I live in a pretty nice, peaceful and quite neighborhood. I'm near malls, shopping centers, grocery stores, a waterpark and restaurants. I'm about 25- 30 mins away from downtown. Downtown has museums, Discovery Green, fine dining and popular parks. I'm very close to the city and from my place, Houston is a few exits away. I'm also about 20 minutes away from the Galleria, that has a huge ice skating rink and high end stores. Also, downtown has a lot of historic buildings and popular places such as The House of Blues.

My place is fully furnished and very comfy with two private rooms. I have high ceilings and wood floors. I have a normal size backyard for grilling, relaxing and maybe even camping. I have two cozy private rooms with comfy beds and pillows (I've heard) and you will feel right at home. I have great wall art in my home as well.

You will love staying here! Large comfortable bedroom with window on 2nd floor and plenty of closet space. There is also a shared bathroom that is not connected to the room.

The space
My home is a two story 4 bedroom house situated in a beautiful, quite and safe neighborhood.

We have shopping centers nearby including:
Katy Mills Mall, Memorial City Mall, Walmart, Target, HEB, grocery stores, theaters and restaurants.

There is also a wonderful neighborhood park nearby, great for walking or jogging.

The room includes:

- full size bed with two pillows
- full dresser with vanity mirror
- night table with drawers
- closet with hangers
- microwave oven
- personal refrigerator

The detached bathroom includes:

- towels
- shampoo and hand soap
- toothbrush and toothpaste
* bathroom I'll clean as needed

Room can't be locked from outside only from the inside.

Guest access
Guests will have front door access with security code. Upon entering a shared stairway gives immediate access to your room on the second floor. You'll have a bathroom with shower that is not attached to your room. There is parking space available also for your vehicle. *Use of washer and dryer available for a small fee.

During your stay
My work schedule fluctuates between nights and days. I'm happy to answer questions. You can easily contact me by phone, email, or text if needed when I'm not home.

Other things to note
I am excited to have you in our home. This space is great for solo / business travelers, students, or tourists. We do have birds as pets that are kept downstairs . There are also two Young children that are usually in school or tended by a relative. Noise is minimal and away from your space.

Guest must bring their own beddings. Host provides mattress, bed.



If you forgot anything there’s a Walmart, about 5 minutes from the place.

Guest can order and send beddings, and towels ahead of their trip to the address and it will be kept in their rooms for them.

House has one key for entering. Must leave the key behind the outdoor plant. Don’t take with you.

If arriving with your own vehicle, please park reasonably in the driveway. Remember it’s a shared space. Other guest including me will have their car parked in the driveway as well.

Trash days are Wednesdays and Saturdays. Trash cans for garbage are located outside the home towards the left side. The grey is recycle and blue is disposal.

Treat your assigned place with respect like it’s your own and tidy up when you leave please. Thank you
