The apartment is located in an elegant apartment complex with a luxurious communal swimming pool. On the first floor, it is newly and tastefully furnished and includes a veranda and a private roof terrace with magnificent views of the sea, the mountains and Tavolara island. Convenient location – within 2/3 km are many top Sardinian beaches (sandy and shallow water or rocky and high water): Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo, Cala Girgolu and its famous pools, Porto Taverna, Punta Molara, Puntaldia, La Cinta, etc. A car is recommended. Very close to the apartment are also sandy beaches with shallow waters which are perfect for children.
Upon request, I can provide high chair and cot for babies, free of charge.

Nice, brightful and modern apartment in the 3rd Floor with elevator perfect to reach. Best location in Alghero, 10 minutes walk. in the old town, 5 min. to the beach and still quiet in the evening. The apartment "Mediterraneo" is a very nice typical italian apartment in one of the best spot of Alghero, just 80 meters from the sea, just a little beautiful stroll to the old town.
The apartment (120 square meters) has 3 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 balconies, and a big living room with kitchen. Every room has a private balcony and also a fan in the room. Fits ideally 3 to 7 persons (max 8 if child.)

The apartment has a private parking which is extremely rare and useful in Alghero, as finding a parking in summer can be very annoying.

There is also a nice small sandy beach at 200 meters.
All other beach of Alghero and in the surrounding can be explored also with beach bus which stops at 100 meter from the apartment.

• If you stay in the Kennedy APARTMENT you can go and back to home from the beach within 2 minutes, and in the evening nicely walking in front of the sea to the nice restaurants-pizzeria,

• The old town and harbour are reachable within a few minutes walking trough a nice boulevard in front of the sea.

The Topaz flat is in the historical centre of Alghero, a stone's throw away from the sea, the Ramparts and the scenery of Capo Caccia.
Romantic and characteristic on two levels, it is composed of an open space with a living room with a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining area and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine,washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board, fridge, freezer, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and toilet. WIFI free.
On the second level is the double bedroom, with air conditioning, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Topaz, between the old town and the sea, local handicrafts, restaurants, cafes, retains the charm of the old days thanks to a non-invasive renovation, which has left intact the original architectural styles, such as exposed stone and wooden beams. Strolling through the streets of the historic centre, among the arches, towers and squares, is a beautiful experience with the Caribbean beaches and sea, such as Bombarde and Lazzaretto, as a backdrop.
The flat is located on the second and last floor, in an old building of two floors, so very quiet as the street in which it is located.
Reserved beach bar is a lovely flat rocky cove, 3 minutes walk from the flat, with a small bathing establishment.

Note the presence of the bus stop, for connections to 'Alghero Airport, beaches and villages nearby, and the presence of the port from which to leave for excursions to the island of Asinara or the Caves of Neptune, a few steps from the flat!

- "This is an excellent apartment in the historical center of Alghero. The location cannot be beat- a wine shop and amazing restaurants are literally a stones throw away. We enjoyed exploring Alghero and beaches to the north and south. The apartment is well appointed and spacious for traveling couples and a crib was available if needed. The only caution we could provide to prospective travelers would to be aware of the notes in the listing on parking- we found the public parking lot to be very convenient with plentiful, safe parking available a short walk away, however the nature of the historical streets in the “Old Town” area would favor those traveling with easy to manage bags, but this is true of any apartment in this historical area due to driving restrictions- and was honestly not an issue for us. Communication with the host is clear and consistent. We’d definitely consider this apartment for future visits."

The owner is fascinated by architecture and design and you could feel it in every element, being that a piece of furniture or a lamp or organization of a garden or whole planning, everything has a touch and a feeling being in its place. The whole complex consists of 11 apartments (villas), each possessing own features. This year we stayed in both “basic” type of apartments and “superior” ones. To be honest “basic” is already ok and very nice, however levelling up brings some extras like better view, larger rooms, etc. But to feel home during the vacation you need something more than a nice design and situation – you need some attention from the hosts and in this part here everything is on top level. You start with getting a special “hand-made” guide composed by the owner of the apartments with all the how-to advises one needs: beaches, restaurants, excursions, shops, etc. But it’s not all – you get a personal attention of Flavio (the owner) who helps you in building your vacation in the way you want – he makes reservation for you, gives advises and in general he’s a very nice person to meet and have a conversation about various things. In general the whole impression of staying in these apartments is like being home – everything is comfortable, nice clean and cozy. Definitely it’s one of the best places to stay on Sardinia and by all means worth to be recommended to your friends."

It is fully furnished and equipped because it is often used also by the owners. The Salina Bamba beach, visible from the living room and in some photos, is 200 meters away while the most famous Cala Brandinchi is 10-15 minutes away on foot and is visible in the remaining photos. The proximity to services and beaches also allows you to avoid the use of the car. It also has a private parking space with a roof.

The very beautiful (but in the beginning of September still very busy) beach Cala brandinchi was our favourite. There is a little supermarket with basically everything you need on-site, also a Cafe, where you can get fresh croissants in the mornings, even a pharmacy. The most apartments around us were vacant in beginning of September, in the ones with tenants were mainly people older than us, so we were a bit unsure, if our children were too loud, but no one complained. All in all we enjoyed our stay there very much and can highly recommend the place."

The property is located in Porto San Paolo within a marine protected area on the northeastern coastline of Sardinia.

The town centres around a small marina (an 8-minute walk) where visitors can catch a ferry to visit Tavolara and other nearby islands. Visitors can also enjoy the many boutiques, restaurants and bars here. There are several nearby beaches, accessible by foot, that are great places for snorkelling. (Spiaggia Pizzichina Corallina is an 11-minute drive and Spiaggia di Porto San Paolo a 15-minute walk).

Two of Northern Sardinia’s most famous beaches are within easy reach, La Cinta (a 15-minute drive) and Lu Impostu (an 11-minute drive) and Capo Coda Cavallo a striking headland renowned for its dramatic cliffs and idyllic coves is also within easy reach. Alghero has a door-to-door waste collection service. The guest must follow the rules imposed by the municipality, correctly giving the waste in the special containers made available, according to the schedules of the calendar present in the house.

As there is no lift, it is not recommended for people who may have difficulty coping with stairs.
