Very important aspect as the current COVID period raises some concerns, all the hotel has active anti-bacterial/viral filtering systems, you can find them in each corner of the structure. This hotel is probably the safest place where you can be! On a side note, seeing the owners work to help waiters and arrange seats in the early morning, clearly shows how much they care about guests and not just the money. Absolutely recommended!"

There’s no room service, during the stay they do not clean the room, and for dinner, there’s only a mediocre buffet or an Indian restaurant that’s always full. We stayed in a suite with the whole family, and the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the queen bed was very comfortable. We also found the saunas and jacuzzi very clean, with no set schedule or need for reservations, which was appreciated. It’s a shame the pool wasn’t open. The breakfast buffet was quite complete. The WiFi could improve much more, we had no WiFi in our suite and neither Smart TV, just a couple of channels despite the TV was huge and modern."
