THe only thing that did not happen was COvid-19 protocol was not given to me at check in. If we are going to use paper that can be tossed out then all the rules of house keeping and house keeping services and what is closed and and what is open on the property should have been disclosed at check in even with a piece of paper that can be tossed Valet parking he only wore a mask Young man, I had a lady in the car, maybe you should have open the car door for her. I am sorry I could not tip it was unexpected I say out of 5 stars I was 4/5 and it was a good trip. Oh, the couch had stains on it and that needs to be replaced. I had to ask about wifi and the TV These are the things that can be on a piece of paper that can be tossed and done at check in. Oh, all the front staff was very helpful So, my comments about what we need to do comes from the fact we are still in covd-19 not the hotel I did not get a discount and I don't know if I could have I was so frazzled by my trip I forgot to ask. - "My and I booked for a quick stay at Windrose on the Hudson and although we were disappointed that we did not have a view of the Hudson River from the property the property itself was amazing. The property is vast and the hotel itself is confusing, but that added to the charm. It is close to shopping and areas that offer many food optionsas well as its own cafe on the grounds. The property was not built to be a hotel, and you can tell, but the converdion from A GE training site to hotel seems natural. We definitely wanted to be there longer to explore more. "

The space
My house is a recently renovated multi family building with three levels and a basement. I live in the first floor unit (first level + basement) and the second floor unit (second level + third level) is for my guests.

The second floor unit (guest unit) has its own private entrance. The second level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen; the third level has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will need to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the second level and another flight of stairs to get up to the third level. The stairs are shared among guests.

This private bedroom is located on the third level. This bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, office desk/chair, mini fridge, closet space, wifi, smart 55” tv, cable tv (Youtube TV), deadbolt lock, toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper), iron, iron board, hair dyer, foldable desk, foldable chair, heater, towels, hampers, extension outlets, standing mirror, and an air conditioner— please request one upon booking.

Guest(s) will have private access to their bedrooms and shared access with other guests to the common areas: kitchen and two bathrooms. The stocked kitchen is there for you to whip up your favorite meals or drinks, your room is there for you to eat, kick back relax and binge watch your favorite shows, and the bathrooms are there for you to freshen up whenever needed. I also provide weekly cleanings services of the common areas to sanitate and maintain a level of cleanliness for my guests. If there is anything else you might need, don't be shy, ask me!

Download the “passport” app to pay through your phone, zone code for all street parking in New Rochelle is 64421. If you’re parking in a parking lot, please check for the zone code.

There is no washer or dryer on the premises, but there are various laundromats around, all about a 3-5 minute walk.

There is a skyscraper being built a block away, so there is subtle construction noise during working hours.
