Also the supermarket right below was brilliant and also served fresh coffee. Already planning our next trip . "

Nice, brightful and modern apartment in the 3rd Floor with elevator perfect to reach. Best location in Alghero, 10 minutes walk. in the old town, 5 min. to the beach and still quiet in the evening. The apartment is newly renovated and has a completely new and high-quality interior, which was completed this year. From the large balcony, which covers 25 square meters, one has a relaxed sea view and enough space to enjoy life outside. The building itself is only 5 years old.

I had informed the resort about the flight delay by txt. When we reached the resort I called the mobile number that was provided during the booking and Fabio arrived at the location in 5 mins. The apartment (120 square meters) has 3 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 balconies, and a big living room with kitchen. Every room has a private balcony and also a fan in the room. Fits ideally 3 to 7 persons (max 8 if child.)

The apartment has a private parking which is extremely rare and useful in Alghero, as finding a parking in summer can be very annoying.

Absolutely fantastic central position but still quiet, without the noise of the bars in the old town, and with free parking in the neighbourhood.
Just 80 meters from the apartment you will find a very nice rocs beach with crystal clear turquoise water. Excellent for snorkelling! Sunbeds & bar available during summer months.
There is also a nice small sandy beach at 200 meters.
All other beach of Alghero and in the surrounding can be explored also with beach bus which stops at 100 meter from the apartment.

• If you stay in the Kennedy APARTMENT you can go and back to home from the beach within 2 minutes, and in the evening nicely walking in front of the sea to the nice restaurants-pizzeria,

• The old town and harbour are reachable within a few minutes walking trough a nice boulevard in front of the sea.
• Big supermarket at 100 meters. Pizzerias, restaurant, bank, pharmacy, shops, cafes, are within short walking distance.
• Fresh Italian bread is baked every morning in the local BAKERY with in 150 meters form the apartment.

If you have a car, you can find free parking place in the same street or in the streets nearby.

The Topaz flat is in the historical centre of Alghero, a stone's throw away from the sea, the Ramparts and the scenery of Capo Caccia.
Romantic and characteristic on two levels, it is composed of an open space with a living room with a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining area and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine,washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board, fridge, freezer, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and toilet. WIFI free.
On the second level is the double bedroom, with air conditioning, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Topaz, between the old town and the sea, local handicrafts, restaurants, cafes, retains the charm of the old days thanks to a non-invasive renovation, which has left intact the original architectural styles, such as exposed stone and wooden beams. Strolling through the streets of the historic centre, among the arches, towers and squares, is a beautiful experience with the Caribbean beaches and sea, such as Bombarde and Lazzaretto, as a backdrop.
The flat is located on the second and last floor, in an old building of two floors, so very quiet as the street in which it is located.
Reserved beach bar is a lovely flat rocky cove, 3 minutes walk from the flat, with a small bathing establishment.

Note the presence of the bus stop, for connections to 'Alghero Airport, beaches and villages nearby, and the presence of the port from which to leave for excursions to the island of Asinara or the Caves of Neptune, a few steps from the flat!

- "This is an excellent apartment in the historical center of Alghero. The location cannot be beat- a wine shop and amazing restaurants are literally a stones throw away. We enjoyed exploring Alghero and beaches to the north and south. The apartment is well appointed and spacious for traveling couples and a crib was available if needed. The only caution we could provide to prospective travelers would to be aware of the notes in the listing on parking- we found the public parking lot to be very convenient with plentiful, safe parking available a short walk away, however the nature of the historical streets in the “Old Town” area would favor those traveling with easy to manage bags, but this is true of any apartment in this historical area due to driving restrictions- and was honestly not an issue for us. Communication with the host is clear and consistent. We’d definitely consider this apartment for future visits."

- "Appartment was exactly as stated on homelidays : well equiped, located centrally (near beach, bus station, train station, 20min bus to airport) Owner's were very friendly : They awaited us after we took the wrong busstop, and arrived more than one hour later, at about 23h. We got good explanations, and clear agreements were made. We stayed with seven persons (4 adults, 3 children between 10 and 14 years), and had more then enough space in the appartment. We had a lovely holiday in Sardinia, and might be back next year (although we usually take another holiday location every year)"
