ATX has so many amazing things to do outside of where you’re staying but this home keeps that energy and excitement going when you are back from exploring the town. 10 out of 10 hands down!" - "Place was great for a large group of 19, everyone had space and the 3 bathrooms were helpful. It’s about a 10-15 minute Uber from downtown Austin and in a decent area of town. Home had a little wear and tear, and the trees in the backyard left a lot of debris on the ground, but overall it was solid for a large group of guys with no issues. The speaker system in the house was nice as well. The weather was chilly during our stay so the heated pool was clutch. Would definitely stay again, thanks so much!"

Two cars can fit side by side. If you plan on driving, please pull all the way to the shed. If you have more than one car in the party, please park the additional cars on the side streets ½ block away after you unload your belongings. If someone is staying at the main house, I’ll always ask them to park only one car and to pull over all the way to the left of the driveway so that you can get in and out easily. Please be mindful of the shared space. This unassuming neighborhood located in South Austin provides residents with many of the benefits available to those living south of Lady Bird Lake without attracting a lot of attention. It is close to hip and trendy South Congress Avenue, South Lamar and South First Street with its many funky shops and popular eateries, as well as a quick ride to Lady Bird Lake and downtown.
