(No one ever came and I never got a response, we stayed 4 nights) Im glad I ended up visiting store to buy cleaning supplies, tissue, paper towels, trash bags,etc... to include laundry detergent and bath towels. I had to wash all bed linens. Imagine doing laundry on the first day, after traveling, while you're supposed to be on vacation. Another thing to note, checkin time on the site is 2pm, but it's actually 3pm. I'm hoping that the next guest has a better experience."

- "Everything is 90% accurate on website. Do not like we had access to theatre room and not one single person knew how to operate it. Love the security levels to get access to our condo. You do not have a pool view. You have the abandon building, with dog poop concrete area with dumpster view. It is not a pool view at all. Minor things to improve/address: all towels smell like mildew, need more kitchen accessories or list them so we can bring, provide a valet cart for luggage/groceries, provide 2 fobs for access to property, and all beds are extremely low (Japanese style) so older folks do not rent as you wont be able to get up without pulling your ACL. Love the parking, details to access condo, owner is super friendly, kind, and courteous, great location of condo of places we had to go, pool was phenomenal, and love the security on premises."
