One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful pool, which offered a panoramic view of the sea. It was truly a delight to relax and swim while taking in the breathtaking scenery. The only downside we encountered was the accessibility to the sea. While we had hoped for easy access, we found that it required a short walk down a path with stairs. However, this was a minor inconvenience as it took less than 2 minutes to reach the sea, and the stunning views made up for it. The main issue we faced during our stay was the poor internet connectivity. We were informed that the problem was due to an overloaded exchange, but this made it difficult for those who needed to work remotely. If you rely on a stable internet connection, I would suggest finding an alternative solution or making arrangements beforehand. Furthermore, we were disappointed to discover that electricity costs were billed separately. It would be better if the cost was included when booking the villa, as this additional charge left a negative impression and detracted from the overall experience. Despite the minor drawbacks, we had a pleasant stay at the villa and enjoyed its spaciousness and the incredible pool with a stunning sea view. - "Such a wonderful spot in the hills above Lu Bagnu, with just the sound of the trees in the wind and the two donkeys nearby for company. Roberto was a brilliant host - super responsive and facilitated an early check-in at late notice. The municipality also had a water outage when we were there and within 10 mins of messaging Roberto early in the morning, someone came round to connect to the reserve source and restore water. You will definitely need a car to stay here, as it is a bit of a walk from the town. Roberto gave us a great set of recommendations on supermarkets, bars and restaurants in Castelsardo and Lu Bagnu. The bedroom did get quite hot at night despite a fan being provided. If the AC could be extended to the bedroom somehow that would be a great plus! The water pressure sometimes dipped in the shower, but these were only minor inconveniences that didn't take away from our fantastic experience staying here.
