Greetings from Rick and Renee. Clean, safe and comfortable. Those words really do describe this place. Many of our guest reviews mention how clean the place was when they arrived. We work hard at it. Your comfort and our wish that you have that "feels like home" experience is also a big focus our ours. So, we've made sure that the beds are as comfortable as possible with beautiful comforters and blankets, quality high thread count sheets, quality mattress pads and 6 pillows on the king and queen beds. Our high quality Sealy and Beautyrest mattresses are newer and very comfortable. Both bedrooms are of ample size. You won't need to step over anything in our bedrooms during your stay. There are plenty of places to stash things. The king bedroom has a walk in closet. and a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have black out window curtains.
The kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances and all the tools you'll need to prepare a wonderful meal or simply pop some corn for a movie. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably. There is a microwave of course, an electric kettle, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. We provide Folger's dark roast type coffee with filters, non-dairy creamer and sweatners. There is a coffee grinder there if you want to bring your own beans.
Settle into the living room to enjoy a movie on the 75 in SMART TV. There is also a 45 inch TV in the king bedroom and a 50 inch TV in the queen bedroom. There is a comfortable and large sectional couch and a reading chair in the living room. Both of them are awesome choices for grabbing a good book, a throw and a pillow or two to enjoy some well deserved me time.
Separating the two bedrooms is a laundry closet and a full bath. The laundry closet has a high capacity Samsung washer and dryer. Laundry detergent, bleach, stain remover and dryer sheets are provided. There is a iron and ironing board located in the king bedroom closet or right there with the washer and dryer. The full bath has a shower (with shower wand) over tub and high rise elongated toilet. There is a vanity with sink and a plate glass mirror. Kirkland brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. High quality extra plush white towels are provided as well. You'll find a hair dryer in the bathroom cabinet.
If needed, you'll find a pack & play, a high chair and a baby monitor in the king bedroom closet for your young traveler.
Safety is important too. There is a first aid kit in the bathroom cabinet. There are hardwired smoke/CO2 detectors by the bedrooms and also in the unfinished basement. The fire extinguisher is located in the garage and there is a mini kithen type extinguisher next to the stove top. The exterior garage lights and porch lights go on at dusk automatically and stay on until dawn for your safety and comfort.
This unit is on one side of a duplex. The entry door is on the end of the building and the common wall has really good sound insulation. The two units are separated by two 2 stall attached garages. You aree welcome to use the garage to park your vehicle. The driveway is huge. Guests with boats love it.
The location is awesome with only a 1-2 minute drive to Interstate 43 on the east side of Green Bay. Everything is close here, so being close to the belt line is super convenient. Sturgeon Bay, the county seat of Door County is only 45 minutes away. Lambeau Field is just 14 minutes away. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby. And of course the world famous Uncle Mike's Bakery is at the end of the block just a short walk away.

New Amenities in the house and garage!!

We now have a massage chair available for our guests!! Did you have a long drive to get to our property? Now you can come in and sit back on the zero gravity massage chair and feel like you went to heaven!! The massage recliner has rollers that will roll up and down your back. Come stay with use and get FREE massages on the house!!

The 2nd new amenity is only for smokers. Are you a smoker and hate sitting outside in the heat or cold to smoke? Now we have our new smoking hut just for you!! It's not heated but it's better than sitting outside. In our smoking hut we have a table and chairs that seat 4 and a nice recliner. Go into the hut and sit back and relax and smoke if you want. All we ask is that you dispose of any cigarettes or garbage in the bins right outside the hut! (Ok it's a garage but I call in our smoking hut!) I know lots of people smoke so I felt the need to try to accommodate them too! And then we keep the smoke out of the house for the non smokers who are stay.

So now everyone can relax and chill out in our house or in our garage! I hope you will see that we really care about giving our guests a great 5 star stay! If you have any suggestions for us we are open to them. If anything needs to be fixed during your stay just let us know and if it's an urgent matter our handyman will come right over. And if it's not urgent we will get the task on our handyman's list! Our home like everyone's home needs to be maintained. We don't live there so we wouldn't know if something needed to be fixed unless our cleaners come across it.

This is my “little gem” house! It’s the smallest house in my collection that I Airbnb! We also have a 3 bedroom house and a large 5 bedroom house. This is the baby 👶 of them 😝. So if you don’t need a large house but love smaller cozy houses and don’t have a large group or large family then this is the house for you! The house might be small but we work hard to add all the great amenities you need or might need during your stay at the house! We’d love to have you as our guests so please book asap!

The Space

This house may be small (only 670 sq ft) but when I found it I knew I had to buy it to share with others! It’s a small and cozy house in a beautiful neighborhood in Green Bay and only 1/2 a block from Marquette Park! (And also close to the stadium and the new convention center!) The house has great Spectrum internet speed if you need to work from the house! And both the living room and 2 bedrooms have smart TVs with cable!

It’s has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed in it and one bedroom with 2 twin XL beds! It has a full basement with a washer and dryer that guests can use during their stay at the house. It also has a one stall garage that has a smart garage opener that your welcome to use during your stay! (If interested in using the garage during your stay contact me for more info) The garage is nice because you won’t have to worry about scraping off your car In our crazy WI winters. Also you won’t have to worry about moving your car when our plow guy comes!

The house might be small but it’s stocked with ALL the amenities we have in our big houses! This house is just for smaller groups of people. (Single business traveler, a couple, a single person with a couple kids, a couple with a couple kids and 2 couples. The house really wouldn’t work for any larger groups or families. I only have the 2 twin XL beds and the queen bed and there are no more sleeping spaces available in the house. However, if you do need more room we do have other larger houses available so please contact me if you need a larger house or more sleeping spaces! If our other houses are available we can host you at one of those houses! This house is just my "little gem" I purchased for smaller groups!

Guest Access:
You will have the house to yourselves and we have smart locks so you can access the house anytime that works for you after 4pm. If you can’t come until 11pm that’s fine you’ll have your personal keycode for the lock to get in at anytime! (We just like to leave some lights on for you if your arriving in late)

We do sometimes offer early check-ins depending on the situation. If a guest checked out that morning and the cleaners have it cleaned before the time you’d want to check it at then we can allow it.

Now late checkouts are pretty much a no-go because the cleaning team comes from out of town and need to get in and get the house cleaned to have it ready for our next guests. There may be exceptions to this if I’m asked for this in advance but not 10 minutes before checkout because the cleaners would already be on their way to the house!

I love it when guests let me know that they have arrived at the house and all is great! That’s it! I just like to know your all set to go and don’t need anything or have any questions about the house!

I’ve had guests say something didn’t work at the end of their stay and it did work and it was just operating confusion. We work hard to make sure we have everything operating at all times. So if something isn’t work just pop me a message to see if that’s really the case. And that way if it’s not working I can get it fixed ASAP if need by or schedule my handyman to fix it after you check-out.

Other things to note:
We don't allow smoking in the house but we do allow it anywhere outside or in the garage. (There are chairs and an astray in the garage if you want to/need to smoke while staying at the house!

Besides being only 1/2 block away from a park the house is only 1 mile from the Packer Stadium and new convention center. If you don’t mind the walk you can just leave your car at the house and walk to the stadium or convention center. Might take 15 minutes or so!

Two bedroom suite each with bathroom and queen beds. Common area has large 65" Smart TV, large island with granite counter top, couch is turns into a queen size pull out bed, and there is one trundle that has two double beds. Suite sleeps a total of 8 comfortably. Large kitchen also with granite counter tops and all new appliances. Awesome view of Lambeau Field from the large deck. McCarthy Suite was new in 2021.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: We have 2 total bedrooms. 1 King bed in its own bedroom, 2 Queen beds in total, 1 Queen is in its own bedroom and 1 is a pull-out couch. There is also a large pack-n-play in the closet for babies to sleep in as well. The bedrooms all have room darkeningshades too.

Private Sand Beach! You have your own private sand beach. Keep in mind, based on tide of the water, sands beach may be non existent to very large. Typically the beach is large, but cannot guarantee that. The sand beach/water is controlled by mother nature and may have natural items on it such as shells, rocks, driftwood and other naturally occurring debris. Waterfront area has medium sized rocks to protect the shoreline, use caution when going to the water as needed. Staircase is provided for easier water access.

"FAMILY FUN SHED" is our attached garage that has bikes (kids and adult), kayaks, helmets, life jackets, football, frisbees, bag toss, beach , and much more. Pack less in the car and use these amenities instead!

Originally built in the early 1950s, this charming cottage has been thoughtfully renovated over the years, blending modern comforts with distinctive character from its mid-century roots.

Deck: The outdoor deck is a great place to hang out, grill out and let the kids play and run around in the back yard. There is also a fire pit as well. One charcoal grill on site. Must bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.

Parking: Access to this cottage is a small, 1 lane road off the main road. There is parking for 3 vehicles or 2 vehicles and a boat/similar. Your average boat will be ok, space wise. Any large boats over 18 feet, may not fit in the parking space provided. Do NOT park on any grass or the city can write a ticket.

If you are like us and love coffee, you will love our coffee bar! Start with some fresh beans and grind them up. Then, try a traditional drip coffee maker, pour over or Keurig.

If you are indoors, we have a ton of board games to play, kids toys, kids books or enjoy the "classic" console video games!

CLEANING:
- The cleaning fee is to prepare the home for your arrival. Including laundering of all beds, sanitation and disinfection of with shower, toilets, and floor mats, and laundering of towels all for every guest. The cleaning fee covers the proper sanitation guidelines of COVID-19 for cleaning and vacuuming floors, kitchens, and bathrooms. The cleaning fee also includes the organization of rooms and storage areas, inventory check, window cleanings, plus buying and stocking essential items for your stay.

- Upon check-out, do not leave the property destroyed. You will incur additional charges if there are stains and messes beyond a standard cleaning time, if you break or damage items, or if you fail to return items you use back to the original storage areas. This is our family cottage and we like to keep it as nice as possible!

PETS: 1 Dog may be allowed for a fee. Additional dogs may be negotiated.
1. Please do not allow them on the furniture
2. Accidents happen but please disinfect immediately and clean completely.
3. Clean up after your dog on the outside yard and toss in the garbage.
4. We ask that if your dog does bark a lot to not bring them. So we can be respectful to our neighbors trying to enjoy their cottages.
5. If your pet does damage something please let us know.
6. If your dog has a history of peeing inside please do not bring them.
7. If your dog has a history of biting they are not allowed on the property whatsoever, and we do not take any liability for issues.
8. Please either tie dogs up or crate them if you leave for the day so they don’t have accidents inside.
9. We will have a dog water/food dishes, dog leashes and one dog bed.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-Bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid
-You are on a beautiful lake. Birds love the lake too and from time to time will poop in the yard
-Do not park on any grass or in the road, you could get a ticket
-Lot lines are marked with posts. Do NOT cross into neighboring yards or use their docks for any reason
-PLEASE be respectful of the neighbors for noise and outdoor lights on at night. Noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the town and quiet hours are 9pm to 8am Sunday thru Thursday and 9pm to 8am on Friday and Saturday
- No illegal activity including no drugs and no underage drinking.
- The WiFi has been good and reliable. However, please don’t write a bad review because of WiFi access issues.
-Absolutely no smoking inside the cottage. You can smoke on the patio but please keep the area clean of used cigarettes
- No glitter or confetti inside the property and please try and keep sand/water out.
-NO Fireworks to be used on the premises.

Kathryn did some shopping for me ahead of time to get some Green Bay items and also got some additional 'treats' for my son. In addition, the game was Thursday night and it was going to be COLD!! Kathryn knew we were from Florida and made sure we had the supplies to stay warm (hand warmers, neck warmers, blankets!!) She made the trip very special and had treats for us when we returned to the property, a cozy breakfast and a driver to take us to/from the game and to the tour! I highly recommend this gem in the city of Green Bay!"

- "What a location! Everything is within walking distance. Everything a Packers fan or NFL enthusiast would want in a place to stay. Decorated with great taste. Leave time to check out all the memorabilia in the house." - "The check in process was extremely straightforward. The lock for the front door is a little finicky, though. We often had to enter the code more than once and time the turn of the handle just right to get in. But don't panic. It works. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when we first had difficulty with it. The interior of the house is a Packers/sports memorabilia fan's dream. And the location of the house can't be beat. You are a 5 minute walk to Lambeau, The Packers Hall of Fame, and Titletown. There is a great little cafe in Titletown called The Leaps and Bounds Cafe that has incredible breakfasts. There are a few other restaurants in Titletown as well. We never had to drive during our 3 night stay. We will likely make this trip a yearly event....and we will certainly stay here again when we do."

This is one of our smaller comfy 2 bedroom homes. This one sits on one of the main streets in town across from the Green Bay Plaza mall! So if you like being close to all businesses on the west side of Green Bay this is the house for you! You can walk across the street to the strip mall if your looking for something to do. And there is a Bakery next door that I'm sure you will smell during the day. At night when the businesses around the area closed the area becomes really nice and quiet.

My home is licensed for long term (29+ days). MALE guests only. I rent out multiple rooms in the house and guests share the showering facilities. This is an upscale home in a nice neighborhood with all of the required Permits and Licenses. The entire house is professionally cleaned every two weeks. I do not charge cleaning fees, so guests must clean up after themselves. No filthy slobs!

The space
Unfortunately, due to some bad experiences, for this room, I require at least three 5-star reviews from different hosts. I am willing to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. However, under no circumstances can this Airbnb be used:
- as a home office
- to conduct business activities
- for bringing guests/clients to provide services
- to conduct business transactions of any kind
- as a halfway home
- a facility for house arrest, home confinement, or home detention
Only MALE students, traveling medical personnel or employed professionals will be welcomed. This is one of those rare opportunities to stay in a unique upscale house. This a huge +6000 ft² house. The house has central heating and air conditioning. Local TV channels, WiFi high-speed internet, HBO Max, Disney+, Youtube TV and Netflix are included. The room comes with off street parking in the driveway. The house has a nice deck with a grill for your use. No drunks, filthy slobs, snobs, excessive partiers, smokers (inside or out), drug users or sleepwalkers. The owner who is a retired Army officer and is currently a teacher (pictured) lives in the house. There is also a 12-year-old Shiba Inu dog, so no pets, please.

Country ranch home with 1 bedroom availability right on the hwy. We have a hot tub, pool table, great backyard, and more. I work from home and my husband works until 5. Weekends we may be on the go or we may be home but regardless we want you to feel welcome in our home. We are a 30 minute drive from the 3 closest towns of Manitowoc, Appleton, and Green Bay. Please note we do have a young Golden Retriever dog named Gus who will be excited to see you when you arrive but will settle down quickly.

We have a quiet home in the country that so many guests have stated "feels like home" to them. We are empty nesters that enjoy meeting people from all over and would love to have you stay with us.

The space
After pulling into the wooded driveway, you'll be greeted with a parking spot of your own. Ground level, lockable entrance into your own family room. Same level, private bedroom with queen bed, and private bathroom with shower. You will probably see several deer wander by the large windows. A locked door separates our living area from the guest area. The guest area is not used by us after you check-in. We try to be quiet when guests are here, but we do live upstairs so you may hear footsteps, talking, and laughing! Just a normal family going about day to day activities.

Private, locked entrance at ground level. You will have a private bedroom, personal bathroom, private living room, and laundry room. We live upstairs and enter through another entrance. You don't share space with us, but we are available if you want us to be!

Give us a call! We can recommend restaurants, parks, site seeing, and must do's while in town. We are minutes from restaurants/bars ranging from casual to upscale. The area offers lots of outdoor activities including, an awesome zoo, fishing, hiking, biking, hunting. Less than 15 minutes from our doorstep to Lambeau field and the airport.

This 2 bedroom, one bath unit is just a mile from Lambeau Field and the Titletown District! A great place to stay for a game weekend or visiting friends and family in town! Easy interstate access, just off I-41.

No parties allowed. For property protection and to assist with guests there are floodlight cameras at each entrance, a camera in the garage (to enforce no smoking policy), and in the utility area of the basement to monitor consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, soaps, etc).

The space
The town-home is just a mile from Lambeau Field! Right by Titletown District and historic Lombardi Avenue. A great place to stay for a game weekend or visiting friends and family in town! Resch Center and Brown County Arena are just a block past Lambeau Field.


This duplex is the perfect place to stay near the stadium! Two bedrooms; one queen bed, two full beds. One bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The space can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests (2 in queen bed). No parties allowed per Airbnb policy.

Located just under a mile from the stadium you can make the walk in 20 minutes, but during those cold Wisconsin winters you can also grab a quick Uber to the stadium.
Military Ave is right around the corner and is a hot bed for classic restaurants and breakfast spots that put Green Bay's food scene on the map! In this quiet neighborhood you are right off I-41 which can get you to anywhere in Green Bay in no more than 15-20mins! Downtown Green Bay is just a 10 minute drive as well. Be sure to check out the bar scene on Washington St. If you're looking for the classic dive bar you can find a few on Broadway. Our favorite spot is Boehmer's in Howard, about 10 minutes North on I-41.

Whether the trip is for visiting family and friends, events at the Resch Center, or visiting for a game you can make yourself at home!

Please DO NOT flush feminine products, wipes, or anything besides toilet paper. The home has iron pipe plumbing and can be sensitive to paper products.

For stays lasting more than 3 weeks we will coordinate with guests for a cleaning/cleanings during your stay, approximately every 2 weeks to ensure property cleanliness.

Please note the thermostat will be off while the property is vacant to conserve energy. We provide check-in instructions the day before so you can get the property set when you arrive (heats up quick!). If you could be so kind to do your dishes as well, it would be appreciated.

This is our 399 sq ft studio tiny house! It might be small but it has everything you'll need for a great stay! Yes it's tiny but it's super cozy. I've always wanted to own a tiny house and now I let our guests enjoy it! The king bed is in a section of the living room and that's why it's called a studio. The living room, kitchen and bed are all in the same area of the tiny house. The bathroom is a separate room in the tiny house. Do you like tiny houses? If so you'll want to stay here!

The tiny house is a studio which means the bed is in a section of the living room. It's not a separate room in the house. Due to the size of the tiny house we only allow a max of 2 people.

There is a shared drive way used for parking with one parking spot available. There is no overnight on street parking allowed.
It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood neighborhood only 3 miles to Lambeau field or a mile to downtown on Green Bay north end near HWY 43. Not suitable for kids under 8.

The space
The apartment features hardwood floors, arched entryway and crown molding. The house is almost 90 years old and has an older walk through design. There are 2 doors for the bathroom. One to the master bed room and one near the entrance to the other bedroom.
Ample windows supply lots of natural light and blinds and curtains are on all windows for privacy.
Kitchen does have the essentials including pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils. There is a small coffee maker, French press and tea pot.
The apartment is not designed for small children(8 and under). The bathroom only has a corner shower and it is a pub height table in the dining room and there is open stairs at the entry.

There is a tv in the living room with cable.

This is the upper level of an older home that was turned into an apartment. There is a door connecting the 2 levels that does stay locked.

There is no smoking allowed in the apartment.
No parties are permitted.

There is a small seating area that can be used in summer however the backyard is my own private space.
