The hotel gives complimentary WiFi although this is only available in the reception area, but does however stretch to the sun loungers, so was very useful. The hotel does offer an evening meal which if you are budgeting would cost for 2 approx 70-90 euros 2012 with wine, but we found a local restaurant called Scirocco linked to the hotel Noto Marina round the corner that did local wine for 5 euros (.5ltr# - stick to white I would, salads from 4 euros #very good portions) and pizzas from 5 euros both of which were excellent; there were also a couple of local markets where you could sample local food. All in all HIGHLY recommended and you won't regret booking this hotel!"

We didn’t hear any noise from the street below at night! When we arrived, we were able to drop our bags off and head out for a couple of hours before we could get into our room. The woman on reception then showed us how to get into the room using a link on my phone but also gave us a key in case we had any issues. The room itself is clean, lovely and smart. The water pressure is great and we had hot water (we didn’t at our last hotel in Noto!). The shower products are fancy Ortigia ones and smell great. The WiFi is fast and there is a TV (though we didn’t use it) plus a hairdryer, steamer and ample wardrobe space. The hotel itself is next to one of the best restaurants in town and literally a two minute walk to the main street in Noto where a lot of its cafes, restaurants and bars can be found. All in all, cannot fault this hotel. We’d originally booked for three nights (as we were feeling cautious given the previous hotel) and ended up extending for the rest of our trip. Thank you!"

There was some confusing communication with staff about whether it would be possible to have dinner, the final answer is: not in the resort but in a nice neighbouring restaurant. Some of the building work/landscaping needs to be completed around the new car park and the suite which was extended by private accommodation. Once that’s done, it will be beautiful also in that area."

Diana was endlessly patient and helpful. For us, the best feature of the hotel is the rooftop terrace where a sunset aperitivo is a must to watch the surrounding buildings glow as the sun dips. (I loved the elderflower spritz called a Hugo.) Accessibility-wise, we were met by a valet who carried in our bags. There is a standard-sized elevator on the ground floor. Self-parking was a white-knuckle affair for us, but we were rewarded with an excellent lunch & beer at a cafe directly next to the parking lot. Noto is so lovely and we had our best dining experiences here. "

The 200 m² house has been restored recently and comfortable. It is set in an approximately 5 000 m² large land with meadows and pastures, about 330 m above sea level.

It is beautifully decorated and has a kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a superstructure with double bed and two covered porches, one with spectacular views to Siracusa's entire environment and its coasts.
From here you can even see Mount Etna. You can enjoy fantastic sunrises and sunsets.
