Our property consists of two terraced apartments that are located on the ground floor, while on the first floor is our house, this allows us to always be available to our guests.
The apartments are substantially identical, except for the colors of the furniture and the size of the kitchenette, they are fully furnished and are both composed of: two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds); a bath; a kitchen; a small terrace complete with small table, garden with barbecue and parking space. The apartment is about 600 meters from the sea and is ideal for those who love nature and tranquility or want to get away from the city and traffic. Specifically, the apartment is also equipped with: pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, sheets, towels, and the washing machine; there is no hair dryer, and a microwave oven.

The house is well insulated and there is only one air conditioner in the hallway, so just leave the bedroom doors open to cool or heat the room depending on the season. The lowest temperature that can be set will be 22 degrees Celsius, the ideal temperature to rest peacefully.

A surcharge of €20 will be required to use the crib and high chair, including sheets and mattress cover. This service will be provided upon request only.

We will provide guests with free linens and towels (a face/shower/bidet trio per person), a courtesy kit that includes some useful things for cooking for the first few days, such as spices, a few packets of sugar, salt, kitchen towels and dishwashing detergent and a few rolls of toilet paper.
Guests will then need to purchase everything they need during their stay.

CLEANING
The payment of €135 for cleaning fees through the platform gives you the right to find the house clean and tidy, with freshly laundered sheets and towels, but also the duty to leave the house in order.
If you have had the pleasure of preparing tasty grilled dishes in the barbecue area, you will need to clean it as soon as you have used it, to also give other guests the opportunity to use it.
The cleaning of the dishes used and the kitchen in general are at your expense.
The waste, carefully separated, must be taken outside the house by you, following the separate collection calendar that will be provided upon arrival. In the event that fines are received for non-compliance with the separate collection, the cost will be charged to the guest.

To avoid problems related to the sewer system, please do not throw toilet paper, sanitary pads or other materials into the toilet, but dispose of them in the appropriate trash can. This material must then be disposed of as dry inorganic waste.

Any problems must be immediately reported by guests as soon as they occur so that we can promptly intervene.

We will ask to see the identity documents of all guests because we will need them both to prepare the lease and to communicate with the police upon arrival. Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a lease in Italian, as required by Italian law, accompanied by a courtesy copy in English if you are foreigners.

Since we do not live in Solanas, we need to know at least two days before the arrival date, the time to check in, which must in any case take place after 3:50 p.m.

PARKING: Only one car can be parked on the property.

The Covid emergency has forced us to review some of the house's amenities, so we've had to reduce what you'll find in the house to the essentials, to ensure everything is clean and sanitized (with chemicals).
You will not find decorative pillows, decorative items, children's games or books.
The dishes will be reduced to the essentials, to allow you to cook your own meals, and will be calculated based on the number of guests on the reservation.
On the other hand, however, you will find a new sponge for dishes, sheets and towels washed with sanitizing additives, all surfaces cleaned and sanitized (with chemicals), and some cleaning products.

The house is located in Sardinia, in a town nestled in a basin surrounded by rocky promontories and Mediterranean scrub, in a small town immersed in wild and fragrant nature, bathed by a deep blue sea that imposes itself in all its majestic beauty, rich in flora and fauna. So it is normal that you can find small insects inside the house such as some mosquitoes and some geckos. We do our best to prevent them from entering the house, since we have equipped all the windows and doors with mosquito nets and electrical systems that keep mosquitoes away, but you understand that it is certainly not an easy task! Moreover, geckos are absolutely harmless and, indeed, contribute to the elimination of mosquitoes, since they feed on them.
