Also the supermarket right below was brilliant and also served fresh coffee. Already planning our next trip . "

Nice, brightful and modern apartment in the 3rd Floor with elevator perfect to reach. Best location in Alghero, 10 minutes walk. in the old town, 5 min. to the beach and still quiet in the evening. The apartment is newly renovated and has a completely new and high-quality interior, which was completed this year. From the large balcony, which covers 25 square meters, one has a relaxed sea view and enough space to enjoy life outside. The building itself is only 5 years old.

I had informed the resort about the flight delay by txt. When we reached the resort I called the mobile number that was provided during the booking and Fabio arrived at the location in 5 mins. Absolutely fantastic central position but still quiet, without the noise of the bars in the old town, and with free parking in the neighbourhood.
Just 80 meters from the apartment you will find a very nice rocs beach with crystal clear turquoise water. Excellent for snorkelling! Sunbeds & bar available during summer months.
There is also a nice small sandy beach at 200 meters.
All other beach of Alghero and in the surrounding can be explored also with beach bus which stops at 100 meter from the apartment.

• If you stay in the Kennedy APARTMENT you can go and back to home from the beach within 2 minutes, and in the evening nicely walking in front of the sea to the nice restaurants-pizzeria,

• The old town and harbour are reachable within a few minutes walking trough a nice boulevard in front of the sea.
• Big supermarket at 100 meters. Pizzerias, restaurant, bank, pharmacy, shops, cafes, are within short walking distance.
• Fresh Italian bread is baked every morning in the local BAKERY with in 150 meters form the apartment.

The Topaz flat is in the historical centre of Alghero, a stone's throw away from the sea, the Ramparts and the scenery of Capo Caccia.
Romantic and characteristic on two levels, it is composed of an open space with a living room with a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining area and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine,washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board, fridge, freezer, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and toilet. WIFI free.
On the second level is the double bedroom, with air conditioning, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Topaz, between the old town and the sea, local handicrafts, restaurants, cafes, retains the charm of the old days thanks to a non-invasive renovation, which has left intact the original architectural styles, such as exposed stone and wooden beams. Strolling through the streets of the historic centre, among the arches, towers and squares, is a beautiful experience with the Caribbean beaches and sea, such as Bombarde and Lazzaretto, as a backdrop.
The flat is located on the second and last floor, in an old building of two floors, so very quiet as the street in which it is located.
Reserved beach bar is a lovely flat rocky cove, 3 minutes walk from the flat, with a small bathing establishment.

- "This is an excellent apartment in the historical center of Alghero. The location cannot be beat- a wine shop and amazing restaurants are literally a stones throw away. We enjoyed exploring Alghero and beaches to the north and south. The apartment is well appointed and spacious for traveling couples and a crib was available if needed. The only caution we could provide to prospective travelers would to be aware of the notes in the listing on parking- we found the public parking lot to be very convenient with plentiful, safe parking available a short walk away, however the nature of the historical streets in the “Old Town” area would favor those traveling with easy to manage bags, but this is true of any apartment in this historical area due to driving restrictions- and was honestly not an issue for us. Communication with the host is clear and consistent. We’d definitely consider this apartment for future visits."

- "Appartment was exactly as stated on homelidays : well equiped, located centrally (near beach, bus station, train station, 20min bus to airport) Owner's were very friendly : They awaited us after we took the wrong busstop, and arrived more than one hour later, at about 23h. We got good explanations, and clear agreements were made. We stayed with seven persons (4 adults, 3 children between 10 and 14 years), and had more then enough space in the appartment. We had a lovely holiday in Sardinia, and might be back next year (although we usually take another holiday location every year)"

Other guests staying above us talked loudly into early hours of morning and we could hear loud snoring once they went to sleep. Rooms are nowhere near soundproofed. TV which included Netflix and Prime did not have any English speaking channels and there were no instruction on how to use the remote. No computer or laptop work station provided as stated. There were some positive features, there is a supermarket 100 metres away, access to a washing machine was great, easy parking in the street, access to a nice garden area and having a kitchen was good (but the range hood over the stove needs maintenance as very unclean and rusty in parts). Nei sette piacevolissimi giorni trascorsi ad Alghero,l'appartamento è stato il nostro buen retiro.In posizione felice,tra la città autentica dei mercati e dei commerci e quella più turistica delle vetrine e dei ristoranti, in ogni momento della giornata ci riservava un'oasi di tranquillità e pace.Nulla nell'allestimento è stato lasciato al caso:tutto è estremamente funzionale, di buon gusto e gradevolmente assortito. La terrazza è veramente deliziosa:la si vive pienamente e la sera si gode lo spettacolo del fiume umano, senza però esserne travolti.Un grazie di cuore ad Alessandro, cortese e disponibile.Ci siamo sentiti ospiti, non turisti. 'L''appartamento corrisponde perfettamente all''annuncio, e il suo proprietario é una persona squisita. Abbiamo trascorso slendide giornate utilizzando ampiamente la grande terrazza che impreziosisce il locale. Quanto alla posizione é a due passi dal mercato del pesce e della frutta e dall''intero centro storico, situato in un punto nevralgico della città di Alghero. Nessuna meraviglia se specie alla sera si vedono circolare per le vie nuvole di turisti; il brusio di fondo -che pur si sente- non é fastidioso. Una nota merita infine la 'dotazione' dell''appartamento, funzionale e di buon gusto e che per quel che ci riguarda il proprietario non ha esitato ad integrare offrendo di procurarci un piccolo ombrellone da trasportare in motorino. Ringraziamo di cuore Alessandro per aver fatto tutto quel che serviva affinché la percezione fosse quella di una bella vacanza trascorsa a casa di un vecchio amico.'

This is a perfect place for a couple to stay. Right in the historic centre it is near the restaurants and port. The balcony has the sun most of the day, a great view and provides a lovely place for eating. Alessandro was really nice and helpful. The flat is nice and clean. If you want to cook the markets are a 2 minute walk and have the most fantastic fresh food. The supermarket is also nearby.

'We rented the apartment for one week in july this year. The apartment is perfect for a couple, and the veranda at the roof is a lovely place to sit in the evening. Alessandro is the most welcomming host you can think of, and speaks perfect english. The place is in the old senter of Alghero and close to everything you want to see and do in the town. If you have a car; we hihgly recomand some trips around in the area, there are a lot of lovely places and beaches around.'

'Wonderful apartment in great location. Very modern décor with everything you need included within the apartment. In a central location right on the edge of the Old Town, conveniently situated with Bars, Restaurants and shops right outside the front door together with all the historic sites Alghero has to offer. The apartment benefits from a large veranda that has great views and sunshine all day with the added bonus that the noise from the street below does not cause any problems what so ever. A great place for couples and even small families as the smaller room would be large enough for the kids. Alessandro was an extremely gracious host offering information and assistance when required and we cant thank him enough for picking us up and dropping us off at the airport. Would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to see the real Sardinia. *5 Stars* '

'Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Bij aankomst stond een fles wijn voor ons klaar en een grote fruitschaal. Het appartement was schoon en zag er verzorgd uit. Het is groot genoeg voor twee personen. Erg ruim is het niet maar dit wordt ruimschoots gecompenseerd door het grote dakterras. Het ligt midden in het oude centrum van Alghero. Er gezellig, mooie winkels, goede sfeer en je kunt er lekker eten. Er is geen lift aanwezig in het appartement (4e verd.) Geen enkel pand in het oude centrum van Algero heeft een lift, dus dit namen wij op de koop toe. Zeker een aanrader. wij gaan volgend jaar weer. '

'Non appena ho varcato la soglia dell'appartamento,ho capito subito di aver fatto la scelta giusta. Casa stupenda,centralissima e con una terrazza favolosa. Unico neo:il parcheggio, ma non particolarmente significativo. Proprietario gentilissimo,simpatico e molto disponibile. Consiglio a tutti.'

No worries ! : fish/vegetable market is 2 minutes walking, supermarket 5 min walking. Located in the historic centre. And the owner, Alessandro, is a great person. Could not have been better... :-)" - "We stayed in the flat of Alessandro for two weeks at the beginning of August. We had a really great time there! Everything we need was very close - shops, restaurants, fish market, vegetable market, bus station, the port, a supermarket and so on. Moreover the flat provides everything you need. It is very clean, well furnished with a special eye for design and a cozy atmosphere, enough space for two to four people. But we think it is optimal for one couple. The terrace is simply amazing! It is a perfect place for a family with young children - my one year old had such a great time dipping his toes in the beautiful pool, watching farm animals (he was too scared to go near but was happy to watch them from distance) and just walking around the premise. The food at their restaurant was nice, especially pizzas they do in evenings (I wish they do them for lunch time too). It is a home away from home and a perfect place for peaceful and relaxing holiday. We stayed in Casa dell'uva near the reception. Only small dissapointment was it did not have a bath tub. We will definitely go back and next time we will try a cottage in the Borgo. We did not hire a car this time but it was ok. It was so nice that we ended up staying at the farm almost all our stay (But if you are staying in the Borgo, you need a car as it is on top of the hill and a bit far from the restaurant and the reception where they sell bread and cheese). Nice little bright loft in the very centre of the ancient Catalan town of Alghero. It has been recently and totally renovated and everything is brand new.
