Our stunning 230m² villa, designed by an architect, is situated on the beautiful Sicilian beach of Mongiove (Patti-Messina). The villa offers an exceptional view of the Aeolian Islands (Vulcano, Stromboli, Lipari, Panarea, Salina, Alicudi, and Filicudi). What makes it unique is its direct access to the beach and sea. From our terrace-garden, you only need to step onto the sand to enjoy the beautiful Sicilian beach.

The 230m² house is spread over three floors. The ground floor features a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, all surrounded by a large terrace-garden filled with plants and flowers, making it the perfect spot for lunch and dinner while watching the summer sunset. The first and second floors, also surrounded by terraces, house the bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with an additional bathroom.

On the first floor, you will find two master bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, as well as a single bedroom. The second floor includes another master bedroom and a room with three single beds, completing the villa.

You will be conveniently located between the two main Sicilian airports: Catania and Palermo, both about an hour and a half drive away. This prime location makes it easy to explore our beautiful island, with destinations such as Taormina, Cefalú, Milazzo, Palermo, Catania, and Siracusa all within easy reach by car. For hiking enthusiasts, the Nebrodi and Madonie mountains, as well as Etna, Europe’s largest volcano (over 3300 meters high), are also nearby.

If you wish to spend a weekend in the charming mountain village of Isnello, we also have some apartments there and can arrange a special offer. Mongiove is a peaceful fishing village where you will find the tranquility and relaxation everyone deserves during a holiday. It is also famous for its "Grotte," small beaches formed among the rocks and reefs of Monte Giove (Mountain of Mongiove), easily accessible with a 5-10 minute walk along the beach.

A few restaurants and bars, as well as a Lido, can be found in Mongiove. However, in just a 5-minute drive, you can reach Patti and Patti Marina, both filled with small bars and restaurants.

Dwelling dating back to the early 1900s located on the promenade of Patti Marina a few steps from the beach and the town center where there are shops, bars and other commercial activities. The internal surface, arranged over 2 floors, is about 200 square meters and can comfortably accommodate 4 + 2 people.
Recently renovated, it has a particular Sicilian majolica flooring and is finely furnished with everything that can make you "feel at home".
The entrance opens into a large living room with TV and a comfortable conversation area furnished with two sofas and a splendid fireplace. The entire space is illuminated by three French windows through which you can directly access the large sea view terrace overlooking the internal garden.
The pergola-covered terrace allows you to relax, even in the hottest hours, while sipping a good glass of wine.

The local beach - a 1min stroll from the villa is quiet and the water was crystal clear. wonderful for a swim. But gravel rather than sand so less good for sun bathing. The garden of the villa is a beautiful sun trap. Patti has a small range of shops and restaurants. It’s a great base to explore NE Sicily. Tindari was out favourite - a well preserved Ancient Greek village in spectacular setting. Just 15 mins drive from the villa. We loved the villa - it’s old and traditionally furnished. Beautiful tiles, lovely old furniture. Just like the photos. Some bits of the villa were closed off but that was not a problem. Our host was Mary who was super helpful. Everything worked fine. Overall would definitely recommend for a quiet relaxing stay by the sea."
