Welcome to this private one-floor house in a quiet residential area. Approximately 800 square feet (74 m2) of space. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom plus a living room and fully functional and spacious kitchen. Convenient and quiet area close to major highways. Not far from Newark Airport (EWR) and New York City. Bus stop three blocks away. Good for families, tourists, traveling workers, interns, etc. No parties, events, or smoking anywhere on the property -- this is strictly enforced.
This is a private single-family house located in a residential neighborhood where families typically live. The house is one floor and a decent size — about 800 square feet (74 m2) of living space. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a 32 inch Roku TV. The living room has a sofa, a 32 inch Roku TV, a work desk and chair. The kitchen includes a dining table, stove, microwave, refrigerator, etc. The full bathroom is just off the kitchen area.
You will have access to the first floor of the home, including a nice and spacious front porch. You will not have access to the basement or the rear yard, which are used by the owner for the owner’s storage.
This is a quiet, residential neighborhood made up of mostly single-family homes. Downtown Perth Amboy and Downtown Woodbridge are both nearby. Shopping and restaurants also in the nearby area. Major highways are easily accessible and the NJ Transit Bus No. 48 is 3 blocks away from the house.
This house is located in an area close to the Garden State Parkway, NJ Turnpike, Route 1 and Route 9, etc. Driving to the house is quite easy. If you don`t have a car, NJ Transit Bus No. 48 stops just 3 blocks away from the house. This bus can take you to Woodbridge Train Station (about a 5 minute bus ride). From there, you can catch a train to New York City. The travel time from this house to Penn Station New York is about 1 hour and 15 minutes in total.

Welcome to our beautiful pool house, located in a small, quiet beach community. Conveniently located just 6 blocks from family-friendly Union Beach, on the Raritan Bay between Keyport and Sandy Hook. Leisurely walk to the beach.
The house is a short drive to other popular destinations including Historic Keyport (5 min drive), Keansburg Beach and Amusement Park/Water Park (10 min drive), Sandy Hook beach and recreation areas (20 min drive), and Six Flags (45 min drive). The location provides easy access to other Jersey Shore beach destinations for convenient day trips. There is also a great park less than a block from the house (just on the corner!), Scholer Park, with a playground, pickle and basketball courts, and more. Take a stroll/bike ride on the nearby Henry Hudson Trail.
The property has a private, heated salt-water pool (complete with hot tub and waterfall) open May through early September. (We may be able to accommodate beyond these dates by request.)
Inside, the house features an open-concept, fully-stocked kitchen and living area with sliding doors that open out onto the deck and outdoor dining area. Steps from the deck lead down to the pool with additional dining and lounge areas.
Off the kitchen is a large dining room with plenty of seating. An optional high chair, booster seat, and children's chair/table set are provided for little guests. There is also a convenient half bath and large laundry room on this floor. The remote-controlled gas fireplace in the living room provides coziness and warmth throughout the seasons.

- "Had to recheck my booking when I discovered it was a basement apartment. I don’t think I would have chosen. It was quite adequate just not to our liking. You can hear toilets flush, babies crying, walking across floor. All quite normal just not to our liking. Handrail needs to be added as we were all well into our sixties and seventies. Lamps and rugs would help tremendously. Completely renovated space just lacking basic amenities." - "Very clean and well updated place. Would have liked a lock on the inside of the room to feel safe in a strange place. (The door locks with key access. I would like a sliding bolt or a chain). It is in the basement and every step from the residents upstairs can be heard. Having a fan to block out noise could help. There were no written instructions for Wifi in the apartment or on check in instructions. We arrived late, and I didn’t want to contact owner. Easy on street parking. Location felt like a nice, safe neighborhood. Just a few small additions and this place will be a great stop before entering the city."

- "Overall the room was satisfactory - the bed was clean and comfortable, and the tv worked. The air conditioner cooled well but was loud. The microwave was missing a knob. The mini fridge worked well, but I could hear every time the compressor went on and off, very noisy. The entire hotel was in the midst renovations, so some things in the room were incomplete. A few places in the walls in the bathroom needed sanding and painting. Some of the furniture was worn as if a dog was gnawing on it. There was a dead fly on the floor. The curtains didn’t close properly because parts were not hooked properly."

Welcome to this private and cozy house, not shared with anyone. The space is about 500 square feet (46 m2) and all on one floor. The house is not large, but it is private and set back from the street. This is a unique spot since it is a private house and there is no one living above or below like in an apartment building. You will have exclusive access to the house during your stay.
The house has one bedroom with a queen bed, and a work desk and chair. The living room has a small 2-seater sofa and a Fire TV. The kitchen is fully functional with ample cabinet space and a round dining table with two chairs. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. The house has basic amenities good for tourists, remote workers, business travelers, students, etc. We keep things simple and offer a competitive price. The amenities that are listed at the time you book the unit are the amenities provided. Please review this list of amenities before booking.
Conveniently walkable location near convenience stores, restaurants, bars, churches, etc. To travel to New York City via public transit (combination of bus and train), the journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Newark Airport (EWR) is about 40 minutes away using public transit. Near major highways like Garden State Parkway, Interstate 287, 440, NJ Turnpike. Staten Island is only 10 minutes away by car.
No parties, events, or smoking of any kind anywhere on the property -- rules are strictly enforced.

Also, guests must leave the apartment in the condition they found it (e.g. no leftover food, nothing that creates a need for excessive or deep cleaning). Please wash all dishes that you use, remove food that you`ve brought in, and discard all trash. Our cleaning fee is lower than most and it covers basic cleaning tasks like washing of linens and towels, vacuuming, etc. The cleaning fee does not cover deep cleaning, excessive kitchen and bathroom cleaning, etc. Thanks for your cooperation!

Very comfortable home with free onsite parking for 2 cars. Guests will have their privacy during the stay.
Located very close to major highways, the property is located 3 mins away (by walk) from the train station to Saint George Ferry terminal (20 min express ride). There is a train that runs every 20 mins in both directions. I will leave a copy of SIR train schedule in the living room.
Very convenient for Manhattan. Brooklyn and New Jersey commuters.
SIR train station is 3 minutes' walk from the property which goes to Staten Island Free Ferry in 20 mins. From Ferry terminal you can take free ferry to downtown or Midtown Ferry for Time Square/Port Authority.
There is SIM26 express bus to midtown Manhattan during weekdays.
S74 and S78 local buses are also on a walking distance.
Plenty of good restaurants are on a walking distance.
Guests will have a bedroom with Queen size bed, a 65-inch TV and plenty of closet space. Extra pillows, sheets and blankets will be provided in the bedroom. Extra space heater and fan will also be available
Essential toiletries like hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner along with extra towels will be provided. Bathroom has heated floors. Hair dryer, humidifier and dehumidifier will be available for guests’ use. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper because it can clog plumbing
Dining table in the kitchen is available for your use. You’re welcome to bring in takeout food to eat in the kitchen. Kitchen appliances like refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and hot water kettle is available. Feel free to use any dishes and cutlery in the kitchen.
I am in the process of setting up a gym in the house which will soon be available for the guests.

It’s a very quiet neighborhood. No loud music please either inside or outside the property at any time of the day. Please do your best to avoid causing any disturbances or inconvenience to others
Please park on the dedicated guest spot designated to you by the host. If you’re planning to have a second car (or a guest with a car) please bring it up and you’ll be assigned a second spot. Please don’t park Infront of neighbors house.
Use of candles is not allowed inside the property.

Airbnb is located in my primary residence where I stay with my wife and kids. We are very quiet and respect the comfort of our guests. Also, the house is custom built with solid materials and lot of insulation. However, there may be times when you hear us walking. I assure you there will be no noise or discomfort to the extent which causes any inconvenience for our guests.
Cooking in the kitchen is not allowed however you’re welcome to use all other appliances in the kitchen except stove.
No loud music, no parties please.
Two set of sanitized shoes are provided to use inside the house. Extra blankets, pillows, towels and napkins will be provided but if you need more, please ask for it.
Early check-in or late checkout will be an option as per cleaner’s availability. Please communicate ahead of time.
