The house is located on two floors: on the ground floor there is a large living room with corner sofa, television area, wood-burning fireplace, further sofa overlooking Etna. The property does not have a lift. To reach the front door you need to take the stairs outdoors. On the first floor, again by stairs, there are situated our apartments, while on the second and last floor there are situated the double rooms.

Check In can be done from 3 pm. Check Out must be made no later than 11 am. There will be a tolerance of 15 minutes to leave the room, after which 50 will be charged from the credit card entered at the time of booking. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in all common areas and inside the rooms. It is allowed only in rooms with balcony or terrace, ONLY outside. Otherwise, a penalty will be charged from the credit card entered at the time of booking. It is strictly forbidden to enter external people who have not been identified at check in through an identity document. There are no times to be respected for returning at night, we just ask you not to make noise out of respect for the other guests present in the structure.

We had a bit of trouble learning how to use the amenities but the host was patient and totally helpful and responsive by text in spite of the fact he had just come down with flu.
