The Shoresound is made taking into account the strictest principles of environmental respect, perfectly inserted in the context between nature, greenery and sea, exploiting all the potential of the property and the territory and scrupulously respecting its history and destination without changing its shape, perfectly integrating the interior and exterior which are both livable and enjoyable at the same time, each with its differences, the internal part for approximately 45 m2, the external part for approximately 400; the exterior consists of 120 square meters of walkable and equipped veranda, 80 square meters of veranda in a green area and 300 square meters of sand garden with native vine overlooking the sea and solarium area, all in a charming atmosphere.

Ideal for four people, it can possibly accommodate up to six: the four places of the two double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, it is possible to add two beds with the use of the sofa beds in the living room. It has two parking spaces.

The ShoreSound is a small independent cottage within a private residence composed by three houses, 40 meters far one from the other, renewed with the latest standards in 2016 but built with the old flavor of the small Sicilian fisher's villages, is located a few meters from the shore, with sea view in turn, directly bordering the beach. - "The place is spectacular from two points of view. The first is the location, the house is literally on a beach in southern Sicily, with fine sand and shallow waters up to tens of meters into the sea. It's also very quiet, you can hear and feel the sea ALL the time. And second - it's the house and the yard, which is really a fine example of good taste and craftsmanship. Good design/architecture and everything you need to take a break from the world. It is a place to connect with beauty, simplicity, nature, together with loved ones and with oneself. We loved the fact that most of the stuff was handmade but in a very contemporary and also traditional way. The outdoor beds are perfect and we loved the ceiling fans in every room (there is also air conditioning, but we didn't use it). There is a large supermarket 12 minutes by car, open all week until 8.30 pm. And you can visit the medieval fishing village Mazarmemi, or the majestic historic center of Noto (UNESCO heritage) in 15-25 minutes by car. We really had a good feeling in our hearts while living there and we would recommend the place with 100% confidence to anyone."

We have not installed air conditioners and none of the guests have ever complained because the house has natural ventilation, i.e. just close the curtains and mosquito nets and leave the windows open.
