- "This property had very nice pictures. Upon arriving it was decent. The pictures were a bit deceiving. The master bedroom bed was very unstable. The dryer button to start it was broken but maintenance was quick to come fix it. Once we used the dryer we noticed the clothes weren’t drying at all. This was very inconvenient as we were washing clothes for our trip home. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work at all. For the amount we paid I thought it would have been a tad bit better. "

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. Q: What if I don't know how long I'll need to stay? Do I have to book the whole stay now?

A: No worries! Just book your first 30 nights for starters, then send us a message. We'll place a courtesy hold as far out as you want so that you have the option to extend if needed. All we ask is that you give us 2 weeks' notice when you're ready to move out.

Q: I didn't think modern apartment communities allowed subleasing/short-term rentals. Do you have permission to rent this apartment to temporary guests like me?

A: Great question! You're right - most apartment communities do not allow short-term rentals or subleasing. Some hosts try to do it anyway in secret, which can end up being awkward for everyone. Thankfully, you can relax and make yourself at home with us because have an actual contract (and a great relationship) with the apartment community. :)

Q: What if my plans change and I need to shorten my stay/change my dates?

A: We are happy to be flexible. Just let us know what you need! The only thing we can't do is allow stays shorter than 30 nights. Once you move in, that's the minimum. After that, we are happy to shorten your stay with just 2 weeks' notice and provide a refund for unused nights beyond the 2-week mark.

Q: I found a few other furnished rentals that are cheaper. Why should I spend more to book with you?

A: You might find the occasional miracle out there, but most of the time, you get what you pay for. We go above and beyond to impress our guests - from our obsessive cleaning practices to the quality of our bedding to the speed of our responses when you have a question. We strive to keep our rates reasonable, but ultimately, it costs money to provide quality.

Rare spacious private riverview home located in the HEART OF DUBLIN

PLEASE NOTE: We have lived in this private ~100 year old forested river cottage for many years, and want to share some issues you may experience:

- Wildlife exists on the property. Raccoons, insects/bees, deer, etc
- raccoons may get into the trash or roof
- insects/bees can for nests around the property
- poison ivy is present when walking to the river
- House uses well water
- Basement that holds washer/dryer is unfinished (locked during short-term stays)
- steps leading to front door do not meet height codes, may be difficult to climb for anyone with walking disabilities

A new, good water softener system would clear this right up as this house has well water. Plumbing was sensitive, we had a lot of clogged toilets/drains, as much as we would try to double flush. This comes with older homes. Upstairs the windows are old and the screens are not well fitted so bugs would easily get in. We shut the windows to help, but the AC window units are not properly sealed. At night when our lights were on in the bedrooms an excessive amount of flies/bugs would come into our rooms. This house can use a very good cleaning, get the water situation cleared up, tend to the plumbing issues and this owner could be making bank by having a awesome home in Dublin. All this being said the owner was EXTREMELY responsive and helped with what he could at the time. If our stay was short I could have dealt with these problems."

This apartment is situated within a beautiful community called The Kensington At Riggins Run that just opened in early 2023. We have a contract with them allowing us to operate this apartment as a furnished rental. The community is modern, clean, and upscale. It's located in a quiet part of the Dublin/Hilliard area; one of the most desirable suburbs of Columbus. You'll love being just a few minutes from all the shopping and dining options of Bridge Park and all the other attractions of this area. Commuting from here to any other part of Columbus is easy thanks to our proximity to the I-270 outer belt.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay. After booking, you'll receive full check-in details - including your code for the apartment door keypad (we change the code for every guest). Arriving at the apartment is easy. Your GPS should take you straight to it. When you arrive, you can park in any of the open spots directly along our building. There always seems to be ample parking available. Once inside, you'll also find physical apartment keys on the kitchen counter which you can use as backup.

Open your door and enter into a beautiful open-concept living area with lots of windows and natural light. In front of you is a spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area with plenty of seating. Off the kitchen is a small laundry room with washer/dryer. The patio can be accessed via sliding glass doors off the living room and features two comfortable patio chairs and a small table. The master bedroom has a nice walk-in closet and an en-suite full bath. The second bedroom is at the end of the hallway (to your left when you enter the apartment) and features a nice walk-in closet as well. The second full bathroom is down the hall before you reach the second bedroom.

This apartment is located in a 100% smoke-free community, so please note that no smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere…including our private patio, building breezeways, parking lots, etc.

You're welcome to bring up to 2 dogs or cats. Max weight = 25 lbs. No commonly-restricted breeds please. A copy of a recent vet records will be required for dogs, as well as an additional $10/night pet fee for any pets.

Note: ID verification will be required before your arrival. After you book, we'll send you a link, and you simply upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie. Our software runs a quick background check, then sends you your check-in details. It's easy and only takes ~2 minutes. Any questions, just let us know!
