Garden was amazing, when we were not out on the beach, we spent most of the time in the garden at a big family table. The BBQ grill was a great bonus - we cooked all our dinners with local seafood on the grill, which was just perfect. The house is only couple of minutes walk from the beach. The beach itself is nothing special, but within 15-20 min by car you can reach amazing beaches around. The only drawbacks we could think of is the lack of Air conditioning. We were at the very hot period and house would sometimes get rather hot, even at night. For the rest - amazing house, definitely recommended!"

Located in the heart of Ansedonia (A verdant hill, in the middle between two beaches: the Feniglia and sliced) a few kilometers from the Maremma and silver coast.

Villa Azzurra is distributed on a fully fenced and equipped with an elegant gate that allows absolute privacy.

The garden is cared for throughout the year by a gardener and is full of hydrangeas and red geraniums.

Splendid stone villa, air-conditioned rooms and living room, immersed in the fragrant vegetation typical of the Mediterranean scrub and in the silence of the Ansedonia hill, overlooking the Feniglia bay with its long beach and pine forest of about 7 km which unites the two promontories, that of Ansedonia and that of Monte Argentario.
Inside the pine forest, long cycle paths cross the entire nature and wildlife reserve with various accesses to the sea.

From the house you can easily reach the beaches of Feniglia to the north and Tagliata to the south, using the shuttle bus service (operated from mid-June to mid-September) with terminus at equipped establishments and restaurants. This does not oblige the use of the car and the search for parking, so as to be able to spend holiday periods in complete relaxation.
The house is spread over two levels as follows, upstairs:
2 double bedrooms, one with sea view and the other with sea view and overlooking the garden and 1 bathroom with bathtub.

NOTES AND GENERAL RULES

Not included in the weekly rates:
- the cost of the final cleaning of the entire house, which amounts to € 150. However, it is required that the kitchen be left tidy;
- the consumption of electricity and water. In agreement with the guests, they can be quantified at the cost price (based on the quotations on the previous invoices), or at a flat rate for € 100 / week;
- linen (sheets and towels) is provided only on request at a cost of € 30 for each room with weekly change;
- travelers who stay for more than a week are invited to request a total or partial house cleaning service at a cost to be agreed.
- Check-in is from 18:00 onwards, after a telephone call it could be anticipated if the house was already ready.
- Check-out must be done before 11: 00
- Delivery of the keys by the owner or by a person trusted by him.

Beauty on the Beach is a unique villa, positioned 20 meters from the Mediterranean sea. The first 10 meters of water are shallow waters which are perfect for children to play in. The front of villa looks at the sea, the back of the villa is surrounded by a private ancient pine tree forest perfect for children to play in during the hot hours of the day.
The interior of the villa is composed by 5 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom, one of the bedrooms if not needed can be used as a tv room with a 55' flat screen tv, with satellite tv and dvd player. The living area is a typical tuscan living room with a 40' hdtv with satellite tv, DVD Player and ipod dock, and a dining area that sits 10 and a fully furnished kitchen with 2 stoves, 2 ovens, 2 fridges and 2 freezers, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and all the cookware needed for gourmet cooking. By the laundry room there are 2 extra rooms and bathroom for the on property staff.
In addition to the 5 bedrooms there are 3 annexes each with one bedroom and bathroom.

For the past 6 months I have refurbished my house. New layout of the house, more modern and efficient, new bathrooms, air conditioning on the first floor, electrical and plumbing all up to standard and new. I only put it back on the market today for the months of August and September.

It is a very large, spacious and bright villa in all seasons, consisting of two apartments for 8 and 4 beds connected to each other.
Large apartment (on two floors): three double bedrooms, one single, one triple with a bunk bed and three bathrooms. Large terrace overlooking the sea with table and chairs to eat while looking at the view, cool verandas and large garden with rocks and Mediterranean vegetation. Spacious and welcoming common areas with large living room. Large dining / kitchen room with modern island in the middle. Spaces behind for warehouse / laundry. All fully equipped with 2 refrigerators, washing machine and dishwasher. Fully furnished house and 2 wi-fi.
Small apartment: 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge / dining room, kitchen with fridge, electric stove, and oven. Veranda and garden / grove that connects it in several points with the large apartment.

Above the promontory, the ancient Roman city of Cosa where suggestive theatrical performances are set up, while along the Feniglia pine forest, pedaling by bicycle to the Argentario you can meet deer and squirrels or pink flamingos and herons towards the lagoon. Rome is about 100 km away and can be easily reached by train (1.5 or 2 hours depending on the train) and by car. Within Ansedonia you can move on foot, while to go to Orbetello, the nearest inhabited center, full of shops (and supermarkets!) It takes 10 minutes by car. Capalbio and its beaches (macchiatonda, the last beach) are 20 minutes away by car; along the internal road, you pass through the WWF Oasis of Burano and its lake.
