Staff were very accomodating and extremely friendly. Service was excellent with high staff to guest ratio. Nothing too much trouble. On departure day a taxi was ordered for us and as we were leaving slightly before the official start time of breakfast, staff kindly arranged for us to have breakfast a little earlier which was very much appreciated. Silver service breakfast was wonderful and lots of choice. Overall a truly memorable stay and we will certainly be returning. "

The shower was the smallest we'd seen in the 6 hotels we stayed in during our trip. Possibly the rooms in the other side of the hotel are nicer. The ones on the website look much nicer than the ones we were given."
