The staff treated us very well; were very friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfortable. By the way, the TV remote needs to be within 3 feet of the TV--perhaps the batteries are low. Thank you for giving us the extra night (because of the storm) at a reduced rate. I don't know if this is a standard practice or a courtesy to clients in a snow emergency. We stayed in the Watkins room and it made me a bit uneasy but the police department is right next door which helped ease my mind. One final note is there was not housekeeping so it’s up to you to keep the room cleanly but if we called to request service it may have been provided. Overall great stay for a new hotel that opened less than a month ago! "
