This apartment sleeps 6 very comfortably. A hidden Gem minutes from all the attraction in Uptown Charlotte. - "I stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks. Smart was fantastic to deal with and was probably my best experience with a property owner so far. The apartment was very clean and spacious. All appliances were on site to make a 2 week stay very comfortable. Brand new washer/dryer. The apartment is in a great location that is close to everything. Tons of space to park. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to stay in Charlotte." - "My wife and I stayed in this condo during our 5-day stay in Charlotte. The location is very convenient with access to the city center in just a few minutes via the interstate and side roads alike. The condo was clean upon arrival and the instructions were clear and simple! Parking was even more convenient as it is in a fenced in area directly in front of the condo. Can't ask for a better spot. The nightly rate was very reasonable for such a convenient location near the city center. My only complaint would be the futon downstairs. While it is spacious and clean, it is impossible to sleep on it. There are metal bars running along the length and width of the surface and there is zero cushioning of these edges and bars. Unfortunately there's no sleeping position that will let you avoid contact with them. They're very, very close to the surface and resulted in back pain all day. There are many pillows on the couch which can help, but I personally wouldn't consider the futon as an additional sleeper. With that said, I would 100% stay here again. Although I didn't communicate with the host very much, she seems very helpful and kind. I'd rate this stay an A+ if it weren't for the futon, so I'm giving it an A! Very satisfied."

-This gorgeous craftsman style home has tons of unique architectural features and an abundance of wood trim and moldings. The stacked stone fireplace, hardwood floors and loaded kitchen make this house truly feel like a home away from home. There is a large fenced backyard. Relax in the screened in porch with Uptown views. The master bedroom is a cozy retreat with coffered ceilings and a gorgeous bath. This home is walkable to Uptown and very close to all that Charlotte has to offer!
The space
This home has a very cozy open floor plan. There is a three season screened in porch off of the living room that allows for seasonal Uptown views and a great reminder of the convenience of the location. Guests are greeted with off street parking for two to three cars. After a long day of enjoying CLT be sure to relax in the large garden tub in the master bedroom! FYI, there are two security cameras on this property, both are exterior - one monitors the driveway and the other monitors the front doorway entrance - all activity in these locations is recorded for our mutual security...
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house and fenced in yard. *There is a third bedroom that guests will not have access to unless agreed to prior to their arrival.
Other things to note
Pets are welcome although they have to be accepted prior to booking. There will be a pet fee of $50 charge per pet. This fee will be added to the initial booking fee through Airbnb. ***If you have allergies, please realize that pets do occupy this home every once in a while.

- "The house is not what is shown in the pics. The house was never cleaned from people who stayed previous. Sheets were off the bed with stains on bed, trash was strewn about, dirty used qtips were left in the kitchen counter. The trash was full, dishes were piled high in the sink. Not to mention old and molded food in the fridge which caused the whole house to reek of an unbearable stench. And the worst part. Owner was called, messaged…. And to this day has not contacted back. Completely abandoned in the matter. I had to go to a hotel. I would never use this host Scott Jermyn again. And i advise you not to either. Worst experience ive ever had on anything."
