Welcome to the Bluff! We're looking to make your family vacation one to remember. Our Two bedroom, two bath house is located on the bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Erie. The many amenities will be sure to make you feel right at home. The master bedroom with queen bed and attached master bath has plenty of room to stretch out and get a great nights sleep. The room is equipped with a 42 inch flat screen TV with dvd player, a window air conditioner is available in both bedrooms as well as the living room. The nook inside the master bedroom is complete with a comfortable couch to sit and relax and enjoy a good book and a cup of coffee while overlooking the lake and all of God's beautiful creation. The second bedroom features bunk beds, a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size on the top. This bedroom also has a 19 inch flat screen tv and dvd player. The full second bath is located just off the bedroom. Our fully equipped kitchen has all the utensils and dishes to help you prepare a great meal. The spacious living room is equipped with a 42 inch flat screen tv, dvd player and wifi is also available. Plenty of board games are on hand should you encounter children who are 'bored'. Our house is also equipped with a washer and gas dryer to add to the convenience of your stay. The outdoor features include a natural gas BBQ and campfire ring. You can also relax on our rustic log swing over looking the bluff and lake. If our calender is full, please check out our other property Eagle View Cottage, it's just 2 doors down from the Bluff.

Newly opened (June 2023) 2000 square feet cabin that sits on Living Thirst Farm with 20 secluded acres. The cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The cabin added a new 3rd bedroom/movie room in the finished basement. The cabin is rented for 6 people and can accommodate up to 10 ($25 person person/night additional charge after 6).
The floor plan is very open with a multi-leveled floor plan with a beautiful covered front porch and a view of the horse pastures and barns. The Cabin boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with range and oven, a full sized refrigerator/freezer combo, dishwasher, coffee makers (traditional ground style or “K Cup” style), charcoal grill just outside along with a fire pit and children’s tractor playground. Additional amenities include: premium beds & bedding/ linens/ towels and a full-sized washer/dryer for guest usage. We have board games, books, and puzzles to enjoy quality time, and 2 smart tv with Netflix cabin account and wifi.

The cabin is located 1/2 mile from Lake Erie and in a highly desirable location for river and lake fishing.

* Coming summer 2026: Living Thirst Farm will provide a wonderful opportunity for family reunions, groups of friends gathering together, get-away weekends, smaller corporate retreats, and small intimate events adding the main 3500 square foot farmhouse that will have the ability to sleep up to 12.

Upper Level ~ Queen bedroom, full bath with tub, sleeping loft with pull out queen sofa bed and 2 twin roll away / cots available. Added summer 2025 an additional bedroom/movie room in the finished basement to spread out and provide an additional murphy queen sized bed, large movie room tv, bar top seating and additional couches.

Wooded area to explore, large fire pit with seating, a beautiful pond to fish (NO SWIMMING for guests) and new large tractor playground for kids and adults.

Quiet hours from 11pm-8am

Dogs are allowed (up to 2) with $25 fee per dog per stay. Please clean up dog waste using waste bags. Any damage resulting from your pet will have a minimum $100 fine.

Absolute max occupancy at ANY time including 'day visitors' can not go over 8 total adults/children w/o prior arrangements.

No fireworks.

Firearms must be secured with NO shooting/hunting on the property.

No smoking/vaping indoors or on decking. Designated Smoking area outside at fire pit. Clean up after yourselves. Cigarette/cigar butts left behind results in additional cleaning charges. $100 fine if smoking indoors or damage from smoking takes place.

At the conclusion of the stay, trash must be placed in trash bags (bags are provided under kitchen sink) and placed in cans behind cabin.

4X4 or AWD recommended in the winter months. We are in the snow belt.

Off-road vehicles, atvs, four wheelers, etc not permitted for use on cabin or farm property.

No confetti, glitter, balloons, tape etc associated w/ decorating may be used inside the cabin or covered porch. Excessive clean up charges ($20/hourly rate) applies if housekeeping is required to clean decoration residue.

No swimming in the pond, fishing is permitted.

Log cabin with all the amenities, short walking distance to Lake Erie and view of the lake in the distance from the back deck. Great internet for families that are home schooling or for home jobs. All newly remodeled in 2019. Allergy free/ Pet free, smoke free for those who have allergies to pets or asthma. Located in a sleepy little community of cottages along Lake Erie. Sleeps 5. One bedroom has a double bed with a single overhead and a pull-out trundle. The other bedroom has a double log bed. (2 bedrooms), kitchen, small dining room, living room and bathroom with shower. (Small but all the necessities you will need). The bookshelf has modern reading, magazines as well as children's books. New mattresses, microwave, stove, refrigerator, air, heat. Clean and neat! Drinking water is good to drink, many guests have commented how fresh the water is. There is a game shelf loaded with games for hours of fun for the entire family. "Collect memories-not things." At the boat dock are picnic tables for a bird eyes view of the lake. Launching motor boats are NOT permitted-it is a private dock for the locals. Kayaking is always permitted. Talking about birds, be on the outlook for eagles which frequently fish in the lake. Their nests are located in State Game Lands as well at the Bluffs, and pass by our area every day. There is also an outdoor picnic table at the side of the cottage and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Back deck has its own round table for outdoor games or picnics. Raccoon creek, Walnut creek and Crooked creek are close by for good fishing.
The cabin in located close to the lake in a community of what use to be only summer homes, now transforming into some year round but still some strictly summer homes. The winding dirt road that leads back to the hidden community is a hidden secret for a time of relaxation with your family or a couples get away. New is an outdoor shower-get connected to nature!!! Take a shower while watching the birds fly over!

Triple Creeks is in a quiet little country area just a short drive east and west to many attractions. We are just 1.5 miles from the I-90 thruway making it convenient if you need to spend the night on a longer trip or if you are here for a day or two or longer we can provide suggestions of fun and exciting things to do. We are fortunate to have excellent fishing on Elk, Crooked, Conneaut, Walnut creeks as well as charters on Lake Erie. Steelhead, perch and walleye are bountiful. Enjoy beach access at Racoon and Conneaut Township Park along with incredible sunsets there and Lake Erie Community Park.

Nearby you will find small town restaurants with great food, pubs, churches, groceries and you will only be 1.5 miles from the I-90 interstate access.

A 10 minute drive east takes you to Girard which is a larger town where you will find quaint shops, gas, groceries and more. A 15 minute drive west into Ohio you can experience waterfront dining, Conneaut Harbor, a beautiful beach and more. Conneaut is home to the annual August D Day reenactment.

There are many wineries, breweries and distilleries within 1/2 to an hour away.

Take a trip to Erie to enjoy the Lake Erie Bayfront with a marina, fishing, waterfront restaurants, night life, jet ski/boat rental and so much more.

Presque Isle State Park is a MUST while you visit. It has beautiful beaches, bike rentals, kayak rentals, miles of walking, jogging and biking trails, play grounds, nature and education.

Upon arriving you will find contactless access to this one floor, fully furnished, 1 bedroom with a comfy queen bed. There is additional sleeping in the LR with an oversized Lazyboy chair with a pull out single bed. The sofa could also be used for sleeping if need be for a child. All your bedding is provided as well. We have provided smart TVs and access to WIFI.

The bath has a corner shower (no tub), towels, soap, blow dryer and additional toiletries are provided.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped with gas range/oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot, kettle, toaster etc.. There is a dining area with a small table with seating for 4.

We do have designated off street parking (room for small boat if needed).

Whether you are here for a fishing trip, a family gathering, enjoying Lake Erie or just a much needed get away, we have tried to provide everything you would need for a comfortable stay. If you should need assistance, we live close by and are only a phone call away.

Our property is located in a quiet neighborhood, in the Conneaut Harbor. This is in a great location to enjoy the beautiful sunsets of Lake Erie. We are within walking distance of Conneaut Township and about two blocks from the boat docks. Our favorite things to do are walk on the beach, and kayaking with the family. We also enjoy wine tasting, Ferrante's is our favorite. There are several nice family restaurants including Angela's cafe and Sparky Place. within 1-3 blocks. There are many family events in the area including : D-Day Conneaut, The 4th of July event , Covered Bridge Festival and several wonderful wineries.

Cozy 3 bedroom house that is family friendly. It is super close to the Township Park, Boat Marina and local restaurants. The D- day museum is steps out the back door. She thought of everything - from a well-stocked coffee/tea bar, to extra bedding, towels, tp, paper towels. Even a complimentary bottle of wine! She was stocked for infants/toddlers as well: books, games, stroller, walker, high chair, pack n play, bed rail. Can't speak highly enough about this property - we will definitely be back. Only draw-back is that it is right on a main road and we did hear quite a number of motorcycles while trying to go to sleep."
