One of the four courtyards leads first to a room and two other bathrooms serving the pool area, then right to the garden equipped with a 13x7m swimming pool with hydromassage, with blue beds for lying down and sunbathing comfortably, a gazebo where you can if necessary, have lunch or dinner or even talk, and many games to entertain the children both inside the pool and outside on the lawn, with inflatables, mattresses and sports accessories.

Impressive and wonderful villa with a swimming pool, a courtyard and wide spaces. It is the ideal place for groups.
It is a majestic facility dating back to the first years of the nineteenth century. Today it shows all its magnificence thanks to an accurate and meticulous renovation of all its original parts including the garden. Owing to the numerous tall trees that have been planted (carob trees, olive trees, palm trees and some other varieties of ornamental plants) the place has regained its ancient splendour.
At the entrance of the patio there is a wonderful flight of steps that leads to the solarium and to the swimming pool surrounded by date palm trees and oleanders. The swimming pool, with massaging water jets, is heated with solar panels, the water has a constant temperature of 28/29 degrees. At the back of the swimming pool there is a large patio with a well equipped kitchen, a large lunch table and a living area with a fireplace, some sofas and armchairs. Behind the courtyard there is the ancient stone patio called ″baglio″ surrounded by the suites and the ancient villa.
All the rooms have got centralized air conditioning system, but the temperature can be varied according to one's own needs. In the ″baglio″ there are many fresh and private places where you can spend a part of the day in the shadow of the wonderful vegetation surrounding the different courtyards.
A young janitor lives by the house, in a separate place on his own. His discrete presence is essential to keep the place, the garden and the swimming pool in working order. He can solve little problems and, upon request, he can make breakfast.

Very clean, with a nice secluded garden and parking on the premise. The two main bedrooms have A/C and good, comfortable beds. The kitchen is a bit small but with all the good restaurants around we did not cook very much anyway. Giorgia is very nice and helpful, contact was quite uncomplicated. Casa del sole is also a good base if you want to visit Ragusa Ibla, Noto or Scicli."

Not far from the magic of historic cities of Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Noto, Siracusa, ( Unesco heritage ), and the evocative castle of Donnafugata.
The villa, built in 1860, has been recently restored preserving all the original charm of a nineteenth-century villa. Ideal for families and groups of friends, it is the perfect place for those who want a holiday in harmony with nature, in total relax, close to the sea and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto.
The villa consists of seven large rooms of charm, including two luxury suites, a dining room with equipped kitchen, swimming pool with night lighting, large furnished solarium, large green area with BBQ and a panoramic terrace where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets with the sea on the horizon.
All rooms overlook the “baglio” and are equipped with every comfort: charming furnishings, TV, air conditioning hot / cold, safe, minibar, some even have a small kitchen inside. There are a total of 16 beds available.

Our villa has always provided high standards of cleanliness, but now for the safety of our client we have further perfected our protocols by relying on professional staff. On Wednesday cleaning of the villa and change of towels and bed linen. At check-in, a deposit of €800 will be requested in cash.
The villa is built into the hillside, in order to ensure a magnificent view of the Mediterranean sea.
Inside, the style is modern, underlined by the minimalist furniture and the large windows that emphasize the sea view. On the ground floor there are the kitchen/dining room, a very large living room with sofas, the laundry room, a twin bedroom (opens only for groups of more than 8 people and upon payment of an extra), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The magnificent staircase leads from the living room to the first floor, where there are 3 other double bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom), the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi under a large window set in the roof

The infinity pool (10m x 4m), will allow you to swim while enjoying the spectacular panorama in complete tranquility, you can relax by warming up under the Sicilian sun. The splendid terrace on the upper floor will lead you directly into the garden and to the bowling green, while the large veranda around the villa will allow you to satisfy your senses surrounded by nature (typical of the Ragusa area), full of olive and carob trees.
