The newly renovated villa is 20 meters from the sea and is surrounded by a 10,000-square-meter private beachfront park featuring beautiful vegetation of myrtle, juniper, and wild olive trees, as well as a large pine forest that provides shade and a fantastic microclimate.
You can swim directly from the property, which has a private stretch of coastline consisting mainly of rocks, but also a small beach access. Next to the property is a small marina with the possibility of mooring dinghies or small boats. Villa Carezza di Mare has a unique location: directly by the sea and in front of Isola di Spargi and is a part of the National Park of La Maddalena Archipelago. Moreover all the location was a granite mine in the past and you can still see enormous pieces of granite left and different mining equipment. It is a kind of open air museum just by the sea. There is also a real museum which can be open on request with a local guide. The atmosphere of this place is unique and it is a natural paradise.

It was not difficult to find it, because the agency that has rented it, Sardinia Unlimited, gave us all the directions to get there and then we had a reference on the spot in case we had some problems. Beautiful light-filled home with sea view terraces and gorgeous garden, 3 minute walk away from clear blue waters and only 5 min drive to La Maddalena town. Tastefully decorated, the home is ideal for a relaxing vacation in Sardegna and for exploring the gorgeous surrounding archipelago. The sea-view terraces provide a relaxing getaway. You may not even want to leave the home! The house is located in the private Villaggio Piras, a few minutes drive from down town and to all the nicest beaches.

The front terrace with sea-view is where you will be spending your time! All meals can be eaten from the front terrace. There is a very well equipped kitchen and cozy living room. If it's cold outside, there is also an indoor dining table. There is also a back terrace with a sun-lounger, chairs and umbrella. This back terrace has a fantastic view of Caprera and the sea. Gorgeous sailboats and mega-yachts can be watched going by on their way to Porto della Madonna. The sunset from here is also incredible.
The main house has two bedrooms each with windows with mosquito nets and very quiet air conditioning. The Master bedroom has a queen (matrimonial) bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sofa bed. There is also a finished basement that is very spacious and nicely decorated, which can be set up with two single beds or a queen (matrimonial) bed. There is also an en-suite bathroom. The basement is about 5 steps down from the ground level, however, there are windows and natural light enters. There is a private entrance with lock. The basement also has a washing machine and room for storing suitcases.

We couldn’t run the living and the bedroom air conditioners at the same time, but it still kept it cool enough and transitioning to the room AC at night was a quick cool down. Back entrance terrace. 50 sqm terrace on the front, equipped barbecue, sauna and 7-seater jacuzzi. Outdoor shower, Sun-deck with deckchairs. ADJOINING ANNEX (just 15 meters from the terrace): 35 sqm with living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, infrared sauna for 2, fully equipped kitchen. Storage room with safe and washing machine. Full bathroom with sensory lights in the shower. RELAX AREA: (in front of the Annex) Area equipped with umbrellas with sofa and armchairs, hammock and sunbed.
The two kitchens are complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction plates and oven, wine cellar, toaster, blender, water purifier, milk frother, capsule coffee machine, American coffee machine, microwave.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 bunk beds and 1 sofa bed, in total for 10 people. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or are passing through to visit the city. By choosing villa Magdala, you can reach the island's main beaches just 1400 meters away, 4 minutes by car. Also new this year is the arrival of Donkey! Young and friendly Sardinian donkey that is located in the large fenced plot, 120 meters from the annex, in its privacy.
Free use of the Jacuzzi, to be used mainly in the evening (water at 38 degrees). Regenerating. ATTENTION: This is NOT a children's pool. It should be used under parental control. Definitely suitable for ages 6 and up. It's a SPA.

La Maddalena offers a lot in terms of excursions, the sea and the historic center just 7 minutes from the house.
We will put you in touch, if necessary, with qualified people for the rental of a dinghy (possibility of mooring at Cala Spalmatore at 1,300 meters) or for a trip to the special islands.
