Welcome to our home in the village of Egremont (part of Great Barrington). Both the house and property are open and inviting! You'll feel relaxed the minute you arrive. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need for your stay.

This home is just outside of downtown Great Barrington! Close to hiking, biking, shopping, skiing and the arts! We are in a perfect location for you to discover all the Berkshires has to offer.

You will have access to the entire home (and yard) during your stay. The semi-finished basement includes a ping pong table (although carpeted, it is a basement so we recommend shoes down there). There is wood for the fireplace in the garage.

My family and I live in CT, about an hour and 20 mins away. We can provide feedback on what to do in the area or answer any questions about the house. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable!

Sleeps 8 on beds, but air mattress is available for 2 extra guests.

Dogs occasionally visit the property with guests (we can accommodate pets for an additional $25 cleaning fee and $100 deposit)

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.

Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.

Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.

AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).

Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee plus tax for the first dog, and $50 plus tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than three, just check in with us first so we can coordinate with the homeowner. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.

- "We just spent an amazing long weekend with my family and my sister's family. The house itself is in a private wooded area but close to Great Barrington. While the pictures of the house listing are beautiful it is even more spectacular in person with a large open living room and functioning fire place. The kids occupied themselves playing pool and foosball, playing outside and swimming in the heated indoor pool. There were rafts and masks available for use. The adult enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The kitchen is a great space for cooking meals and gathering. The property managers got back to us quickly when we reached out with a couple of questions. The beds were super comfortable and the views from the endless decks were fantastic especially at this time of year. Our only regret was not staying longer! It is a little pricey, but I would say worth every penny! The kids are already asking to come back. "

There is also a wood-burning stove in this space which makes it an inviting place to connect and relax during those cool fall and winter days. Our house also features a greenhouse space which is active from mid-fall through to the spring. Guests are welcome to interact with and enjoy the space.

Outdoor Space:
Our 10-acre property is surrounded by conservation land with several walking trails accessible directly from the property. Your morning coffee will feel extra satisfying while sitting on the terrace overlooking the perennial garden and backyard pond. Throughout the year a diverse population of waterfowl stop at the pond for a little rest during their own travels. We have a large gas grill for all your barbecuing activities.

+ The house is nearly 280 years old and retains its original construction. There is air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and the kitchen area only.
+ We currently are not allowing any parties or events at the home.
+ It is our experience that the house can feel cramped with more than 6 adults. We allow up to 6 adults. Max guest of 8, which would include any children.

-Primary bedroom on the first floor has a king size bed. En-suite master bathroom has a freestanding clawfoot tub and separate STEAM SHOWER.
-Second bedroom on the first floor combines sleeping space with office space; there are built-in shelves and a desk, as well as a full bathroom directly across the hall. The office bedroom has a queen size bed.
-Three bedrooms on the 2nd floor: one with two queen-size beds, the second with a queen-size bed and a sleeper couch, the third with one queen-size bed.

Couches in both living rooms are large enough for very comfortable sleeping as well. A folding cot in the master bedroom closet is available to add to any space.

Bathrooms:
-Four full and one half bath: two full bathrooms and one half-bath on the first level, one full on the second level. I bathroom in the in-law suite.

Outdoors:
Brand-new, stunningly landscaped 8x20 pool. Goshen-stone patio surround with a stone wall and quaint, safe farm-house fence. Pool serviced 2x week; Endless Swim Jets allow for amazing exercise as well as fun for the family.
There is a brook that goes through the property, with two bridges. There is abundant wildlife--frogs, birds, turtles, fish, deer, chipmunks, and many more species. There is a pond, visible from a lovely screened-in porch, patio, and pool. There is a peace sign mowed into the rolling hill above the pond, which has been maintained by many generations of owners. There is beautiful landscaping around the house, including many special spots to sit or play.

Our vacation home is built into a steep, secluded, forested mountainside, near the village of South Egremont. It is a short distance from all the wonderful attractions located in Berkshire County, as well as Columbia County in New York -the heart of the Hudson Valley (only 1 mile over the mountain), and Litchfield County, Connecticut (only a 10 mile drive). There is no light pollution, and other than the sounds of nature, it is so quiet at night you can hear the beating of your heart. The house has two large decks and a smaller side deck that provide great views of the surrounding countryside. The only likely neighborhood residents you will see (we have) include bear, deer, moose, fox, eagles, hawks, ravens, and numerous owls.
Timberdoodle is close to many of the attractions for which the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts are noted for. It is five minutes away from one of the best restaurants in Berkshire County-the Old Mill. Hiking, skiing and other outdoor recreation are within 10 minutes of our vacation home, including the Appalachian and South Taconic Trails, the Jug End State Reservation, and Bash Bish Falls-the State's highest. The picturesque town and local commercial hub of Great Barrington is only a 7 mile drive. The house is only 21 miles from the famous Tanglewood Music Center, the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Nearby cultural venues abound, including Jacob's Pillow Dance Center, Shakespeare & Company, the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center, and the Colonial Theater.
The kitchen, although compact, has all the appliances and equipment necessary to make fantastic meals from the locally raised and grown food that you can obtain at the many farmer's markets in the area. All essentials are included, such as towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper and pillows. There are fully stocked pantry shelves including coffee beans, essential kitchen staples, condiments and dry goods. The kitchen includes a Kitchen Aid ceramic top convection range, Bosch dishwasher and Fisher Paykel french door refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen inventory includes a Breville toaster, Panasonic combination microwave, steamer and convection oven, Vorwerk Thermomix (a German blender on steroids), an Instant Pot, Cuisinart food processor, Baratza Coffee Grinder, and a Technivorm drip coffee maker. The kitchen has been provisioned with fine kitchenware including from Cristel, Le Crueset, Mauviel, Finex, Wusthof and ScanPan. The upper deck contains a gas grill, and a Blaze Kamado-style charcoal grill is located in front of the house near the lower deck. For in-home entertainment, the living room has a 4K high definition television connected to a Dish satellite receiver. Both this television and the one located in the large top-floor bedroom are connected to internet streaming services provided by Roku boxes. We have no air conditioners. Because of the cool mountain air and the 1300 feet elevation, we only occasionally use the provided fans on the hottest Summer days.
Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

The open floor plan of this one story cottage lets in the perfect amount of natural light to enjoy the stylish space. The spacious galley kitchen will all new appliances is stocked with everything you need for meals at home. Summary:
Expertly renovated four bedroom house with views of Catamount, post and beam wood ceilings and a lovely centerpiece fireplace. High ceilings, renovated kitchen, perfect outdoor space and under a mile to Catamount Mountain for skiing in the winter and zip lining during the summer. Located on a private road with several restaurants within a five minute drive and only eleven minutes to downtown Great Barrington. Bring your family and your furry friends too and enjoy!

The Space:
The recently renovated chef’s kitchen has white shaker style cabinets, butcher block counters, stainless steel appliances and gas cooking. Well stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking/serving items including cookware, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and silverware. Coffee bar with both Cuisinart and Keurig ( pods supplied ). There is seating for up to eight at the dining table, plenty of space for all to enjoy home cooked meals!

The living room is just past the kitchen and has a large stone wood burning fireplace as its centerpiece. There is a comfortable sectional sofa with a Smart TV with streaming capabilities. You can log into your streaming apps on the TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. There’s also a second seating area with another couch and chair to sit and take in the mountain views.

In total, there are four (4) bedrooms to accommodate guests during your stay. The four bedrooms are all on the second level of the house, for easy planning, here are the bedroom layouts:

A wonderful Berkshire vacation home for the entire family to enjoy! This charming and spotless home is fully wheelchair/handicapped accessible, if needed for someone with mobility issues. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 half-baths. Included in all this, there is an attached one bedroom apartment, which can double as a home office.
The house has a large open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that accommodates 10. Family and friends can relax in the huge screened-in porch room, or in the large living room with Smart TV, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. An outdoor deck off the kitchen and covered front porch are also spaces for sitting and relaxing.
Master bedroom on the first floor has a king bed, and large private bath with grab bars by the toilet and in the roll-in shower. A separate bath tub is in this bathroom as well. There is also a second bedroom/office with private half bath on the first floor. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms and a full bathroom, one with a queen bed, and one with a double bed.
The attached apartment(separate entrance) has a living room with couch, small kitchenette, separate bedroom with double bed, and full bathroom.
The home provides Fiber Connect high speed(500+Mbps upload and download) Internet and WiFi. There is a full size crib and children’s equipment(gate, high chair, toys, etc) if needed. The upstairs bedrooms(mini-splits) and the master bedroom(window A/C) have air conditioners for the few days where A/C is needed. These cool the entire first and second floor if needed for daytime use.
The house is perfectly located for lots of summer fun. The 5 acre property is directly across the road from championship caliber Arthur Ashe tennis courts, which can be reserved for use free of charge. They are part of the beautiful 100-acre French Park which also has well maintained tennis and pickleball courts, children's playground hiking trails and so much more. A short walk takes you to pristine Prospect Lake, where you can swim, canoe or kayak. A few steps in the other direction takes you to the “Olde Egremont Country Store”, well-stocked with everything from fishing worms to single malt scotch, and of course plenty of snacks. A leisurely walk to the top of Baldwin Hill provides views that will take your breath away. Great Barrington, proclaimed “America’s Best Small Town” by travel magazines, has many wonderful shops and restaurants, and is 4 miles away(5-7min). Tanglewood Music Center is a scenic 20min drive, Stockbridge(Norman Rockwell town) a few minutes less, and trendy Hudson, NY is 25min.

- "My husband and I and 4 other adult family members stayed in this lovely Berkshires home for a week, and had a lovely, relaxing stay. The house is quite spacious, with lots of separate areas (including several porches) for people to hang out without feeling like you're on top of each other. The description made it sound like there was only one full bathroom (or perhaps I just misread it), but there are in fact two, as well as two other half baths (and I believe another bath in the basement apartment). The kitchen is enormous, and incredibly well-stocked: pots, pans, coffee maker, utensils - really almost anything you could want (including a pretty decent selection of spices, flours, etc.). The house itself is also very well stocked, with extra towels, sheets, etc. all readily available. William replied quickly to all of our questions, both before and during our stay, and gave us detailed instructions (including a binder with information about local attractions and advice to help up get the most out of our stay). The location is great - just about 10 minutes to Great Barrington, and about 25 to Lenox. We enjoyed our week immensely, and look forward to hopefully returning in future summers!"

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.

Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.

Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.

Air conditioning: There's a total of 6 AC units in the house. One window split unit + one stand-alone unit in the living-room. Also, there's one stand-alone AC unit in each of the four bedrooms. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).

Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee plus tax for the first dog, and $50 plus tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than two, just check in with us first so we can coordinate with the homeowner. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.

Cozy house in a quiet area. Fresh air, nature's beauty all together close to Great Barrington, MA and 2 ski resorts. This house is close to one of the most beautiful parts of the Appalachian Trail, as it travels through the Berkshires. Nearby are beautiful lakes, mountain views and waterfalls. There are amazing country roads with spectacular colors of nature.
This location is close to places like Stockbridge which is home to some of Norman Rockwell's paintings.

The space
The house contains the basics such as a coffee maker, and there is usually enough coffee and condiments to make several cups. The kitchen is sort of "farm-house" style and usually more than adequate. Relax in the cozy den or the rustic living room. It is not a feat of modern architecture, rather it preserves some attributes of past history. It also has some modern amenities such as a jet tub.

You will be able to enjoy the main part of the house. We usually keep the basement locked because there is not much down there to worry about. There is a sump pump and a dehumidifier which run occasionally, so if you hear them don't be alarmed.
The yard is included but might be shared by my mother who comes around often and might be out in the barn. The neighbors also come around often and like to mow some of our grass.

This space is all one level and has two separate bedrooms and a day bed/ trundle. The kitchen does not have an oven but you can use the induction cook top to whip up easy meals.

The space
Our lovely guest barn has everything you need for a great stay in the Berkshires. There are two bedrooms and a daybed/ trundle located in the living room.

Our kitchen has lovely French doors leading out to the back deck. You will find an induction cooktop as well as pots and pans that work with the induction cooktop. There is also a microwave and coffee maker that can be used with K cups or ground coffee. Please note there is no oven.

We are located 8 minutes from Catamount Mountain resort and 15 minutes from Ski Butternut. We are also a short 10 minute drive into downtown Great Barrington, as well as conveniently located in the quaint village of South Egremont where we have newly constructed sidewalks.

You will have access to the entire downstairs of our guest barn. We do have one locked storage closet on the downstairs level. The upstairs is an office that we keep locked.

Enjoy our spacious backyard while staying within arms reach to all of the best amenities in the Berkshires, but feeling like you are away from it all.

68 Creamery is a ranch style house built in 1964. The house is on a half acre of tree lined land, with the perfect little sledding hill in back. UNIQUE, bright, open space with a great kitchen and thoughtfully decorated. Near MANY exciting destinations such as skiing, hiking, cultural/arts destinations, vineyards, antiquing, you name it, in both the Berkshires and Hudson Valley. Located on an unpaved road and adjacent to a beautiful park and a nearby lake. There's so much to do, but if you'd prefer to take a more relaxed approach to your get-away then shop the wonderful local food stores and farms and enjoy cooking and our lovely house.

The space
We just love our house and stay here frequently, so I keep it up to my picky standards. The house easily accommodates 6 people and is comfortable, comfortable, comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking -- spices, herbs, oil, vinegar, roasting pans, glass cookware, etc. There is also a laundry room.

The first floor is an open, spacious, sunny space, and the kitchen is large with a separate dining area. There is also a living space, with a tuned Yamaha upright piano.

The first floor bedroom is large and has a queen-size bed with a private, large bathroom; upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with twin beds. There's also a full bath on the second floor.

The location of our house in the Berkshires is also very close to the Hudson Valley. For example, Hudson, a dining and antiquing destination on the Hudson River, is 20 miles west.

The original part of the house is a Berkshires-style cabin built in 1940 and over the years has seen additions and has transformed into the unique home that it is today. You can enjoy hiking the trails in French Park right across the road and accessing nearby Prospect Lake, a 5 - 10 minute walk. Please be aware that there are some 'unconventional' steps to navigate (pictured). Enjoy outdoor dining on the patio and an outdoor grill.

French Park, right across Prospect Lake Road, has a wonderful playground, tennis and basketball courts, ball parks and terrific hiking trails. Nearby Prospect Lake has a boat launch (bring your kayak!) and access for swimming. There's also a great swimming lake less than a 10 minute drive away at Lake Mansfield.

The Egremont General Store is also walking distance from the house. It's a very charming place with everything from ice cream, to sandwiches, to wine.

Amenities include: Wi-Fi, which is high-speed and can support working from home with a dedicated space (it's newly installed so please disregard the reviews that say the wifi was poor!) ; washer/dryer; dishwasher; outdoor grill and patio; smart TV only for streaming content or dvds; board games; DVD player and assortment of movies; piano (although we hope children will not bang on the keys).

The space
The open floor plan of this one story cottage lets in the perfect amount of natural light to enjoy the stylish space. The spacious galley kitchen will all new appliances is stocked with everything you need for meals at home. The dining area looks in on the cozy living room equipped with many streaming services to watch on the beautiful frame TV. A washer and dryer unit is available for guest use.

The two bedrooms both feature queen beds. There is a newly remodeled bathroom with a tiled walk in shower.

There are 3 window AC units in the summer months, 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room.

Cozy up for an evening around the outdoor fire pit, relax in the backyard hammock, or enjoy a meal on the spacious outdoor deck with a full dining set and BBQ. A partial privacy screen blocks the view of the hot tub from the street. Guests will walk through the garage to enter into the backyard.

Guests have complete access to the entire home as well as lake access and boats/canoes for summer months and ice skating/fishing in winter months.

Take amazing hikes a few minutes away at the Jug End State Reservation and Wildlife Preserve or drive up to Bash Bish falls in Mt. Washington and hike the picturesque waterfall.

The house is adjacent to Ski Butternut and Ski Catamount for winter sports enthusiasts, as well at Catamount Aerial Adventure Park, ropes course available for summer into fall. Just a quick 10 minutes to the center of Great Barrington, this location is close to all major Berkshire events and venues!

The house is on a very kid and dog friendly lake with no motorized boats over 10mph, and many families that take advantage of the private beaches and floating docks. Please note that the property is partially fenced, not fully fenced if you plan to bring your pup.

You'll feel relaxed the minute you arrive. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need for your stay. Our house is perfect for just a couple or a group. The space
This home is located on route 23 in South Egremont just outside of downtown Great Barrington! Close to hiking, biking, shopping, skiing and the arts! We are in a perfect location for you to discover all the Berkshires has to offer.
Our house is equipped with wireless internet (fiber), Netflix and a stash of DVDs for you to enjoy!

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home (and yard) during your stay. The semi-finished basement includes a ping pong table (although carpeted, it is a basement so we recommend shoes down there). There is wood for the fireplace in the garage.

Other things to note
Lawn maintenance/mowing may occur during your stay. I will be in touch if garbage will be picked up while you are staying at our house. During the winter, the driveway and stairs are plowed and sanded when necessary.

Dogs occasionally visit the property with guests.

Reminder - this is the country/wooded area so there are occasionally wildlife roaming in the area. There have been bears sited early in the morning or in the evening.

Please keep in mind when considering your ‘value rating’ that any fees Airbnb charges outside our nightly and cleaning fee are set by them and we have no control over them. Our cleaning fee is passed directly to the cleaning team and we attempt to keep your check out process as simple as possible. This house is perfect for family getaways. The gourmet kitchen boasts a *gorgeous* 4-oven AGA, the king of British country stoves, and there are two primary suites (one with a king, one with a queen), plus 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, enough to fit the whole family - or two!

The space
The great country kitchen features an English cream-colored AGA 4-oven cooker, 4-foot Subzero fridge, apron-front Franke sink, KitchenAid dishwasher, soapstone countertops and cherry cabinets. From the kitchen sink are views out to the field beyond.

There's an eat-in breakfast table, as well as a larger dining table in the bay window in the den. The living room has a Jotul gas stove for chilly nights, and the den has an over-stuffed couch and a large TV with Dish Network (inside the 1800s butler pantry) and an upright grand piano. Through the secondary entrance is a mudroom with a powder room, large cast iron sink and new Samsung front-load washer and dryer.

The guest suite/office downstairs has a queen bed and a stand-alone claw foot tub with shower ring. It opens onto the glass porch with sitting area to view the private back yard.

The upstairs master suite features a king bed and vaulted ceiling, and French doors lead to the large master bath with double vanities and a clawfoot tub. The two other bedrooms have two twin beds each and a full bathroom in between them. There are steam heat radiators throughout the house, and, of course, Wi-Fi. The cell phone carrier is AT&T, which gets the best reception. A landline is available, also.

Outside is the front and side porch with seating, and the backyard has a vegetable garden and fruit bushes. The neighborhood has a village-feel, so the house is set back about 40 feet from the road, with abundant space in the back for playing, swinging or roasting marshmallows by the fire pit.

The space
Wonderfully stylish modern-country residence with Its open-plan layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room, providing an inviting space for gathering. The upper level boasts vaulted ceilings and expansive windows so even on cloudy days, the house is flooded with light. Sliding glass doors lead to two separate decks with abundant sofa seating and dining table for 8 . Gas and charcoal grills also available.
Two large bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed, grace this main living level. The primary suite offers a private bath with a soaking tub and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom is directly across from and additional full bath.

Situated on the ground level is the third bedroom with twin beds across the hall from a full bath. A large sauna attached to the bath is great for apres ski or hike. You will also be able to enjoy a bonus room for watching movies and playing games, or getting a work out in on a Rowing machine and treadmill. Bunk beds in the bonus room allow for an overflow of guests or children.

Entering the house on the ground level, you will find a the laundry room and large mud room for your gear as well as a collection of games and puzzles.

The property is set back from the main road by a 1/4 mile dirt road. A four-wheel drive is recommended during the winter season. The driveway is plowed if there is more than 2 inches of snow on the ground.

The recently renovated chef’s kitchen has white shaker style cabinets, butcher block counters, stainless steel appliances and gas cooking. Well stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking/serving items including cookware, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and silverware. Coffee bar with both Cuisinart and Keurig ( pods supplied ). There is seating for up to eight at the dining table, plenty of space for all to enjoy home cooked meals!

The living room is just past the kitchen and has a large stone wood burning fireplace as its centerpiece. There is a comfortable sectional sofa with a Smart TV with streaming capabilities. You can log into your streaming apps on the TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. There’s also a second seating area with another couch and chair to sit and take in the mountain views.

In total, there are four (4) bedrooms to accommodate guests during your stay. The four bedrooms are all on the second level of the house, for easy planning, here are the bedroom layouts:

-Second bedroom on the first floor combines sleeping space with office space; there are built-in shelves and a desk, as well as a full bathroom directly across the hall. The office bedroom has a queen size bed.
-Three bedrooms on the 2nd floor: one with two queen-size beds, the second with a queen-size bed and a sleeper couch, the third with one queen-size bed.

Couches in both living rooms are large enough for very comfortable sleeping as well. A folding cot in the master bedroom closet is available to add to any space.

There is a brook that goes through the property, with two bridges. There is abundant wildlife--frogs, birds, turtles, fish, deer, chipmunks, and many more species. There is a pond, visible from a lovely screened-in porch, patio, and pool. There is a peace sign mowed into the rolling hill above the pond, which has been maintained by many generations of owners. There is beautiful landscaping around the house, including many special spots to sit or play.

The space
This home was built from the foundation to the roof just 12 years ago and offers every modern amenity including fast WiFi all while being amongst the best of nature's beauty. With 2.5 acres surrounding the property you can have the feel of isolation but also know you can walk to town and local restaurants. The floor plan is great for multiple couples as a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is on one side of the house while another queen bedroom with a full bathroom is on the other side of the house making it very private and comfortable for everyone. There is something so special about the living space as the sun shines through the skylights from its peaked ceilings down to the white walls and grey flooring. Furnishings include Restoration Hardware, Crate and Barrel, CB2, Boston Interiors, Room and Board, and West Elm while the beds are all Tuft and Needle with high thread count linens and soft towels in the bathrooms. You can hear the rush of the brook out your door! The enormous back deck is a great gathering spot with a propane stainless steel grill, an eight-person dining table, and a dedicated fire pit are with Adirondack chairs; you'll want to have your morning coffee and dinner out there! For families, we have a Graco pack and play as well as a Cosco high chair. If you drive a Tesla and have the wall connector, there is an outlet near the front porch perfect for overnight charging; there are Superchargers 20 minutes away as well. Take photos all day of the bridge and brook, play around with the Frame TV which looks just like a real painting on the wall, or relax in the backyard hammock watching the deer come and go.

Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee plus tax for the first dog, and $50 plus tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than three, just check in with us first so we can coordinate with the homeowner. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.

The space

Play ping-pong downstairs or relax by the fireplace in the large 27 x 30-foot vaulted ceiling living room. You can watch your favorite shows and movies on a 65-inch smart TV with most channels and streaming services. There are 2 large master bedrooms with king size beds, and 2 additional bedrooms: one with 2 twin XL beds and the other with a modern, pull-out double bed sofa.

From the bedrooms upstairs, walk out onto the deck for a gorgeous view of the heated pool and the countryside, not to mention the amazing sunsets.


There are three outdoor dining areas: a screened porch, a deck, and a patio. The screened porch adjoining the master bedroom is equipped with a dining table, charcoal BBQ and wicker furniture. The main deck attached to the north side of the house also comes with a dining table and beautiful wicker seating. The bluestone patio on the south side of the house, equipped with a gas grill and table provides additional seating for you and your company. Nature lovers, this house has it all! On any given day, hear birds singing, see bunnies hopping, turkeys trotting, and deer prancing by. Colorful varieties of annual and perennial flowers are everywhere.

A paved driveway leads to a two car garage that includes a remote opener, and additional parking is available.

The space
Guests enter through the mud room / laundry room with a washer / dryer and plenty of organized space to store your Berkshire gear (year round). The game room is just off the entry and has a foosball table, games, puzzles, books leather sofa and board games - fun for the whole family! The kitchen is a breath of fresh air with gleaming natural light, and all new stainless appliances including a 6 burner gas range, freezer/fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, plus a drinks fridge with coffee station with both drip coffee and espresso maker. The kitchen comes complete with "everything one needs to make Thanksgiving dinner" - that is a Berkshire Rental Properties standard for all our our properties! There is seating for six (6) at the counter plus additional seating for another 6 at the farm style table. The gas fireplace in the kitchen will be installed on January 8, 2024! Just off the kitchen is the 3 season sunroom with seating and through a hallway is the more formal dining room with table seating for 6+. Just beyond this room is the living room with smart TV with access to all subscription TV channels such as YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu and Max. Guest can use the owner's profile or bring your own logins. (This TV service is offered for all 5 TVs.) Also, on the main floor is a beautiful bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo.

The second floor can be accessed from both a front and back staircase. The rear staircase brings you to its own ensuite bedroom with Queen bed, Smart TV, and direct access to its own bathroom with tub/shower. This bedroom suite has its own media room, so it feels like it's own separate apartment - or - the media room can be shared with the rest of the upstairs. The media room has a sofa that folds out to become an full size bed and its own smart TV. This is a fun easy lounge space perfect for an extra guest or two. (The fold-out bed can sleep 2 people snuggly.) Up the front staircase brings you to the other 3 bedrooms and the 3rd full bath. This is the largest bathroom in the house, also with a tub/shower, because it is shared by these 3 bedrooms: Guest room with king bed and smart TV, another guest room with a queen bed and smart TV and a third guest room with a twin size bunk bed. The yoga meditation room is just off the king bed and is a great bonus space! The bedrooms are all comfortably appointed with luxurious linens, blankets, and storage. The hall linen closet is packed with extra sheets, blankets, pillow and oodles of towels - everything our guests need to feel comfortably at home. Outside, just off the kitchen, is a the patio with plenty of seating, a table with umbrella, propane grill (propane included) and a space heater for the cool fall evenings. The large stone fire pit (wood included) has more seating and is tucked into a large lawn suitable for sports and games. Corn hole is included! If you walk down to the bottom of the yard, there is a sweet walking woods to explore. The side porch is covered and has a bench. This country road used to house one large farm and since it was been parceled off, the 4 farm-style colonials have been beautifully restored and are situated for easy access to all Berkshire venues.

Great Location! Down town Great Barrington is less than 10 minutes, 5 minutes to Catamount Ski, 15 minutes to Ski Butternut and 25 minutes to Tanglewood. Guest can walk to the Egremont barn for live music, food, and drinks. Seventeen is a truly beautiful place to enjoy the Berkshires!

There is seating for three (3) at the kitchen counter plus additional seating for 8+ in the dining room. Just off the kitchen is the plush living room with a large sectional sofa and huge Smart TV This service is offered for all 4 TVs, including the lower level playroom. The screened porch is just off the living room and has ample seating, another Smart tv, and a large dining room table. The hot tub and grill are both on the patio ,just out, through the screened porch or from the kitchen. The main floor has two (2) main floor bedrooms (each in their own main floor wing). Guest room #1 has a king sized bed, and Guest room #2 has a queen bed - both with lovely touches and storage. These both share a beautifully brand new full bathroom with a gleaming tub/shower combination. Upstairs, are three (3) more bedrooms and two (2) full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is quite large and has a King bed, 2 closets, a Queen sofa-bed, another Smart TV and its own ensuite full bathroom with walk-in shower. The 4th guest room, with a queen bed, has lovely mid-century styling and shares the full bathroom (new, gorgeous, with a tub/shower combo) with the 5th guest room, which has a twin w/ twin trundle bed and a desk nook. All of the bedrooms have pretty views with natural woodland settings and are clean and inviting.
The lower level is completely renovated and hosts the Billiards room, Playroom and laundry room with washer/dryer. The playroom has toys, many fun board games, books, another Smart tv with Nintendo Switch gaming system and plenty of seating. The gorgeous red billiards table is also on this lower level. Outside, just off the screened-in porch, is the patio with hot tub, a table and chairs with sun umbrella + 2 chaise loungers. The firepit , with wood inlcued, has even more seating so you can enjoy the private backyard in comfort and style. There is plenty of yard for touch football and other fun lawn games. The front porch is covered, has seating, and is quite relaxing! The hot tub is available year-round and has a small step up approach and an easy to manage cover. The space
Welcome to our home! Our house is located 2 miles from Great Barrington, half-mile to several great stores and restaurants in Egremont and minutes away from Catamount Ski Resort, Ski Butternut and Jimmy Peak. The shaded deck has plenty of outdoor furniture, a grill and overlooks and acre and a half of flat lawn with flower gardens, fruit trees and swing set. The kitchen doors open onto the deck so outdoor entertaining is very easy. The house is full of natural light with abundant windows and is a perfect set up for a large family or 2 families, with staircases on opposite ends of the upstairs to easily divide the upstairs into 2 separate areas-one with 3 bedrooms and one with two bedrooms. Please no smoking

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house, finished barn and tiny house. Cleaners will take their time and carefully deep clean, ventilate the house and sanitize all surfaces. We have increased our cleaning fee to compensate them fairly. No smoking anywhere on the property please.

Other things to note
The back staircase is old and steeper than those built today. Please hold the railing, take it slow and mind the kids. The floors are original wide plank pine, which is soft. Please take shoes off to help preserve them and minimize wear and tear. We ask that you not smoke anywhere on the property.

Use of all features, including but not limited to: use of stairs, grounds, children's swing set, or appliances, are done at the guests sole risk. The space
Stone Hill is an immaculate property with big views and the best amenities. Close to all Berkshire attractions, this is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy the good life. You enter the house into the well organized foyer with plenty of store for your outdoor gear.

Main Floor: The large living room has a sofa and chairs and a gas fireplace, perfect for cozy nights. The Kitchen is well-equipped, with all stainless Bosch appliances: gas range, dishwasher, large refrigerator and microwave along with many small appliances including a toaster, blender, standard drip coffee maker, food processor, Kitchen-Aid mixer, a wet bar and more. The well organized pantry and laundry room, just adjacent to the kitchen has its own entrance to the backyard patio and pool area so meals, poolside, are a breeze. The dining room table seats 8 with an extra leaf available. There is also additional counter seating for four 4 more. The screened sun porch, located just off the dining room, has both screens and windows, so you can be comfortable and use it for 3 seasons out of the year. There is comfortable seating and a TV for your viewing pleasure. The sun deck located on the side of the house offers guests great views while dining or lounging in one of the chairs. There is a dining table that seats 8, an umbrella and 4 lounge chairs to soak up the rays.

Also on the main floor is the media room and/or 4th bedroom. The room has a large blue sectional sofa, which if needed converts to a quality queen size sleeper sofa, and a smart TV with streaming channels available like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. The bonus room works well as a 4th bedroom because it has its own full bathroom, ensuite, with a walk-in shower. This room has doors to close, completely, so guests have total privacy. (See photos with bed made in media room.)

Second Floor: There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor: Primary, Guest room #2 and Guest room #3. The large primary bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV, 2 large closets and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The 2nd guest room has another King bed and the 3rd bedroom has 3 Twin size beds. These 2 guest rooms share the third full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Outside in the backyard, guests have private access to the heated pool and stone patio. Poolside you will find 4 chaise loungers, 2 sun umbrellas, a propane BBQ grill and a dining table that seats 4. Take a dip in the pool and then sit back and relax taking in the beautiful mountain views!

Outside: Take a break from the sun and head to the basement for a fun ping-pong match, or to the mini gym, located above the two car garage, featuring a Peloton bike and free weights. (Bring your own cycling shoes, please.)

Welcome to the Berkshires! Located almost across the street from the Catamount Ski Resort - come unwind with some fun, peace and adventure.
This 4 bedroom 4 bath sits on a 5 acre property nestled amongst the trees with a private pool, hot tub and Mountain View ’s to gaze at.
Dine at the quaint, hip restaurant in little cat lodge next to the ski resort, have coffee in Hillsdale at Cook& Larder. Or check out the shops in Great Barrington. There is a ton to do in the Berkshires all year long!

The space
Have your own spa-like contemporary home across the street from Catamount Mountain Resort. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two ensuite, and plenty of more spaces for sleeping, one can host friends and family for skiing in the winter and swimming all summer in the in-ground heated pool. Enter on the ground floor where there is a large family room with sliders out to the pool, a bedroom with the same and an another bedroom with french doors leading out to the front drive. Head upstairs to the great room with a wood burning fireplace, open plan with a large screened-in porch and a big deck all overlooking the pool area and slopes. Up a few more steps to two more bedrooms, the primary having it's own outdoor balcony. All systems have been updated within the last few years. With Fiber internet, stay as long as you can. A must visit.
* Pool opens on Memorial Day weekend or earlier depending on May weather. Closed usually first week in October. Again, dates vary depending on the weather.

This house is the most amazing gathering place on all holidays for all of our family and extended family. Some of the greatest, most fun moments have been spent in this house - from wild bingo and board game nights to movie marathons in the theater. The house is big, but very warm and inviting. The house is so big, that even when there is a large gathering, people aren't on top of each other. The whole house has wifi and all the bedrooms have cable and all the movie channels.

We will do small events to be determined, we will take dogs with approval. Large events we are not prepared to do. We have a septic system which we treat lovingly!!

WHAT TO EXPECT
We've taken care of most of the things you'll need, including thorough, professional cleaning with disinfectants; crisp, fresh linens and fluffy towels from Brooklinen; all-natural toiletries; a fully-equipped kitchen with high-end Bosch appliances, coffee maker, and some pantry staples (e.g. salt). If you're planning a meal, there are excellent gourmet grocers, farmers markets, and supermarkets nearby, as well as outstanding restaurants in Great Barrington (8 minutes), Hillsdale (10 minutes), Hudson (35 minutes), and beyond.

WHAT TO PREPARE
You'll find plenty of things to do during your stay. We recommend making reservations in advance, where appropriate, especially for popular restaurants, museums, and venues. We've assembled a list of our favorites in the House Guide, and we're happy to answer additional questions by text.

We urge guests to pay close attention when enjoying nature, as weather can change quickly and wild animals can be surprising. Because temperatures in the mountains can fluctuate widely, even in the height of summer, we recommend packing sweaters and light, cold-weather gear just in case. Depending on the activities you plan, we recommend packing hiking, running, swimming, horseback riding, and/or running gear. We also recommend that guests consider spraying clothes with Permethrin when walking outside, to help avoid ticks. In winter we recommend guests pack several layers of warm clothing and ensure that their vehicles are ready for potential snowfall. For other clothing, most all venues around are very casual.

IMPORTANT BOOKING TERMS + CONDITIONS
• Smoking: this is a smoke-free property; smoking is strictly prohibited everywhere on the property. If you smoke, we reserve the right to charge a $1000 smoke remediation fee.

• Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property. We cannot accommodate weddings, or any events with outdoor music, catering, excessive alcohol, etc. Any party or gathering is grounds for immediate termination of your stay and removal from the property with no refund.

• Cleaning: we are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. For longer stays, we require professional cleaning by our housekeepers every 2 weeks; guests can arrange and pay for this cleaning with the manager. Regardless of the length of stay, we reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

• Rental Agreement: to ensure a safe and comfortable stay, the owners of this property require that all guests sign a Rental Agreement that clearly sets forth the terms and conditions of your stay. We send the Rental Agreement with your booking confirmation and we require your signature within 24 hours; we reserve the right to cancel your booking with a 15% cancellation fee if we do not receive a signed agreement.

• Guest Count: please reserve the property for the actual number of guests in your party; no additional guests are permitted without host approval. Guests may not sublet the property.

• No refunds: while we make every effort to ensure that the property and all amenities are available to guests during their stay, we make no guarantees and we do not refund guests for unavailable amenities; utility outages; weather, etc. We advise guests to exercise caution in inclement weather. In some cases, it may be difficult to reach the property without four-wheel drive; guests bear all responsibility for their safety and ability to access the property.

• Damage Waiver: to protect the property and its contents, we require guests to purchase a damage waiver with $2500 of coverage. Please report any damage immediately to us to avoid charges or responsibility for damage. Guests are responsible for any intentional damage, removal of items from the property, and any damage not covered by the Damage Waiver.

To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that there is no music or loud voices outside after 9:30 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and ask that all guests in your group are made aware of this important rule.
