Notice all the high-fives being given as you pull down the paver driveway. This mountain estate exudes high-quality craftsmanship everywhere you look.

Upon entering into the great room and you'll notice the owner has thought of every detail with furnishings from Restoration Hardware and oversize flat screen television to the enormous, almost floor to ceiling cathedral windows. Prepare a cocktail at the adjacent wet bar while the chef gets dinner ready in the spacious gourmet kitchen. There just might be enough room to host your very own version of Iron Chef here!

The city of South Lake Tahoe has created super strict ordinances against vacation rentals. Big fines for both the renter and owner. Max 2 cars on our property, no street parking, unreasonable noise, no hot tub use between 10pm-8am. Please look up these ordinances online if you are not aware of them.

In response to the City of South Lake Tahoe ordinance on short term rentals, we are operating under STVR License. As per the ordinance, this vacation rental cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable City occupancy is 6 people and 2 cars; over occupancy will be subject to City citation/fine. Please note that we have a strict NO PARTY policy; failure to comply will result in eviction.

- "I stayed at Tahoe Tyrol for 6 weeks. The location is great, only 2'-3' drive away from Heavenly California Lodge, 10' away from supermarkets and stateline. The house itself is very nice, it has a well equipped kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms are quite big, and beds are comfortable. I was working from home the whole time I was there and I had no issues with the wifi. One minor issue is that the smaller bedroom gets a little bit of noise when the heater is blowing air, but it wasn't a problem for me. I would stay there again."

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

- "We LOVED this place and will definitely be back! Very clean, everything you could need in the kitchen, comfortable, cozy, and a good location in the complex close to the lake. We had a day planned at the lake and no one wanted to leave because the house had so many amenities. We had an abundance of dishes in the kitchen to cook with and it was nice to be able to eat together there was plenty of seating. - "The kitchen was fully stocked with all tools and appliances, it was a great cabin. Thank you so much!!!" - "Such a great rental unit. - "I came to Tahoe looking for a month of relaxation, activities, and nature. This house gave me everything I needed. It's a 5 minute drive (if that) to Lake Tahoe Blvd and Pioneer Trail which makes access easy and puts you close enough to the main strip to walk to if you wish. It's a 15 minute walk to the casinos and the shops at Heavenly Village. The community pool was quiet and nice and it includes a hot tub. The house itself was perfect for a homebase. The bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs while the community areas (kitchen, dining room, and living room) are on the 1st floor. The TV included all the streaming options you'd want. The loft has two more beds for young ones or could make do in a pinch for adults who don't demand big beds. I was there for the summer which means the house could get a bit warm with no A/C, even with open windows, but overall it wasn't much of an issue. I would definitely stay here again. I loved the location and the Tyrol community and the property managers were pleasant."
