In-Season rates run from Memorial Day weekend through the end of September. Rentals are strictly Friday-to-Friday in peak Summer months (June, July, August). Flexible 4-day minimum bookings available in May and September.

Off-Season rates run from October 1 through mid-May with a 4-minimum stay requirement. Outdoor amenities will be unavailable during this time due to higher winds and winter climate. This includes grills, outdoor furniture, umbrellas, and beach chairs.
