- "beds were super comfortable and the hotel/room was very clean. you could see the beach from the hotel but it was a 35-40 min walk on a sidewalk through a busy part of town. the oddities were the hotel required a $17/day resort fee that was no where in the listing and just isn't a great way for the hotel to start a stay with your guests, and that the shuttle to the beach that the hotel offered only took you there, it did not pick up from the beach. seems a bit silly especially since the other shuttle drop off locations have to pass the beach on the way back to the hotel..."

- "The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping from the renters in the adjacent unit, and traffic noise, our first night at the property was sleepless. I did call management to complain and thankfully the other renters left the next day and the rest of our stay was peaceful. They do have a “quiet hour” rule but in our case, our neighbor did not adhere to it. Although in the company’s website it says each unit gets 2 parking spots, ours has 1.5 as one spot has the deck posts sitting on it. The property does have a few positives. The unit was spotless, and cookware, kitchen appliances, toiletries, beach towels, hair dryer, iron, washer & dryer are provided. The unit was nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The property is within walking distance to a lot restaurants and shops on Thames Street and The Elms on Bellevue Ave."

- "Aggie was a tremendous help with our stay. We had a single unit, which was perfect for my husband and I and our pup. The condo cottages are beautiful inside, and our bed was sooo comfortable! We arrived in a rainstorm and found several large puddles to contend with to get from the road to the room— the landscaping needs a little more drainage. Contactless checkin was great. Room is great, with kitchenette. Sound insulation is poor. We clearly heard the residents of the neighboring room last night when they got in. The HVAC system is loud. I thought it could be intentional white noise until it cycled off, then back on, regularly all night. While the bed was comfortable, the noise kept me awake. It takes 90 seconds for hot water to arrive to the spigot or shower. The amount of water being wasted is unreasonable. An inexpensive recirculating pump system with a sensor to bring hot water to the faucets quickly would be a huge improvement. Water is a scarce resource—there is a lot of it going down the drain at this hotel."
