Perched on a high cliff at the tip of Capo Vaticano, this unique property is located in a gated compound where nature has been preserved from the over-construction that plagues much of the Italian coast. There is a beautiful pool available for use by people staying at the villa and is situated directly above the villa a few steps away. See photos and video. The pool has powerful jacuzzi jets, and an overhead neck massage waterfall, and is positioned on the residence with a panoramic view across the sea towards Stromboli and the sunset. The pool is never very busy and often you may enjoy the facility for yourself. Please note, the communal pool is unheated and so is only open for guest use during the months of June - September (subject to covid restrictions).

The villa has a washing machine available in the utility room next to the kitchen.
If you would like an extra clean or linen and towel change during your stay, this is available at an extra charge.
There is unlimited wifi usage at the villa.
A baby cot and high chair are available on request, at an additional cost of €30 per week.

It is a pretty villa, relaxing and with great sea views of Tropea's sea and Eolie's islands. This stylish villa very new and includes full air conditioning, a smart and well-equipped kitchen with a sofa bed for 2, one shower room, one bedroom and one comfortable sofa bed for two persons. Fireplace. There are 1000mq of panoramic gardens with area bbq, infinity pool, wood-burning brick oven 'PIZZA', one solarium, and sunbed. The location is quiet and very near the centre and the sea, with all amenities within a short walk. The sea from the villa is just a 15-minute walk and the centre is 10 minutes walk. From the harbour of Tropea, there is a ship every day to the Eolies'island. There is parking below the villa but a car is not necessary to see all that Tropea offers. In all, this is an excellent, central, family holiday villa, and we have many testimonials - please ask. Airport Transfers cost 80€ and basic grocery packs (at cost) may be provided by arrangement. Villa Michaela is located in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of Capo Vaticano.
From the veranda there is a breathtaking view of the blue sea and the Calabrian coast and, on clear days, one can see Mount Etna in Sicily and the Gulf of Gioia Tauro across from it. The villa is ideal for couples or families who want to have a relaxing holiday in a private setting. It can accommodate 8 people.

The veranda leads into the main living area which has a couch, TV, and kitchen with dining table. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 have en-suite bathrooms. The veranda has a big couch, 2 armchairs, a hammock, and a big wooden dining table. There is also a beautiful view of the Straight of Messina.

There is a separate guesthouse with double bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
The villa is fully furnished and has all amenities, from an ironing board to a coffee machine, to make our guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. Wi-Fi is available inside the villa and in the garden too. In the garden, there is a barbecue and a ping-pong table.
The brand new infinity saltwater swimming pool is filtered and cleaned with salt.

The villa overlooks the Sea, beaches and the Aeolian islands. Sicily is an hour drive.

The communal pool (for residents only) is equipped with jet streams, Pelikaan and children's pool.

The beautiful beach of Zambrone is only a few minutes away from the villa. It is your view from the villa.

The town of Tropea is about 15 minutes drive away and is built on an 80 meter high rock above a beautiful beach. Tropea is known and loved by the Italians and tourists and has many restaurants and shops.

The airport "Lamezia Terme" is 45 minutes away and can be reached via various (low-cost) airlines.
