I wanted to make the trip easy on me and then surprise my gf with part 2 of her birthday. We had a nice time, and I had a lovely stay here. THe only thing that did not happen was COvid-19 protocol was not given to me at check in. If we are going to use paper that can be tossed out then all the rules of house keeping and house keeping services and what is closed and and what is open on the property should have been disclosed at check in even with a piece of paper that can be tossed Valet parking he only wore a mask Young man, I had a lady in the car, maybe you should have open the car door for her. I am sorry I could not tip it was unexpected I say out of 5 stars I was 4/5 and it was a good trip. Oh, the couch had stains on it and that needs to be replaced. I had to ask about wifi and the TV These are the things that can be on a piece of paper that can be tossed and done at check in. Oh, all the front staff was very helpful So, my comments about what we need to do comes from the fact we are still in covd-19 not the hotel I did not get a discount and I don't know if I could have I was so frazzled by my trip I forgot to ask.
