy the facility for yourself. Please note, the communal pool is unheated and so is only open for guest use during the months of June - September (subject to covid restrictions).

The villa has a washing machine available in the utility room next to the kitchen.
If you would like an extra clean or linen and towel change during your stay, this is available at an extra charge.
There is unlimited wifi usage at the villa.
A baby cot and high chair are available on request, at an additional cost of €30 per week.

It is a pretty villa, relaxing and with great sea views of Tropea's sea and Eolie's islands. This stylish villa very new and includes full air conditioning, a smart and well-equipped kitchen with a sofa bed for 2, one shower room, one bedroom and one comfortable sofa bed for two persons. Fireplace. There are 1000mq of panoramic gardens with area bbq, infinity pool, wood-burning brick oven 'PIZZA', one solarium, and sunbed. The location is quiet and very near the centre and the sea, with all amenities within a short walk. The sea from the villa is just a 15-minute walk and the centre is 10 minutes walk. From the harbour of Tropea, there is a ship every day to the Eolies'island. There is parking below the villa but a car is not necessary to see all that Tropea offers. In all, this is an excellent, central, family holiday villa, and we have many testimonials - please ask. Airport Transfers cost 80€ and basic grocery packs (at cost) may be provided by arrangement. The sunset and sun rises were the best I have ever seen. It was a 30-minute drive to Tropea to enjoy shopping and tourism. It was an hour to Reggio Calabria airport and the ferry to Sicily. Let me tell you about the host, Mrs. Jole! We missed our connecting flight and had to wait 7 hours for the next flight. We were extremely late checking in. It was 1AM before we got to the villa. We called Mrs. Jole and she graciously was there to meet within minutes. She was accompanied by her lovely daughter who helped translate to English. They were both so warm and inviting and we felt like we were visiting family. She explained a few things about the villa and told us call her if we needed anything. The weather was hot but the villa had the best AC! We felt safe and comfortable, and it was so quiet and tranquil. We will be back!"
