It'll take you about 10 minutes to downtown. It’s take you about 10 minutes from Moncton airport. 7 mins drive to NBCC and Crandall University. Near Champlain Mall, Shopping center....The bus stop is about 2 mins walk from the house. have a large sunroom and large garden and backyard.

The Light House is my personal residence, and we ask that all guests treat it with the utmost care.

This is an older cottage that has been renovated. It has a rustic charm and its own unique quirks (some older windows throughout). While we think you'll love it here, if you're looking for brand new or perfectly polished home, this may not be a fit for you.

Guests will have access to the entire cottage including the main floor, and the backyard. Guests are able to park up to 3 vehicles in our the driveway with additional free street parking.

The only space of the home that is off limits to guests is the locked owners' closets and cabinet in the laundry room.

Other things to note
On occasion, we will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing, hot tub maintenance and general groundskeeping.

We provide our guests with a "starter kit" of supplies to make your stay more comfortable, including:

- 1 bathing towel and 1 washcloth per guest
- 2 hand towels in the bathroom
- Body soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom
- 2 kitchen towels
- 3 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
- 2 rolls of paper towel under the kitchen sink
- Laundry soap and softener
- Dishing washing soap and dishwasher pods
- Ground coffee, tea, powdered coffee creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil and vinegar

We have drip coffee maker (with filters) and a hot water kettle for your use in the kitchen.

Note: because this is a cottage that runs on a well, the water pressure can be quite weak when more than one water source is running, especially the washing machine and the shower at the same time. We suggest not running the washing machine when someone is planning to shower, etc. The water is potable.

Pets: we only allow dogs under 50lbs. If you're planning to bring your furry friend, please register them in your booking so we can plan accordingly.

Firepit: please observe and follow fire-bans during your stay. We do not provide firewood, but you can purchase at most local gas stations.

Hot tub liability: By booking your stay with us, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks connected with activity by and in the hot tub. You agree to not hold accountable or bring legal action against the property management company, the co-hosts, or the owners of the home. Hot tub for the adults & backyard playground for the kids. There is 4 bdrms & 2 baths. This home has a beautiful kitchen with office/gazebo, playroom in basement. Cozy front porch to enjoy your coffee while listening to the sounds of nature. Just outside city limits, 12 minutes drive to grocery stores/pharmacy and Champlain mall, 15 min to Moncton airport and 29 minutes to Parlee beach in Shediac. This is a lived in family home, renting during summer. Lots of room for your family to enjoy!

The space
On main floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 double) and two bathrooms. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower and soaking tub in the king bed room. The basement has 1 bedroom with queen bed and playroom/secondary living room.

Guest access
You will have access to the full home and backyard. Note: there is a separate in-law suite in the basement but tenants are rarely there in the summertime as they move at their camping trailer.
