- "My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this property. It has all the amenities minus the clothes dryer but that’s pretty normal in Europe. The bed was comfortable, Air conditioning units worked well. The kitchen was well supplied with cutlery, plates and cups. The view is wonderful and although this is a gated private community, there are several small grocery stores, restaurants and taverns. The beach area required a short hike but there was food, drink umbrellas, and lounge chairs for rent for those who don't want to pack it in. Santa Teresa Gulura, Castelsardo, and Isola Rossa are communities with nice beaches, historic castle remnants and full services nearby. This property is great for short day trips to explore which is not what I originally anticipated."

How to get to the house.
After traveling along the SP90 and arriving at the entrance to Costa Paradiso, you have to travel along a narrow, paved road for 3 km and you reach the barrier, where the police station is located.
After the barrier, go straight and, after passing the heliport (an "H" marked on the asphalt, where the helicopter lands in case of need), continue on the left until you reach Via Lu Pitrighinosu, on the right.

You have to walk almost all the way down Via Lu Pitrighinosu and, just before reaching the end, on the right, you will find the second small square with the reserved parking space, no. Y1/4.

After parking the car, you have to walk a short driveway with some steps and you arrive at the entrance of the house.
