I was upset up on arrival because of the private taxi company at the airport told me that Crowne Plaza didn’t have a shuttle service & price gauged us for a grip for a 5 minute ride. Please call them & verify first before giving into the pressure. The front desk staff could see I was visibly upset, & offered an upgrade. It didn’t put my money back in my pocket, but it was a sweet spot to land. The staff was extremely accommodating to all of our needs, big and small"
