The terraced Villa Bougainvillea is located in a spacious, exclusive ground on a steep south-facing slope. Inside the fenced 3000 sqm property there is parking space for two cars. Outside, on the street, is enough space for further cars.

The Villa comprises three levels: the main house and two apartment levels. You have the possibility to rent the Villa for 4, 6 or 8 people (9 upon request). Even renting the Villa for fewer people, you rent the Villa exclusively. The perfect privacy is guaranted.

In the main house there are two bedrooms with king-size beds, individual bathrooms, a spacious living room, a guest toilet, a fully equipped new kitchen, the dining room, a shady patio and the panoramic terrace. A new staircase into the garden was built 2023. From the panoramic terrace you can enjoy a stunning view of the Mediterranean sea, the bay of Naxos and Mt. Etna. The evening offers a fascinating panorama of lights.

On the middle-level and pool-level are two beautiful apartments with 2 double beds, individual bathrooms and small living rooms. Access to the apartments is either by the central or by the side open stairs.

The pool (~11.5 x 4,5 m) is located on the lowest level and is well protected from prying eyes due to its location.

Villa Calipso was built (in its central body) in the early 1800s; it has undergone successive expansions and restored about 20 years ago. The house is located on two floors: on the ground floor there is a large living room with corner sofa, television area, wood-burning fireplace, further sofa overlooking Etna. There is also the dining room with a large table in fine wood with 8 seats; this communicates with a study with library and piano. Finally there is a large kitchen equipped with every comfort and furnishings, equipped with all the main (large and small) appliances; the cooking area is characterized by 5 burners (one with high performance) and a comfortable and large gas oven. The living area leads to an area characterized by an internal laundry room, pantry, closet and a large bathroom with corner bath. The living area overlooks a large patio with outdoor sofa area and a wonderful view of the Alcantara valley and Etna. The kitchen leads to a large outdoor area where there is a 10-seater table, outdoor sofas and a charcoal BBQ area. The garden is about 2500 square meters with many ornamental plants and some citrus trees (of the quality of the famous red tarot) and prickly pears; there are 4 old olive trees. The garden is mostly located on the slope overlooking the Alcantaa valley and Etna; it is divided into several levels and is particularly well-kept. In the kitchen area there is a children's area with a tree house and a swing. The swimming pool area is large with fine outdoor furniture; there is a dressing area with bathroom and outdoor shower with hot water. The swimming pool is large (6 x12 m) with an area of maximum depth of 2.80 and one of less than 1 meter; the swimming pool has a filtering system without the use of chemicals. The swimming pool has a characteristic stepped edge. The pool area is accessed from multiple angles; the most striking is characterized by a very large scenic staircase. In the upper part of the garden there is a wrought iron gazebo that looks directly onto the Etna side; another gazebo is present on the poolside. In the garden there is an "annex" characterized by a double bed and a bathroom. Access to the Villa is very convenient with an internal brick-paved road and parking for two cars. This part of the garden has a large lawn and on the back wall of the house there is an ancient ceramic representing S. Giorgio protector of Castelmola.

It is an ancient mansion just a few minutes walk from the historic center, surrounded by an ancient peaceful garden of 3000m2 with centuries-old trees, Mediterranean vegetation and dry stone walls.

The house, both for its thick walls and because it is surrounded by greenery, is cool and breezy. From the main road you can get there by climbing stairs (first a series of 21 steps 7x3) then along an avenue that climbs between lemons, jacaranda and jasmine (1 or 2 steps every 3-4 meters).

The property does not have a lift. To reach the front door you need to take the stairs outdoors. On the first floor, again by stairs, there are situated our apartments, while on the second and last floor there are situated the double rooms.

Check In can be done from 3 pm. Check Out must be made no later than 11 am. There will be a tolerance of 15 minutes to leave the room, after which 50 will be charged from the credit card entered at the time of booking. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in all common areas and inside the rooms. It is allowed only in rooms with balcony or terrace, ONLY outside. Otherwise, a penalty will be charged from the credit card entered at the time of booking. It is strictly forbidden to enter external people who have not been identified at check in through an identity document. There are no times to be respected for returning at night, we just ask you not to make noise out of respect for the other guests present in the structure.

We had a bit of trouble learning how to use the amenities but the host was patient and totally helpful and responsive by text in spite of the fact he had just come down with flu. Villa Oasis stands within a beautiful and Sunny property, perfect for those who love nature. Immersed in its peaceful and unspoiled countryside, with the green of olive, mulberry and oak trees, the house will welcome you to a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.

The house is located on the beautiful and harmonious hills of Savoca countryside, in the suburb of the ancient Casalvecchio, a few kilometers from Taormina. An idyllic location for couples and families (recommended for children at least 4 years).

Privacy and relax reign supreme in this place. You can only hear singing birds and cricket and you can enjoy the silence and the sun of Sicily. From All Properties You can see Mount Etna and a breathtaking sunset. On Hill pristine Behind the house it’s always nice to get lost looking for oregano, asparagus and wild plants.

The exterior is a natural oasis of ancient olive and mulberry trees. The house is completely surrounded by a furnished terrace with tables and chairs and sitting in the shade of the trees. It is also equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue corner: our guests love to cook meat and eat under the stars.

Besides enjoying the beauty of nature that surrounds the house, you can not love the pool - 6 meters wide, 12 meters long, deep between 1.30 to 2.50 meters - and the beautiful terrace equipped with every comfort: chairs deckchairs, sun beds and umbrellas, outdoor shower and relaxation area in the shade of an oak tree.

Villa Oasis is a stone farmhouse dating back to 1930, renovated with taste and attention to detail and a refined rustic style that exudes an atmosphere of ancient times. The villa has two entrances: one from the kitchen and one from the living room. The country-style kitchen opens onto a large dining area with a large rectangular table with 10 seats and a corner fireplace. Alongside the kitchen, there is a bathroom with shower. The large window in the living room is the second entrance to the house. Connected to the dining area by a brick arch, the room is large and bright; it is decorated in a modern Mediterranean style and has a 42 inch tv and three comfortable sofas.

The first floor is a lovely attic with 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds, both with air conditioning. The master bedroom is on the lower floor: with its large ancient walls it is naturally cooled. The furniture is a mix of Sicilian and contemporary style, well finished and with attention to detail. All rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything necessary. Inside the house you will experience a warm feeling of pleasure and well-being.

Villa Oasis is located away from traffic and noise. The nearest village, Casalvecchio, has a pharmacy, a tobacconist, two butchers, two small grocery and a bar where you can enjoy the wonderful Sicilian granitas, croissants and pastries. The location is strategic to reach Savoca, Forza d'Agro, Letojanni, Giardini Naxos and Taormina.

NB: we emphasize that Villa Oasis is in the countryside, but it is not completely isolated, indeed there are some nearby properties inhabited by peasants. This area is very quiet, as the whole area of Taormina, among the safest in Italy.
