This is the most walkable neighborhood in Houston! To much to list: Over 30 restaurants within a short 3 block walk, lost of shopping opportunities in Rice Village. Five blocks from the Tx Medical Center, and a few blocks the beautiful tree lined streets of Rice University. Convenient to Hermann Park, Houston Zoo, MFAH and easy access to the metro rail train to the museum district and downtown.

I recommend a car if you are here long term. This neighborhood is very walkable with easy access to shops and restaurant. It’s a great neighborhood.

5. A RING doorbell camera is installed for the safety of all our guest, and for home security purposes. ANY sort of tampering with the camera will result in a $500 fine and cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

6. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. This includes inside of the unit, on the balcony, in the hallways, or in the garage. Smoking is 100% prohibited on this property. ($1000 fine if this rule is violated.)

7. You are held responsible for any items that are broken/missing in the unit. Also, please avoid eating/drinking on the bed. Any linens that are found severely stained will be charged to you.

8. Guest cannot receive any packages via courier service or the mail, without prior approval from the host.

Cozy 1 bedroom with queen size bed and queen size air mattress for extra guest in the luxurious 77056 zip code area, walking distance to Houston galleria mall and many other nice outside sitting restaurants. - "Booking and communication with host was easy. The area is well monitored by law enforcement. Visible homeless in the area, but not instrusive. The parking garage and building are very secure. This unit has a designated parking spot with fob access to the building. The unit was clean and plenty of space with many extra amenities. Patio. Bed was comfortable. 10 minute walk to NRG, entry at gate 11, for rodeo we cut thru Holiday Inn and caught the tram to the NRG center. Overall a wonderful space. The host prompt to reply and we enjoyed out time. I forgot to mention there are several restaurants in walking distance and below the building.
