The property is a completely remodeled two-bedroom, one-bath home with a detached garage which includes a guest suite complete with a set of bunk beds, full closet and a half bath. GUEST SUITE IS LOCATED IN THE DETACHED GARAGE AND IS AVAILABLE MAY-SEPTEMBER ONLY. Free wireless internet is available. Inside the house, each of the bedrooms has a queen bed, nightstands and a full closet. Hardwood floors stretch throughout the family room, kitchen, bedrooms and bath. The family room includes a pullout queen sleeper, love seat, fireplace, satellite television and a bay window overlooking the lake. The kitchen contains stainless steel appliances and an island/breakfast bar which opens into the family room. In the wood-lined sitting room, there is an oversized couch, two reclining chairs, a dining table that fits six-to-eight and a stackable washer and dryer. There are ceiling fans with lights in each of the rooms. The tree-lined lot offers seclusion and shade with a large yard, fire pit, dock and 150 feet of lake frontage. There are neighboring homes on boths sides of the 150-foot lot.

The property is located along the shores of Lake Noquebay. Lake Noquebay is approximately 2,410 acres in size. Fish species within the Lake include bluegill, crappie, bass, walleye, northern pike, trout, rock bass, perch and muskie. Lake Noquebay is popular year-round with boating, fishing, snowmobiling and waterskiing. The Crivitz Ski Cats waterski team performs twice weekly, on Wednesday and Saturday evenings, in the summer.

The Village of Crivitz is located just minutes from the property and is home to gift shops, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores. Crivitz also offers a Flea Market on Thursdays in the summer and a Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings from July through October featuring fresh locally grown produce and handmade items. In early summer, you can also pick your own strawberries, which make for delicious summertime eating. We love this property. There is something magical as you step out of your car while you arrive there. We haven't been able to put our finger on exactly what it is, but we do know it might be a mixture of things. The feeling of being surrounded by nature... the peace and quiet, the birds, the fresh air, and the uniqueness of the cabin are all things that contribute. We hope you love it as much as us.

Pets:

✔️ We want you to bring your furry companions and we are happy to have them. With that being said, we limit it to 2 animals per stay, and only dogs or cats. We ask that you clean up after their droppings by disposing of them properly and also cleaning up after them in the cabin. If this is not respected, extra fees will be given after our cleaner goes through. We know you'll respect the area with your pets just like you would you own home! So make yourself at home with your furry friends as well!

Guest Access:

You have full reign of the whole property. The shed and bathroom closet are locked due to personal storage.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: We love the north woods, but this is just a reminder to you that it IS the north woods. So here are a few things to know before you book your stay!

If you come across insects, mosquitoes, bugs, or mice, this happens. We do our very best to make sure to control all of this, but sometimes it out of our control. Bring some bug spray and a love for the outdoors, and you will love your stay!

Also, the cabin is set on a crawl space, meaning that the cabin itself has an outdoors earthy smell. There is nothing wrong with the cabin, and we do our very best to use things like damp rid to lessen the smell. We have no issues with it, but we want to make sure guests know this before booking!

Lastly, we use a well at the cabin and the water where the cabin is set has iron in it. With that being said, you may see a yellow color in the water or the toilet. We have had it inspected and it's fine, but as a service to our guests, we provide a water dispenser with filtered water so that you feel better drinking the water. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located on the Southeast side of Lake Noquebay! Lake Noquebay is a 2400 acre, full recreation lake. Great fishing, boating and year round fun! This open floor plan has two bedrooms on each side with kitchen and Family room in the center. Close to town for all your grocery, bait, restaurants, golf course, etc.
The property is perfect for the entire family. Large yard for outdoor living and wonderful swimming based on hard sand bottom. Water depth at dock is about 3 feet to accommodate boats. Lake is public and full recreation. There is not specific wake or no wake hours because of the size and low quantity of boats. Simply an awesome place to be!

The propriety was just as advertised and right on the Snow mobile trails which was import for us. One thing that should not be taken for granted is that this place has like real actual working and functional internet-this is absolutely not the standard for the area. My wife and I have been coming up north for years and one issue we always expect to deal with is terrible wifi service, but this cabin blew me away, it was like having regular high functioning internet!!! This trip was just with my wife and I after our friends had some plans changed, but the cabin could definitely accommodate larger groups. Guests will have access to two kayaks, an inflatable boat, and life jackets for water activities.

Guests will also have access to bicycles, yard games, pop-up tents, and other outdoor items stored in the garage and shed.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Grass Lake is a private, no-wake lake. It's views can be enjoyed from the dock or using non-motorized boats such as kayaks, and floating rafts. Please note that swimming is not advised due to the soft bottom and shallow waters (approximately 4 ft). For alternative swimming options and boat launch facilities, several additional lakes are conveniently located within a 5-10 minute drive.

Routine lawn care, snow removal, and garbage pick-up will be handled by our service providers throughout the week.

- "Loved this cottage by Crivitz, Wisconsin. So quaint and very nicely decorated. Antique items were repurposed for furniture and decor. It was nice and clean and a lot of little things were provided. Extra cords for recharging devices, snacks, a bottle of wine, and more I can't think of right now. Beautiful yard with a nice view of the lake and sunsets. The architecture inside is stunning! Wooden beams on the ceiling that had ceiling fansin the sunroom, and those ceiling fans were of great comfort. The wifi worked great and so did the TV. The fireplace is beautiful although we did not use it because we were there in August. Wood for the fireplace and firepit was supplied. It's situated on a very private lot. I can't say enough about this place! Brooke takes great care of this place and I can't thank her enough for sharing it with us. We would definitely stay here again! 5 stars!!"

Located within walking distance from the boat landing and beach, pack a cooler and head down to the beach for some fun in the sun. OR, (right from our property) hit the ATV and snowmobiling trails for the day! High Falls Flowage or Cauldron Falls Reservoir have the best ice fishing in the area. Looking for some evening fun? We are just a couple miles from multiple supper clubs or bar and grills. You can choose from surf/turf, burgers and fries or pizza at the many local restaurants.

Summary:

This house is located on grass lake with access and a lovely 3-acre lot, right off the best trails for ATVs side by side snowmobiling, etc. There is a fire pit and closed garage to store all your toys.

The 3-bed, 2-bath house is updated with modern appliances, a smart TV with Netflix, along with an extensive newly installed aluminum front deck to grill out or just relax in front of the lake.

The Space:
A private house with 3-bedroom, 2-full baths, and fully updated. It has one king bed, one queen bed, and a bunk bed with pull-out. House is occupied with central air and heat. New appliances, a filtered water, and ice machine. It has two smart TVs and a sound system in the living room.

Guest Access:
Guests can use the whole house rooms. Main garage can be used for cars or toys parking, and have a finished heated room that can also be used with extra charge. Second garage is not for use except for carport parking.

The Neighborhood:
Wooded area with many off-road trails around and small lakes.

Getting Around:
You can use a car or any legal off-road vehicle to go around the neighborhood and enjoy the bars on the trails.

Other Things to Note:
There is a fire pit located in the front yard close to the lake that can be used along with a fire wood that stocked behind it.

Newly renovated dock with pedal boats, kayaks, and canoe all ready for guests use. We have life jackets in the storage box next to the dock.

- "My friend and I just spent 3 nights at this wonderful home near Crivitz, Wi. The home was immaculate, the large yard was beautiful and a great view of the lake from some of the windows. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the neighbors (who we didn't see or hear) were very quiet. Very PRIVATE and peaceful. The lake was a short walk from the house. Only suggestion would be to place seating outside on the deck or by the lake. Crivitz is only about 12 miles from the home, with a great Piggly Wiggly grocery store and other shopping needs and lots of restaurants to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again. The owner quickly responded to any questions we had. Thank you for your hospitality! ! !"
