This newly renovated apartment features an open concept living and modern furnishings with high ceiling and abundant of natural lights. With two living spaces on separate levels, you and your family can enjoy spending time in the space. Only a few blocks away from the 8th street light rail station and bus stops, There are many local shops around the corner and it's on the same block with the Cottage Street Playground. This quiet space is sitting on a one-way street with little local traffic and mostly filled with long term families.

There are a few steps leading up to the front entrance. On the upper level, you will find a full sized kitchen (equipped with keurig coffee machine, an airfryer and other cookwares), a dining area, a living room with comfy sofa, two bedrooms (one is an-ensuite with a king bed & crib; the other twin over full bunk bed) and two bathrooms. On the lower level, there's a game room (one daybed with trundle, two sofa beds), one bedroom (king bed), one bathroom and a laundry room. There are also a desk and chair that makes WFH easy.
