The holiday home consists of two levels connected to each other by an internal staircase in precious marble. Upstairs there is a bright and large living room with kitchen equipped with all appliances, the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a terrace for exclusive use, overlooking the pool and a bathroom equipped with every comfort. Downstairs

A bright staircase leads to the lower floor where there is a large living room full of light and which leads to the three bedrooms and another large bathroom also equipped with every comfort.

The exterior is studied in detail. The large English lawn surrounds the entire villa where there is the Mediterranean scrub and the large swimming pool (infinity 12m x 6m minimum height 110 cm maximum height 230 cm) with outdoor furniture such as: deck chairs, umbrellas, chairs and tables. Shade is also provided by the trees that surround the lawn and by the umbrellas.

Upon arrival, the payment of the Tourist Tax and the Security Deposit of € 400 will be required. The Security Deposit will be refunded upon departure provided that the house has not been damaged and is returned in order.

Also the showers are quite tight and there is nowhere in them to put shampoo/soap etc. However the outside space which is what is the most important aspect is fantastic. The pool is fabulous, very large and very clean with a shower and lots of seating and shaded areas. On the second day of our holiday our hire car suffered a puncture and we had to abandon the car at the side of the road and Damiano was incredibly helpful and came out to us.. unlike the car hire company!! Would definitely recommend the villa to anyone looking to spend lazy days in the sun."

The sliding doors open up the entire kitchen to the outside and there are wonderful breezes throughout the house. The beds are comfortable. Each room has individual controlled air conditioning. The pool was perfect for cooling off (it was very hot) and adds a lot to the house. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off when you are done. My kids loved swimming in the pool at all hours. We ate meals outside and watched the stars at night. It was so peaceful. The owners live next door but you won’t know they are there. They were very kind and gave good recommendations for a boat trip, the grocery store, and Neptune’s Grotto. Check in and check out was easy. There is plenty of space for parking. The location is 10 minutes from downtown Alghero so we did a number of quick trips for lunch and dinner. The only things we could have used were another set of towels so that we had one for swimming and one for bathing, a light blanket for the beds, and thicker pillows. These were minor and we loved staying here. I highly recommend for families or multiple couples."
