Behind the beach there is a beautiful park / nature reserve (typical Mediterranean vegetation and tall trees), which extends from the Orbetello lagoon to the beach.

- "We really enjoyed our stay! We were 2 families of friends, 4 adults and 3 small kids. The villa was perfect for us - clean, spacious and comfortable. Garden was amazing, when we were not out on the beach, we spent most of the time in the garden at a big family table. The BBQ grill was a great bonus - we cooked all our dinners with local seafood on the grill, which was just perfect. The house is only couple of minutes walk from the beach. The beach itself is nothing special, but within 15-20 min by car you can reach amazing beaches around. The only drawbacks we could think of is the lack of Air conditioning. We were at the very hot period and house would sometimes get rather hot, even at night. For the rest - amazing house, definitely recommended!"

Located in the heart of Ansedonia (A verdant hill, in the middle between two beaches: the Feniglia and sliced) a few kilometers from the Maremma and silver coast.

Villa Azzurra is distributed on a fully fenced and equipped with an elegant gate that allows absolute privacy.

The garden is cared for throughout the year by a gardener and is full of hydrangeas and red geraniums.

Ansedonia, in general, is a quiet place where you can recharge your batteries. There is a classic Tuscan restaurant (Vinicio) to 700 meters, a seafood restaurant (The fisherman) 1 km and a bar and food less than 1 km.

A 1.5 km there are two beaches: the Feniglia and sliced. E 'can rent umbrellas and deck chairs or use the free public beach.

Splendid stone villa, air-conditioned rooms and living room, immersed in the fragrant vegetation typical of the Mediterranean scrub and in the silence of the Ansedonia hill, overlooking the Feniglia bay with its long beach and pine forest of about 7 km which unites the two promontories, that of Ansedonia and that of Monte Argentario.
Inside the pine forest, long cycle paths cross the entire nature and wildlife reserve with various accesses to the sea.

From the house you can easily reach the beaches of Feniglia to the north and Tagliata to the south, using the shuttle bus service (operated from mid-June to mid-September) with terminus at equipped establishments and restaurants. This does not oblige the use of the car and the search for parking, so as to be able to spend holiday periods in complete relaxation.
The house is spread over two levels as follows, upstairs:
2 double bedrooms, one with sea view and the other with sea view and overlooking the garden and 1 bathroom with bathtub.

NOTES AND GENERAL RULES

Not included in the weekly rates:
- the cost of the final cleaning of the entire house, which amounts to € 150. However, it is required that the kitchen be left tidy;
- the consumption of electricity and water. In agreement with the guests, they can be quantified at the cost price (based on the quotations on the previous invoices), or at a flat rate for € 100 / week;
- linen (sheets and towels) is provided only on request at a cost of € 30 for each room with weekly change;
- travelers who stay for more than a week are invited to request a total or partial house cleaning service at a cost to be agreed.
- Check-in is from 18:00 onwards, after a telephone call it could be anticipated if the house was already ready.
- Check-out must be done before 11: 00
- Delivery of the keys by the owner or by a person trusted by him.

Beauty on the Beach is a unique villa, positioned 20 meters from the Mediterranean sea. The first 10 meters of water are shallow waters which are perfect for children to play in. The front of villa looks at the sea, the back of the villa is surrounded by a private ancient pine tree forest perfect for children to play in during the hot hours of the day.
The interior of the villa is composed by 5 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom, one of the bedrooms if not needed can be used as a tv room with a 55' flat screen tv, with satellite tv and dvd player. The living area is a typical tuscan living room with a 40' hdtv with satellite tv, DVD Player and ipod dock, and a dining area that sits 10 and a fully furnished kitchen with 2 stoves, 2 ovens, 2 fridges and 2 freezers, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and all the cookware needed for gourmet cooking. By the laundry room there are 2 extra rooms and bathroom for the on property staff.
In addition to the 5 bedrooms there are 3 annexes each with one bedroom and bathroom.
The exterior of the villa provides you with 2 porches, one is an outdoor living room and the second one is an outdoor dining room that sits 14/16 people. Last but absolutely not least there is the beautiful roof top of 300 square meters, composed by a jacuzzi pool, several deck chairs a living area and 2 dining tables all of it looking at the Mediterranean sea. For the past 6 months I have refurbished my house. New layout of the house, more modern and efficient, new bathrooms, air conditioning on the first floor, electrical and plumbing all up to standard and new. I only put it back on the market today for the months of August and September.

It is a very large, spacious and bright villa in all seasons, consisting of two apartments for 8 and 4 beds connected to each other.
Large apartment (on two floors): three double bedrooms, one single, one triple with a bunk bed and three bathrooms. Large terrace overlooking the sea with table and chairs to eat while looking at the view, cool verandas and large garden with rocks and Mediterranean vegetation. Spacious and welcoming common areas with large living room. Large dining / kitchen room with modern island in the middle. Spaces behind for warehouse / laundry. All fully equipped with 2 refrigerators, washing machine and dishwasher. Fully furnished house and 2 wi-fi.
Small apartment: 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge / dining room, kitchen with fridge, electric stove, and oven. Veranda and garden / grove that connects it in several points with the large apartment.

Gorgeous area; very interesting from an ecological, archaeological and leisure point of view. Inside Ansedonia there are restaurants, tennis courts, a clothing shop and a shop. Above the promontory, the ancient Roman city of Cosa where suggestive theatrical performances are set up, while along the Feniglia pine forest, pedaling by bicycle to the Argentario you can meet deer and squirrels or pink flamingos and herons towards the lagoon. Rome is about 100 km away and can be easily reached by train (1.5 or 2 hours depending on the train) and by car. Within Ansedonia you can move on foot, while to go to Orbetello, the nearest inhabited center, full of shops (and supermarkets!) It takes 10 minutes by car. Capalbio and its beaches (macchiatonda, the last beach) are 20 minutes away by car; along the internal road, you pass through the WWF Oasis of Burano and its lake.

Almost an island, linked to Tuscany by only two stripes of land that embrace the beauty of the Laguna di Orbetello. This is Monte Argentario. A territory that unify the appeal of the mountain to the charm of the sea alternating small little bays and big terracing of vines.

The Promontory, which reaches its highest point in correspondence to Punta Telegrafo (653 meters), is characterized by high rocky shores and it is overgrown by Mediterranean scrub spaced out by plantations of olive trees and vines.

The main centre of Monte Argentario is Porto Santo Stefano. The town declines along the slopes of the promontory in a picturesque bay of the northern coast. There is also a small crowd in Ansedonia but in all cases private transport is a must because there is no public transport.
Ansedonia is a well-known de-luxe beach resort just 1.5 hours north of Rome with still uncontaminated cristal clear sea. The Feniglia beach is 1 km away and the cut beach is 2 km away from the house. Nearby villages are also the well-known fisherman harbors of Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano with their summer tourist attractions.

- "BE AWARE Landlord not reachable to answer ANY of our concerns encountered on the property. They only want your money, not your reviews. 1. FILTHY house with abandoned food found in fridge, stained towels, unwashed bedsheets, dirty kitchen utensils and an unbearable stench in the whole house. In short the house was not cleaned before our arrival with everything feeling greasy and dusty at the touch. Bad enough in normal times let alone COVID times. NOT SANITIZED. 2. Broken furniture. The Villa has 3 floors, with the ground floor having the main dining room, the main sitting room with two separate sitting areas and an ancient fireplace to warm up more chilly evenings
during non summer months, a little studio with a fireplace connecting the main sitting room to the dining room, and it’s TV Room, other than the kitchen, fully set up with professional
equipment to grant clients most sophisticated needs. The first floor hosts the main Master apartment, with its kitchenette with fridge, its private living room overlooking the main terrace, olive and palm trees and the Bay of Talamone, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. The Master room has both a vintage bathtub and separate shower box and two separate sinks, while the other room has a newly renovated shower, ideal also for people with limited accessibility. On the first floor we have other 5 bedrooms, of which 3 have en-suite bathroom and overlook the garden, while the other 2 bedrooms have its own private bathroom just a few steps away from the room entrance, and overlook the main terrace and the bay of Talamone.
On the second floor there are other 3 bedrooms, of which 2 en-suite and 1 with private external bathroom. The 2 en-suite rooms on this floor are each composed of two rooms, and both of them have a sofa bed ideal for children or for housing extra guests.

All bedrooms and connecting rooms have A/C, heating, interior and exterior blinds, and all rooms and bathrooms have mosquito nets on the windows although due to daily breeze and
regular treatments on the property both mosquitos and other insects are very limited. All beds are king sized 180cm x 200cm, and one bedroom, with external private bathroom has

Villa Garden description
The garden of the Villa is around 4 hectares of land and it includes the main terrace in front of the Villa, shaded by secular pine trees, palm trees and wild olive trees. Meals can be njoyed in the shade and in the breeze for up to 20 people, and two connectedexternal sitting areas are placed under the olive trees, ideal for relaxing during the day and enjoying wonderful aperitivo’s at sunset overlooking the Bay of Talamone, Talamone Port and the Island of Giglio. On clear days, the Island of Montecristo and the hills of Corsica can be also seen, being
respectively 40 and 60 miles away. On the left side of the Villa there is a winter garden, shaded by wind, where one can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in mid-season. Just over this winter garden and reachable from the winter garden, from the back of the Villa and from the front main terrace, there is a shaded Rosegarden, some terraces and our vegetable garden, producing fresh vegetables ready for our chef to serve during the meals. The pool area is also accessible from the left side of the Villa. It is roughly 100 meters away, granting both privacy from the Villa and to the pool guests. The infinity pool is 18.8 meters long and 4 meters wide, equipped with 20 sunbeds and 10 shading large umbrellas. An exterior loung area is also available by the bar/pool house where a changing room the changing room is located.

Terme di Saturnia Terme di Saturnia (60mins drive) are well known thermal hot-springs. The sulphurous spring water, at a temperature of 37.5 °C, are known for their therapeutic properties, offering relaxation and well being. Orbetello Orbetello (20 min drive) is the closest charming town and include many local boutiques other than restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
Magliano Magliano is a charming medieval town just 20 minutes away from the villa and has a couple of good restaurants inside it’s walls permeters: Da Guido and Da Sandra.
Siena Siena (1hr drive) is one of Tuscany’s most beautiful cities, also known for its famous horse riding race, ‘Il Palio’ which takes place in Piazza del Campo twice a year. Shopping is also a great idea in Siena where you can find stores of the most prestigious local boutiques as well as renowned Italian and international brands.

Torre Rivellina is a characteristic three-story ancient watch tower built sheer above the sea and with direct access to the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Torre Rivellina you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea. Torre Rivellina is 450 square meters (4850 square feet). It features direct access to the sea, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, two private patios, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 28 km (17.4 miles) from Orbetello, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 6.5 km (roughly 4 miles) and the closest beach at roughly 500 meters (550 yards). You will reach Torre Rivellina from the parking area going up approximately six stairway steps.
To stay at Torre Rivellina you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to three or four (depending on size) cars. Please note that access to Torre Rivellina is along a 5.5-kilometer (3.4 miles) unpaved road.
Torre Rivellina is tended by a caretaker, who resides in a room on the ground floor.

Torre Rivellina is an ancient watchtower built in the 15th century located within the splendid Maremma Regional Park.

As guests of Torre Rivellina you will be able to rent boats or ask for a private chef (upon request and for a fee).
Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a rocky beach. You will reach it from the tower going down a route that includes approximately 50 stairway steps. The area is equipped with sun loungers.
Garden
The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the garden you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline.
Ground FloorPatio 1
The first patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a masonry bench and with a table and chairs.
Patio 2
The second patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. On the patio you will find a portable barbecue.
Dining Room
The dining room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The furnishings include two armchairs. In this room you will also find a satellite television (local channels). There is a big and age-old fireplace. From the dining room you will be able to enter a terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs, and a small balcony through two French doors. The room also has a high window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate three guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first patio.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two bedroom chairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace equipped with table and chairs through a French door. The room also has a window. Here you will also find a ceiling fan. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include three bedroom chairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
