· Dogs welcome! $35/pet per night (max $200/month per pet). Fees will be adjusted after booking.
· Please let us know at booking if you’re bringing a pet.
· Restricted breeds: Akita, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf hybrids, Presa Canarios, or mixes of these breeds. Any dog with a bite history is also not permitted (for insurance reasons).
· Pet damages/stains may incur additional fees.
· Cleanup required: All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. A $20 fee applies if we must remove pet waste.

The main house shares the backyard. You may see the house guests in the backyard. The house guests also have access to the garage, so you may see them there.

· We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and to respect our neighbors.
· If noise ever becomes an issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us—and we’ll do the same if needed

· We provide starter quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods.
· Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and basic coffee/creamer are provided.

There is no handicap access. There is a flight of stairs to enter the apartment.

💳 Damage Waiver & Fees
- A $69 non-refundable Damage Waiver is required for all reservations.
- Covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage.
- Intentional or negligent damage is not covered and will be the guest’s responsibility.
- Strong odors requiring Ozone treatment (smoke, heavy food, etc.) incur a $500 fee.

There is parking available in the apartment parking lot located directly in front of the unit on a first come first serve system with the first 2 parking in front of the brown fence for guests to use.

Metered parking available on N High St. or 3hr free parking is also located on the corner from 9am-4pm, 6pm-10pm.

- "Great for a short weekend! Everything was great, however they didn’t have a top sheet in the bed, just bottom sheet and comforter. I would recommend having the top sheet and guests can choose how they sleep. " - "The location was perfect for a visit with our student at OSU. It was well appointed with everything you need for a couple of days and was super clean. There was limited parking in back, but we arrived early enough to secure a spot. It was easy to get Lyft or Uber to go anywhere. Lots of great restaurants right there too. The only drawback for me was that it's on Fifth Ave which is a very loud street and the bedroom faces the street. If you're a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs. There is a queen bed and large deskspace in the main bedroom with an additional pull out couch in the living room to fit up to 4 guests. Enjoy the original hardwood floors and comfortable living room. High-speed WIFI and a 50" Vizio Smart TV - login to your favorite streaming services Netflix, Hulu, HBO etc. or use some of the free tv apps. (NO CABLE). The kitchen is fully stocked with dining needs for four, cooking essentials (pots, pans, spatulas, knives, etc), electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy a fresh pot of coffee from our coffee pot and grounds. Free in-unit laundry is provided with detergent and dryer sheets. The flat is secured by electronic keypad that is accessible 24hrs of the day. Parking is available directly outside of the unit on the street and is $3/24hr/car for a guest pass(long term stays only), 3hr free parking is also located on the corner from 9am-4pm, 6pm-10pm for shorter stays.

You will type "1181 Say Ave #1 Columbus, Ohio 43201" in your GPS but it will bring you to the front of the tan condo with the red door. If you're looking at the parking lot, the 1181 Say Ave #1 is on the left of the parking lot with the red door on the first level. To access the unit, walk the red door labeled #1 with the electronic deadbolt on it.

- "This was a wonderful location in Short North! The amenities were great in the unit. I had one incident trying to get into the unit and contacted management. They responded very quickly and were a huge help. It was clearly user error lol. The only thing I wish were different is, it said it slept four. There was only 1 queen bed that slept 2 people and a vintage sofa that did not pull out and only slept 1 person and not very comfortably. Luckily, my party only had 2 ppl and we were able to use the queen bed. Other than that. This was a very good experience and I would definitely stay here again."

This home has a lively environment- I frequently socialize and may have company here from time to time. I will always be respectful of my guests schedule and am never up late on weeknights. So please share your schedule preferences, and I will plan accordingly!

Guest access
Guests are welcome and encouraged to use any of the common areas in the home. I'm a social host and I don't want my guests to feel like they need to be cooped up in the bedroom. That being said; we can have as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You can park around back. Just pull up behind my garage next to my black car as far as you can so the other garages aren't blocked

During your stay
I'm available anytime for questions by phone or text. I frequently socialize and may have company here and there. I will always be respectful of my guests schedule and am never up late on weeknights. So feel free to join me if you're interested in getting to know the area!

Other things to note
If the cats are around, don't worry about them getting out. They are indoor/outdoor and their names are Tula (white) and Jasper (orange). Chavi, the dog, is very relaxed and friendly. He may be excited when you come in, but will listen if you tell him to go lay down. Please be sure your pets are good with other animals! Other than that, furry friends are welcome!

Our "Little Blue" Carriage House is the perfect space for a quiet getaway. Located in Italian Village, you can easily walk to many trendy bars and restaurants like Short North Pint House, Bakersfield, and more!

The other house on this property is also available (Big Blue).

On-street permit parking is required. 1 free permit pass provided.

We host dogs for a $35/day. See allowable dog breeds below.

Pet and parking fees will be adjusted after reservation is made.

The space
This second floor carriage house is an open studio with a queen bed, cozy living room area, dining table, and small kitchen. The smart TV, sans cable service, is set up for your personal streaming accounts. The kitchen comes equipped with basic necessities to cook a decent meal (electric 2 top burner, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, pots, pans, plates, glassware etc.) and has some basic cooking staples (olive oil, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.). There is a full bathroom with a standing shower. The apartment has a laundry closet with a washer and dryer located on the first floor in the garage.

The fenced back patio of the house has a table and chairs and another small seating area. A charcoal grill is also provided, shared with the guests of the main house.

You will have access to the entire studio apartment which has a private entrance. You also have access to the first floor of the garage where the washer and dryer is located. The garage is a shared space on occasions it is rented by the house guests. The fenced-in, rear patio area is shared with the house guests.

For security purposes, we require a photo along with a valid driver's license during the booking process.

Pet dogs are allowed for a $35 fee per dog per day, max $200/month per dog. We will adjust pet fees over 1 day after your reservation is made. Please notify us upon booking if you are bringing your pet pup. Pet damages/stains are subject to additional fees for replacement, etc. For insurance purposes, please confirm your dog is not the following: Akita, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf hybrids, Presa Canarios, or any mix of these breeds/any dog with a bite history.
All pet waste must by promptly removed and disposed of by the pet owner. If feces are left behind, a $20 fee will be charged for cleanup. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests!

The main house shares the backyard. You may see the house guests in the backyard. The house guests also have access to the garage, so you may see them there.

We observe quiet hours from 9PM to 9AM. If there is a noise issue, please feel free to contact us and vice versa, we will contact you.

We provide starter quantities of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods, and laundry pods (typically 2 of each) to help you get started. We also supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience, along with coffee, creamer etc.

For longer stays or if you need more during your visit, we kindly ask that you pick up any additional supplies you may need. This helps us keep our rentals affordable and eco-friendly for all guests. Thank you for understanding.

There is no handicap access. There is a flight of stairs to enter the apartment.

One on-street parking permit for this home at no charge. Additional permits are $5/day.

Guests with allergies and related medical issues and/or sensitivities- we cannot 100% guarantee that the vacation rental is free of pet dander, cigarette smoke, air fresheners/cleaning product scents, or any other elements that may trigger a medical problem or sensitivity.

$69.00 non-refundable Damage Waiver fee is REQUIRED for all reservations. Damage waiver covers up to $1,500.00 of accidental damage. Damages deemed intentional or by negligence will not be covered by the damage waiver and will be the sole responsibility of the guest. If Ozone machines are needed due to strong odors of any sort, a $500.00 fee will be incurred by the guest.
