- "Cleaning " - "Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, visiting the UNESCO listed Hahoe Historical village. Hotel is very clean and beds are comfortable. Staff at hotel reception were EXTREMELY helpful. When I had trouble booking for my onward bus/train journeys on line, they took time to help me book all my onward journeys !! In particular, I would like to thank these 2 staff : Ms Won Young Jung and Ms Lee Da Dam who went out of their way to help me with my booking !! Well Done to the management for recruiting such excellent "Customer Focus" staff !! Thank You !! There are plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance from the hotel. Hahoe Historical Village is only 15mins taxi ride. I would strongly recommend my friends and family to stay in this hotel should they visit Andong, Korea !! "

Although it is clear the hotel is a bit run down, it is still perfectly serviceable and provides a convenient, comfortable place to stay when exploring Andong and its surroundings. - "The hotel was easy to find, and just off a main bus route. It is a little out of town, but easy to get to and from. Check in was efficient, though there was very little information given. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bathroom was good. Although it had no door and therefore water did not stay in the cubicle, it was nice that it had a separate shower space. The hotel design had tiny windows and it had also been covered with faux-stained glass. This meant there wasn't much natural light. In general, the room lighting was also not as good as it could have been: it was very dark around the bed. We had to ask about breakfast, which was included. According to our booking information, this was supposed to be from 8-9am in the hotel's own cafe. However, they informed us it was 7-8am, which we felt was much too early. This was especially so once we actually came to eat - the breakfast was one of the worst we've ever had in a hotel. It felt like they were trying to make it so early and so poor that people didn't bother to get up for it. Only cereal, toast and jam, raw eggs (and no offer to cook them), cheap ramen pots and coffee from a machine, even though the cafe had proper coffee making facilities. We requested butter on the first day, and they had none. They didn't bother to get any for the second either. Overall, it is a reasonable hotel for a short stay, but I would recommend not including breakfast. It would be nice if some information was provided in English."
