Nice apartment located in a very quiet residence, it has an optimal position to enjoy tranquility and relaxation. The house is located 150 meters from the Bisani waterfront and from the beautiful bike path to reach the tourist port, the free beaches with the typical golden sand and the center of Marina di Ragusa in just a few steps or a pleasant ride. At the entrance you will find the strong point of the house, a large veranda, equipped with a barbecue kitchen, a laundry room with shower, tables and chairs to have lunch and dinner and why not also to use as a solarium. To underline that Veranda-Kitchen-Barbecue and laundry with shower are absolutely yours. The apartment is for your complete use. - "Pros: The apartment was clean and had plenty of towels and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary pots and pans if you wish to cook. However, no salt, pepper, oil, or sugar was available, so if staying short term not worth buying to cook a few meals. Another plus was a cloth washing machine and space to hang clothing to dry outside. The location: walking distance to marina shopping/restaurants and beaches (the beaches in the area are very shallow and not goo for swimming, in my opinion the best beaches were found in Mondello, near Palermo). Nice place to stay and go for day trips to Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Siracusa, etc. Cons: the shower is super small, barely fits a normal person. There was not shampoo, conditioner or soap provided. There is no place to hold a bar of soap or shampoo bottles. If you are large, It would be impossible to kneel and pick up from the floor as it is such a tiny shower space. On top of this the shower drain was clogged and the water did not drain easily! I did request to get it fixed, however, the water continued to drain slowly and the only way to use the shower was to turn the water off, wait for it to drain and continue to shower. The apartment, towels, etc. were strongly perfumed. In spite that I had requested no perfumes due to allergies ( we suspect that they are trying to hide odors. It is definitely a personal opinion, but the mattress in the main room was not comfortable. The gate was difficult to operate."

- "This was our first visit to Sicily and it couldn't have been more memorable! Unfortunately, Carmen and her family were out of town during our visit so we couldn't meet her, but she made arrangements for Enza to greet us for the check-in and it worked beautifully. Everything was exceptionally clean with a very thoughtful basket of biscotti, olive oil, Sicilian tomato sauce, crackers, wine and beer which made the welcome even more enjoyable. Once we got our bearings (we're older so it took a little while) we realized how close we were to the main plaza with charming restaurants, a grocery store, shops, one of which is called Konza that makes the best arancini! Both varieties with ragu or cheese are unbelievable. The beach is a couple of minutes away, perfect for swimming or strolling. And a delightful surprise which really made our stay was the 10-15 minute drive to the small town of Punta Secca (Vigata in the TV show) where Detective Montalbano was filmed! The area is quiet and away from the chaos of the night clubs. On foot it is possible to reach a minimarket, the bakery, the butcher's shop, the fruit and vegetable shops which are all located around the main square (which is about 500 meters from the apartment).
