This primely located and newly renovated loft is situated in a quiet neighborhood only 30 minutes from downtown manhattan. Newly renovated, totally private multi-leveled apartment amidst 4 parks, close to the beach, with fully equipped kitchen is in the safe residential neighborhood with small diners, bagel shops, new-American cuisine restaurants and many types of public transportation: regular and express buses and a ferry (which is free!!!).
The apartment is completely private. The only thing that's shared is the foyer/corridor with two entrance doors into apartments: mine (I live upstairs) and yours (first floor). The bedroom has two windows, it is on the street level. The dining area, kitchen and bathroom are 7 steps down. We don't have a railing! There is a walk-in closet in the bedroom with it's separate lighting, another is in the dining/kitchen area) The furniture is from IKEA.
