I also suggested that for safety reasons in the bath/shower room there should be a shower screen and handle to hold when coming out of the bath and also a bath mat to stand away from the wet floor. Overall the staff were helpful and courteous. The manager offered to drive us to the city centre and also pick us when we called the hotel. "

The Fort itself is located at a top location and it could potentially be a three star hotel but at the moment there are some shortcomings which should be amended. During our stay there was no hot water, the telephone was out of order, just like the elevator. Wifi didn’t work. Breakfast consisted of two slices of white bread with margarine and a tiny cup of miserable coffee. Nothing else. A great disappointment. Mister Shakti Singh, the friendly receptionist asked for my feedback which I appreciated and he promised things would be different when we would return next time. I should add that during our stay there was a shortage of staff because it was 1 January. "
