The yard could use a good weeding and trim, but it was still very beautiful. The swinging bench in the front yard was a great touch. Every part of the house was clean and furnished neatly. 3) Vibe. The hostess made us feel right at home with so many personal accomodations and touches. She set up a changing table and playpen with clean sheets for our 3 month old grandbaby. she had a beautiful arrangement of fresh fruits and light snacks as a welcome, and there were very helpful brochures about local attractions. 4) Check in and out was a breeze! Communication was efficient and directions were very clear and we were able to check in and out without any issue. I hope this location is available next time I need a large (and it is LARGE!) space in the Farmington area. I would give it extra-credit star ratings if I could. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Includes the entire walk-out basement with mountain views, a completely private space with a full bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes an oven, range, garbage disposer, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.

We are about a five minute drive to Lagoon Amusement Park, or you can easily walk to Station Park and great dining, shopping, cinema, and more. Our location offers easy access to I15 and a short drive to some of the world's greatest ski resorts such as Park City, Alta, and Snowbird.

We have three young children. We also have a sweet seven-year-old golden retriever. We are all good sleepers but we live on the main levels above and you may occasionally hear children making noise or the dog barking during your stay.

To get to the rental space (our walk-out basement) , you walk a short distance through the back yard - we don't yet have a path installed back there so if you're concerned about walking through grass that could be wet or snowy depending on the weather, this may not be the best place for you to stay.

- "Was great overall" - "This is the second year in a row we stayed at this house since we liked it so much last year. It was way better stocked this year with things we needed like scissors, 2 crock pots, spices and dry ingredients in the pantry. Lots of throw blankets, towels, games, everything you need for a large group with adults and kids. The shuffleboard, ping pong and foosball, massage table and arcade games, hot tub and fire pit are so awesome. Highly recommend doing the Adams Canyon Trail hike - both the long 3 hour hike (take the left fork) and the short 15 min hike (take the right fork). Both lead to waterfalls and it's really cool."

You'll have access to 1 parking spot in the driveway. Street parking is also available if preferred. The code to the key box will be sent prior to arrival.
