It is a beautiful apartment, very comfortable for 4 people with its two double bed-rooms, but it can sleep up to 6 persons as it has a sofa-bed in the dining room. It is on two floors.
On the first floor is the entrance, the kitchen with a little balcony, the W.C. with the washing machine and a little utility room. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave-oven, gas-stove and oven.
Then there is a comfortable dining room with sofa-bed, digital terrestrian TV, table and chairs and finally the balcony, wich is large enough to have lunch or dinner, with its own table, chairs, sun-chairs and umbrella.
On the second floor, there are two bed-rooms, one with a balcony facing the sea, and the bathroom with shower. Both bed-room has air-conditioning/pump heater.

- "We had a wonderful holiday in Cala Gonone. The location of this property was perfect for us - right in the middle of everything, just a few steps from the beach and a short walk from the harbour. Lots of great bars and restaurants all around. Even though we were there in mid August when the town is very busy, Cala Gonone seems like a family-oriented place so not too noisy at night - and we liked the general bustle during the day. The flat was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, and felt more spacious that the pictures make it look. The lower balcony gets full sun in the morning (v hot in August!) but is nice and shady by midday, and great for watching the world go by on the street below. The top floor balcony is more private and sunny most of the day. The English-speaking owners - Katia and Salvatore - are really friendly and helpful - made us very welcome and gave us lots of advice on things to do in the area (esp as we hardly speak any Italian). Cala Gonone is a great little resort - nice beaches, lots of cafes and restuarants and shops, and a very handy little supermarket less than 100 m from the flat. The scenery around the town is fantastic - mountains, forests, cliffs, steep winding roads with incredible views, and of course the star of the show: boat trips along the Golfo de Orosei, which is so spectacular it's difficult to describe! There's also lots of interesting places to see inland, if you fancy some time away from the sea. We can't recommend this place highly enough (esp if you can go outside july/aug when it gets really busy). Our only regret was that we only went for 1 week!"

Comfortable two-room apartment with pleasant veranda/garden 300 meters from the beach and pedestrian area. a/c, wi-fi, washing machine, barbeque. Located almost in the center of the village a few minutes from the port (from where the boats leave for the beaches of the Gulf) and from the best restaurants and bars, 20 meters from the markets and the water. The house, renovated in 2018, is located 300 meters from the center of the village and has all kinds of comforts (WiFi, air conditioning, wood stove, TV, washing machine, barbecue). All services are within walking distance: supermarkets, pharmacies, post office, restaurants, church, etc.; the pedestrian area on the waterfront is 300 meters from the house. Despite being so well located, the road is calm and quiet, which makes the veranda a perfect place to relax and dine.
The bed is comfortable and new, as is the sofa bed, practical to open and close.
The house is perfect for enjoying both the sea and the mountains. The scenery is simply fantastic. Given its location, it is ideal for any activity you want to undertake: boat trips, kayaking and snorkeling to admire the wonders of a still pristine sea, or hiking and horseback riding, cycling, delving into the Gorropu canyon, Tiscali, Cala Luna etc etc climbing or hiking in the mountains that surround us.
