Great communication and accommodation from host. " - "This property is on a beautiful piece of land and had great potential, but our experience was unfortunately disappointing due to poor maintenance and cleanliness.Several things were broken or non-functional upon arrival, including lights, door handles, the dryer, and the hot tub controls (we were told to use a pencil to operate it). The pool area had broken furniture and was covered in pine needles—we ended up cleaning it ourselves. We also dealt with a fruit fly problem and lost Wi-Fi our last night which impacted bedtime routine.While we enjoyed the pool and hot tub (after some troubleshooting), we would not stay here again or recommend it until the property is better maintained. We reported all issues to management but received no follow-up or resolution."

- "Clean and perfect location." - "Very nice stay! I was not there a lot but it was safe and convenient. I am a sound sleeper so I did not have a problem with sounds from the street. It was super clean and nicely decorated and had a lot of nice touches like white noise machine, super-cute kitchen with coffee available, and TWO big screen TVs!" - "It was nice & issues we had were taken care of. It hadn’t been cleaned & heat wasn’t on, brrr. Coffee was low , but owner sent a big basket of goodies including lots of towels & an extra blanket Our host got on it speedily. Bed very comfortable!! Had a Nespresso coffee maker which I love! Only 2 cups & 2 glasses provided, more would’ve been nice. Being on main street, parking was tricky but manageable. No designated parking. Noise from street in apartment was very noticeable but manageable . The host solved what issues he could. He gave a cleaning refund & a partial night refund for inconvenience. Was hoping for more of a refund out of courtesy because of paint smell coming from below us. Something to keep in mind, climbing 15 stairs frequently. All in all it could’ve been worse but it could’ve been better."

- "My family of 7+2 grandparents stayed here for four nights over Thanksgiving weekend. The place was excellent, clean, well furnished, and Sarah was super fast to communicate, as we had a few questions. I would highly recommend!" - "We rented this home so that I could prepare a meal for my adult daughters, and in addition ended up hosting my wife’s family for Thanksgiving as well. The home itself is rustic, and is set in a beautifully remote spot on a river. There are plenty of restaurants and multiple places to shop for groceries close by. The interior of the home has been nicely updated, has a lovely feel and is perfect for hosting. The kitchen is incredible. It has absolutely everything you need to prepare any type of meal. As the primary cook, I LOVED IT! My wife and I stayed in the home with my sister-in-law with my daughters also staying at different times. The three bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed, clean and modern. We did not get to take advantage of the large and well equipped patio area due to the weather, but it looked impressive. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future visits. "
