The property is a completely remodeled two-bedroom, one-bath home with a detached garage which includes a guest suite complete with a set of bunk beds, full closet and a half bath. GUEST SUITE IS LOCATED IN THE DETACHED GARAGE AND IS AVAILABLE MAY-SEPTEMBER ONLY. Free wireless internet is available. Inside the house, each of the bedrooms has a queen bed, nightstands and a full closet. Hardwood floors stretch throughout the family room, kitchen, bedrooms and bath. The family room includes a pullout queen sleeper, love seat, fireplace, satellite television and a bay window overlooking the lake. The kitchen contains stainless steel appliances and an island/breakfast bar which opens into the family room. In the wood-lined sitting room, there is an oversized couch, two reclining chairs, a dining table that fits six-to-eight and a stackable washer and dryer. There are ceiling fans with lights in each of the rooms. The tree-lined lot offers seclusion and shade with a large yard, fire pit, dock and 150 feet of lake frontage. There are neighboring homes on boths sides of the 150-foot lot.

The property is located along the shores of Lake Noquebay. Lake Noquebay is approximately 2,410 acres in size. Fish species within the Lake include bluegill, crappie, bass, walleye, northern pike, trout, rock bass, perch and muskie. Lake Noquebay is popular year-round with boating, fishing, snowmobiling and waterskiing. The Crivitz Ski Cats waterski team performs twice weekly, on Wednesday and Saturday evenings, in the summer.

The Village of Crivitz is located just minutes from the property and is home to gift shops, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores. Crivitz also offers a Flea Market on Thursdays in the summer and a Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings from July through October featuring fresh locally grown produce and handmade items. In early summer, you can also pick your own strawberries, which make for delicious summertime eating. The Village’s markets, holiday parades and gift shops are a great opportunity to discover the charm and hospitality that define the community.

We love this property. There is something magical as you step out of your car while you arrive there. We haven't been able to put our finger on exactly what it is, but we do know it might be a mixture of things. The feeling of being surrounded by nature... the peace and quiet, the birds, the fresh air, and the uniqueness of the cabin are all things that contribute. We hope you love it as much as us.

Pets:

✔️ We want you to bring your furry companions and we are happy to have them. With that being said, we limit it to 2 animals per stay, and only dogs or cats. We ask that you clean up after their droppings by disposing of them properly and also cleaning up after them in the cabin. If this is not respected, extra fees will be given after our cleaner goes through. We know you'll respect the area with your pets just like you would you own home! So make yourself at home with your furry friends as well!

Guest Access:

You have full reign of the whole property. The shed and bathroom closet are locked due to personal storage.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: We love the north woods, but this is just a reminder to you that it IS the north woods. So here are a few things to know before you book your stay!

If you come across insects, mosquitoes, bugs, or mice, this happens. We do our very best to make sure to control all of this, but sometimes it out of our control. Bring some bug spray and a love for the outdoors, and you will love your stay!

Also, the cabin is set on a crawl space, meaning that the cabin itself has an outdoors earthy smell. There is nothing wrong with the cabin, and we do our very best to use things like damp rid to lessen the smell. We have no issues with it, but we want to make sure guests know this before booking!

Lastly, we use a well at the cabin and the water where the cabin is set has iron in it. With that being said, you may see a yellow color in the water or the toilet. We have had it inspected and it's fine, but as a service to our guests, we provide a water dispenser with filtered water so that you feel better drinking the water. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located on the Southeast side of Lake Noquebay! Lake Noquebay is a 2400 acre, full recreation lake. Great fishing, boating and year round fun! This open floor plan has two bedrooms on each side with kitchen and Family room in the center. Close to town for all your grocery, bait, restaurants, golf course, etc.
The property is perfect for the entire family. Large yard for outdoor living and wonderful swimming based on hard sand bottom. Water depth at dock is about 3 feet to accommodate boats. Lake is public and full recreation. There is not specific wake or no wake hours because of the size and low quantity of boats. Simply an awesome place to be!

My wife and I have been coming up north for years and one issue we always expect to deal with is terrible wifi service, but this cabin blew me away, it was like having regular high functioning internet!!! This trip was just with my wife and I after our friends had some plans changed, but the cabin could definitely accommodate larger groups. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Grass Lake is a private, no-wake lake. It's views can be enjoyed from the dock or using non-motorized boats such as kayaks, and floating rafts. Please note that swimming is not advised due to the soft bottom and shallow waters (approximately 4 ft). For alternative swimming options and boat launch facilities, several additional lakes are conveniently located within a 5-10 minute drive.

Routine lawn care, snow removal, and garbage pick-up will be handled by our service providers throughout the week.

- "Loved this cottage by Crivitz, Wisconsin. So quaint and very nicely decorated. Antique items were repurposed for furniture and decor. It was nice and clean and a lot of little things were provided. Extra cords for recharging devices, snacks, a bottle of wine, and more I can't think of right now. Beautiful yard with a nice view of the lake and sunsets. The architecture inside is stunning! Wooden beams on the ceiling that had ceiling fansin the sunroom, and those ceiling fans were of great comfort. The wifi worked great and so did the TV. The fireplace is beautiful although we did not use it because we were there in August. Wood for the fireplace and firepit was supplied. It's situated on a very private lot. I can't say enough about this place! Brooke takes great care of this place and I can't thank her enough for sharing it with us. We would definitely stay here again! 5 stars!!"

Summary:

The 3-bed, 2-bath house is updated with modern appliances, a smart TV with Netflix, along with an extensive newly installed aluminum front deck to grill out or just relax in front of the lake.

The Space:
A private house with 3-bedroom, 2-full baths, and fully updated. It has one king bed, one queen bed, and a bunk bed with pull-out. House is occupied with central air and heat. New appliances, a filtered water, and ice machine. It has two smart TVs and a sound system in the living room.

Guest Access:
Guests can use the whole house rooms. Main garage can be used for cars or toys parking, and have a finished heated room that can also be used with extra charge. Second garage is not for use except for carport parking.

The Neighborhood:
Wooded area with many off-road trails around and small lakes.

Getting Around:
You can use a car or any legal off-road vehicle to go around the neighborhood and enjoy the bars on the trails.

Other Things to Note:
There is a fire pit located in the front yard close to the lake that can be used along with a fire wood that stocked behind it.

Newly renovated dock with pedal boats, kayaks, and canoe all ready for guests use. We have life jackets in the storage box next to the dock.

Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the neighbors (who we didn't see or hear) were very quiet. Very PRIVATE and peaceful. The lake was a short walk from the house. Only suggestion would be to place seating outside on the deck or by the lake. Crivitz is only about 12 miles from the home, with a great Piggly Wiggly grocery store and other shopping needs and lots of restaurants to choose from. Our comfy family owned cottage is equipped with everything needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Its perfectly located right next to the boat launch. It has ample concreted parking for your boat or other toys. Easy access to the ATV/UTV trails. The pure sand beach is close and is a great clean place to swim on Crooked Lake. There are three local establishments that are under a minute away.

If you are looking for relaxation, you can spend your time enjoying a campfire in the fire pit, roasting smores ro sitting on the patio looking out at, and listening to the birds and wildlife that you are sure to encounter. The firepit has plenty of chairs for seating along with the firewood that is provided for your campfire enjoyment. A gas grill is available with propane and grilling tools.

The space
Stix-N-Stones comfortably sleeps 4. There are 2 queen beds. 1 bed is memory foam and 1 is a traditional box-spring mattress.

The backyard is shaded and private. There is a firepit with chairs, a picnic table, and space to play yard games. You may see neighbors on either side through the tree line, front yard or from the driveway.

Stix-N-Stones is located in the Town of Stephenson, about 25 minutes from the Town of Crivitz. We are within walking distance (.5 miles) of Governor Thompson's hiking trails.

The cabin is on a gravel road about a mile from a main road.

Guest access
Guests have access to the cabin and land. Guests will not have access to the garage or lofted area. Please do not park on the grass because the septic is between the house and the firepit.

Other things to note
This cabin is charming, but maybe more rustic than some prefer. We do NOT have internet, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, or garbage disposal.
There is a well and a septic system.
There is a floor standing air conditioner unit in the living room. It is programmable and vents out the window. The propane heater keeps the cabin toasty. Space heaters are provided in bedrooms to keep temperatures comfy when doors are closed. Ceiling fans are in the living room and bedrooms.

Pet Rules: 1 well-behaved dog is allowed with a pet fee ($50), approval from the host, and agreeing to abide by pet rules. NO CATS due to severe allergies of the owner. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. The dog must be crated if left in the cabin while the owners are out. The owner is responsible for maintaining control at all times outside, cleaning up all dog poop, and providing all supplies. A $150 pet fee will be assessed for pets not accounted for on booking.

NOTHING, but toilet paper can be flushed. Sanitary bags are provided. Damage to the septic system from flushing wipes, feminine products, or anything else may be charged to the guests if a plumber determines that the guest caused the backup.

Log cabins hold humidity. We run a dehumidifier draining into the shower between guests. It will be running when you arrive. During your stay, you can unplug and store the dehumidifier.

Check-out instructions: Please clean and put away dishes used during your stay. Close windows. Lock door. If these check-out instructions do not meet your standards, this might not fit your needs.

This stunning cabin is the perfect getaway location for couples, families, and group vacations (or a solo traveler who wants a personal retreat)! While technically just 2 bedrooms, this cabin can comfortably host as many as 8 people using 2 couches and a futon. With the lake down the road, the campfire outside, the beautiful furnishings in every room, and a variety of nature experiences close by, your stay at The Lodge at Erdmann Lane will be one you remember for years to come!

Other things to note
We enjoy the cabin as a retreat from normal life, so we have chosen not to have Wifi access there. We do have Dish Network (cable service) that you'll be able to use during your stay. Our cell phones work great at the cabin, so you should also be able to have great cell service and whatever internet service you use on your personal devices. If you are enjoying outdoor activities in the area, you might lose reception for a bit, but you'll get it back when you're around the cabin or in Crivitz.

Enjoy your stay at The Pines- which is located within walking distance to two of the best bars in the area. The Pines has a large covered 40 ft deck to enjoy any summer day. The Pines has parking for up to four trucks with Trailers to drop your UTV/ATV and ride from the end of the driveway. (The road has ATV access and the trail is 400 yards down from the driveway)

The Space:
On the first floor there is King bedroom on main level with a walk-in closet, Full Master Bath on one end of the first floor another bedroom on the other end. Full Coffee Bar, kitchen, Laundry and bathroom. Downstairs you have a full bar with two big screen TV's and two bedrooms with queen beds along with a single lofted bed. Enjoy a fire outside surrounded by pine trees, or take your snowmobiles and ATV’s up the road to the trail that connects to the county trails! Awesome fishing at the lakes which are 5 to 15 minutes away. Beautiful Beach located 5 minutes away.

We love this property. There is something magical as you step out of your car while you arrive there. We haven't been able to put our finger on exactly what it is, but we do know it might be a mixture of things. Pets:

✔️ We want you to bring your furry companions and we are happy to have them. With that being said, we limit it to 2 animals per stay, and only dogs or cats. We ask that you clean up after their droppings by disposing of them properly and also cleaning up after them in the cabin. If this is not respected, extra fees will be given after our cleaner goes through. We know you'll respect the area with your pets just like you would you own home! So make yourself at home with your furry friends as well!

You have full reign of the whole property. The shed and bathroom closet are locked due to personal storage.

Other things to note
NOTE: We love the north woods, but this is just a reminder to you that it IS the north woods. So here are a few things to know before you book your stay!

If you come across insects, mosquitoes, bugs, or mice, this happens. We do our very best to make sure to control all of this, but sometimes it out of our control. Bring some bug spray and a love for the outdoors, and you will love your stay!

Also, the cabin is set on a crawl space, meaning that the cabin itself has an outdoors earthy smell. There is nothing wrong with the cabin, and we do our very best to use things like damp rid to lessen the smell. We have no issues with it, but we want to make sure guests know this before booking!

Lastly, we use a well at the cabin and the water where the cabin is set has iron in it. With that being said, you may see a yellow color in the water or the toilet. We have had it inspected and it's fine, but as a service to our guests, we provide a water dispenser with filtered water so that you feel better drinking the water. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Our family cabin is a little piece of northwoods paradise. Whippoorwill Valley Cabin is the perfect mix of Northwoods charm, rustic and cozy yet filled with modern day essentials. You can sit and enjoy the sounds of the whippoorwills, loons, turkeys and all that nature provides. The cabin is situated right on the waters of the Johnson Falls Flowage, which is perfect for paddling and fishing. Or a short 2 minute drive will get you to where all the fun and action is on High Falls Flowage. There is easy and direct access to ATV and Snowmobile trails. You will find plenty of restaurants and supper clubs are near by for dining. There are lots of County Parks, State Parks and National Forests near by for hiking and enjoying, Check out the Marinette County Waterfall Tour for some beautiful falls! The town of Crivitz is a short 10 minute drive away where there are shops, winery, antiques and more.
You will find our cabin stocked completely with all cooking amenities, towels and linens. Just bring your food and clothes!

This is our personal family owned cabin that we enjoy sharing with guests. We do not entertain bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar type activities.

The fully concreted patio is great for parking trailers, boats, ATV's, sleds, etc. There is a portable fire pit provided to have your campfire in the most perfect spot. This newly built cottage is on a 2acre lot. You can enjoy all this space to yourself but here are a couple of reasons why you may want to chose us:

The space
King size bed in master bedroom, bunk bed in second bedroom and a bunk bed in third bedroom. The bunk beds have a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. Every bedroom has a TV. You can either enjoy the quiet 2 acre property or you can do a lot of adventuring. The area offers waterfall features, hiking, boating, kayaking, fishing, hunting. Everything you could expect from a vacation in the woods.

There is a small pond that you can swim in, there are no fish/animals added by us. It is treated water. (No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk!) Halfway through the pond there is a small drop off, it starts out around 1' then goes to about 3-4' its perfect for floating or cooling off on a hot day!


Please flush only toilet paper — no wipes, even if labeled “flushable.”
If a plumber needs to be called out to clear a clog for something placed down the drain that service costs $550 and it will be charged to your stay.

Should there be any accidents there is a $350 cleaning fee .

If you do have an electric vehicle it will be an extra $100 fee. In addition it would cost $25 to charge for 8 hours

Guest access
You have access to all 2 acres. We created a trail around the property for your enjoyment. Feel free to go for a morning walk or use it for your own personal ATV trail. We are also very close to public ATV trails.

🛟 Pond Use: The pond is 4 feet deep max at the deep end. Feel free to use the pond at your own risk. Should you invite others to the Property? You are responsible for their safety around the pond also. Needless to say there is no lifeguard on duty. You are the lifeguard at all times.
Enjoy the pond at your own risk.

The hose feeds the pond to keep it full.
If you turn the garden hose off that feeds the pond for better water pressure during the day please turn the hose back on when you no longer need the water in the house so we can keep the pond at maximum depth of 4 feet.

Other things to note
Please keep water going to the pond when you’re not using water in the house. This keeps the water levels higher. If you find yourself using water all day, please turn on the hose overnight to the pond.
