Greetings from Rick and Renee. Clean, safe and comfortable. Those words really do describe this place. Many of our guest reviews mention how clean the place was when they arrived. We work hard at it. Your comfort and our wish that you have that "feels like home" experience is also a big focus our ours. So, we've made sure that the beds are as comfortable as possible with beautiful comforters and blankets, quality high thread count sheets, quality mattress pads and 6 pillows on the king and queen beds. Our high quality Sealy and Beautyrest mattresses are newer and very comfortable. Both bedrooms are of ample size. You won't need to step over anything in our bedrooms during your stay. There are plenty of places to stash things. The king bedroom has a walk in closet. and a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have black out window curtains.
The kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances and all the tools you'll need to prepare a wonderful meal or simply pop some corn for a movie. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably. There is a microwave of course, an electric kettle, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. We provide Folger's dark roast type coffee with filters, non-dairy creamer and sweatners. There is a coffee grinder there if you want to bring your own beans.
Settle into the living room to enjoy a movie on the 75 in SMART TV. There is also a 45 inch TV in the king bedroom and a 50 inch TV in the queen bedroom. There is a comfortable and large sectional couch and a reading chair in the living room. Both of them are awesome choices for grabbing a good book, a throw and a pillow or two to enjoy some well deserved me time.
Separating the two bedrooms is a laundry closet and a full bath. The laundry closet has a high capacity Samsung washer and dryer. Laundry detergent, bleach, stain remover and dryer sheets are provided. There is a iron and ironing board located in the king bedroom closet or right there with the washer and dryer. The full bath has a shower (with shower wand) over tub and high rise elongated toilet. There is a vanity with sink and a plate glass mirror. Kirkland brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. High quality extra plush white towels are provided as well. You'll find a hair dryer in the bathroom cabinet.
If needed, you'll find a pack & play, a high chair and a baby monitor in the king bedroom closet for your young traveler.
Safety is important too. There is a first aid kit in the bathroom cabinet. There are hardwired smoke/CO2 detectors by the bedrooms and also in the unfinished basement. The fire extinguisher is located in the garage and there is a mini kithen type extinguisher next to the stove top. The exterior garage lights and porch lights go on at dusk automatically and stay on until dawn for your safety and comfort.
This unit is on one side of a duplex. The entry door is on the end of the building and the common wall has really good sound insulation. The two units are separated by two 2 stall attached garages. You aree welcome to use the garage to park your vehicle. The driveway is huge. Guests with boats love it.
The location is awesome with only a 1-2 minute drive to Interstate 43 on the east side of Green Bay. Everything is close here, so being close to the belt line is super convenient. Sturgeon Bay, the county seat of Door County is only 45 minutes away. Lambeau Field is just 14 minutes away. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby. And of course the world famous Uncle Mike's Bakery is at the end of the block just a short walk away.

New Amenities in the house and garage!!

We now have a massage chair available for our guests!! Did you have a long drive to get to our property? Now you can come in and sit back on the zero gravity massage chair and feel like you went to heaven!! The massage recliner has rollers that will roll up and down your back. Come stay with use and get FREE massages on the house!!

The 2nd new amenity is only for smokers. Are you a smoker and hate sitting outside in the heat or cold to smoke? Now we have our new smoking hut just for you!! It's not heated but it's better than sitting outside. In our smoking hut we have a table and chairs that seat 4 and a nice recliner. Go into the hut and sit back and relax and smoke if you want. All we ask is that you dispose of any cigarettes or garbage in the bins right outside the hut! (Ok it's a garage but I call in our smoking hut!) I know lots of people smoke so I felt the need to try to accommodate them too! And then we keep the smoke out of the house for the non smokers who are stay.

So now everyone can relax and chill out in our house or in our garage! I hope you will see that we really care about giving our guests a great 5 star stay! If you have any suggestions for us we are open to them. If anything needs to be fixed during your stay just let us know and if it's an urgent matter our handyman will come right over. And if it's not urgent we will get the task on our handyman's list! Our home like everyone's home needs to be maintained. We don't live there so we wouldn't know if something needed to be fixed unless our cleaners come across it.

This is my “little gem” house! It’s the smallest house in my collection that I Airbnb! We also have a 3 bedroom house and a large 5 bedroom house. This is the baby 👶 of them 😝. So if you don’t need a large house but love smaller cozy houses and don’t have a large group or large family then this is the house for you! The house might be small but we work hard to add all the great amenities you need or might need during your stay at the house! We’d love to have you as our guests so please book asap!

The Space

This house may be small (only 670 sq ft) but when I found it I knew I had to buy it to share with others! It’s a small and cozy house in a beautiful neighborhood in Green Bay and only 1/2 a block from Marquette Park! (And also close to the stadium and the new convention center!) The house has great Spectrum internet speed if you need to work from the house! And both the living room and 2 bedrooms have smart TVs with cable!

It’s has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed in it and one bedroom with 2 twin XL beds! It has a full basement with a washer and dryer that guests can use during their stay at the house. It also has a one stall garage that has a smart garage opener that your welcome to use during your stay! (If interested in using the garage during your stay contact me for more info) The garage is nice because you won’t have to worry about scraping off your car In our crazy WI winters. Also you won’t have to worry about moving your car when our plow guy comes!

The house might be small but it’s stocked with ALL the amenities we have in our big houses! This house is just for smaller groups of people. (Single business traveler, a couple, a single person with a couple kids, a couple with a couple kids and 2 couples. The house really wouldn’t work for any larger groups or families. I only have the 2 twin XL beds and the queen bed and there are no more sleeping spaces available in the house. However, if you do need more room we do have other larger houses available so please contact me if you need a larger house or more sleeping spaces! If our other houses are available we can host you at one of those houses! This house is just my "little gem" I purchased for smaller groups!

Guest Access:
You will have the house to yourselves and we have smart locks so you can access the house anytime that works for you after 4pm. If you can’t come until 11pm that’s fine you’ll have your personal keycode for the lock to get in at anytime! (We just like to leave some lights on for you if your arriving in late)

We do sometimes offer early check-ins depending on the situation. If a guest checked out that morning and the cleaners have it cleaned before the time you’d want to check it at then we can allow it.

Now late checkouts are pretty much a no-go because the cleaning team comes from out of town and need to get in and get the house cleaned to have it ready for our next guests. There may be exceptions to this if I’m asked for this in advance but not 10 minutes before checkout because the cleaners would already be on their way to the house!

I love it when guests let me know that they have arrived at the house and all is great! That’s it! I just like to know your all set to go and don’t need anything or have any questions about the house!

I’ve had guests say something didn’t work at the end of their stay and it did work and it was just operating confusion. We work hard to make sure we have everything operating at all times. So if something isn’t work just pop me a message to see if that’s really the case. And that way if it’s not working I can get it fixed ASAP if need by or schedule my handyman to fix it after you check-out.

Other things to note:
We don't allow smoking in the house but we do allow it anywhere outside or in the garage. (There are chairs and an astray in the garage if you want to/need to smoke while staying at the house!

Besides being only 1/2 block away from a park the house is only 1 mile from the Packer Stadium and new convention center. If you don’t mind the walk you can just leave your car at the house and walk to the stadium or convention center. Might take 15 minutes or so!

Two bedroom suite each with bathroom and queen beds. Common area has large 65" Smart TV, large island with granite counter top, couch is turns into a queen size pull out bed, and there is one trundle that has two double beds. Suite sleeps a total of 8 comfortably. Large kitchen also with granite counter tops and all new appliances. Awesome view of Lambeau Field from the large deck. McCarthy Suite was new in 2021.

- "We stayed here for the Green Bay/Vikings game and we’re able to walk to several restaurants, bars and the game. This place was a GREAT find and exactly as describe online, highly recommended. I only have one recommendation, a 13x9 baking dish. Was going to make a breakfast bake but couldn’t find any baking dishes. Other than that loves the place.
