This primely located and newly renovated loft is situated in a quiet neighborhood only 30 minutes from downtown manhattan. Newly renovated, totally private multi-leveled apartment amidst 4 parks, close to the beach, with fully equipped kitchen is in the safe residential neighborhood with small diners, bagel shops, new-American cuisine restaurants and many types of public transportation: regular and express buses and a ferry (which is free!!!).
The apartment is completely private. The only thing that's shared is the foyer/corridor with two entrance doors into apartments: mine (I live upstairs) and yours (first floor). The bedroom has two windows, it is on the street level. The dining area, kitchen and bathroom are 7 steps down. We don't have a railing! Basement has sectional sofa with pull out queen bed, newer washer/dryer, full bathroom, and sauna.

Pool house has separate kitchen and additional full bath.

Of course entire home has TVs, cable, 5G Verizon FIOS internet/WiFi, security system with cameras, all newer working appliances, washer/dryer, etc.

Two-car garage can be used if needed, however there is a circular driveway which can accommodate ~6 cars along and full street parking.

Please note Uber or Rental Car recommended as property is ~20min walk to public transportation.

Guests must be 25 years or older to inquire. Pool will be closed and is off limits, however there is a pool house with full second kitchen that can serve as additional bedroom.

This home was previously rented annually to the same people for the NYC marathon, however they are no longer participating in the marathon so we are looking for a new/similar arrangement.

No smoking in-doors. This is NOT a party house and overnight guests who are not part of booking are prohibited without express consent...

Perfect for temporary relocation, marathon, remodel rental, etc. Home can comfortably sleep 8-10 people.
