- "This property had very nice pictures. Upon arriving it was decent. The pictures were a bit deceiving. The master bedroom bed was very unstable. The dryer button to start it was broken but maintenance was quick to come fix it. Once we used the dryer we noticed the clothes weren’t drying at all. This was very inconvenient as we were washing clothes for our trip home. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work at all. For the amount we paid I thought it would have been a tad bit better. "

The space
Welcome to your stay at this beautiful north Columbus retreat. When you arrive at this lovely home you will find a spacious drive with a 3-car garage for all your parking needs. The front entrance welcomes you to an open foyer that is nestled between the elegant dining room and the office/poker room. The ground floor of this 3-level home also contains a thoughtfully designed living room that is open to the well-equipped chef’s kitchen with dinette, ½ bath, and a mud room off the garage entrance.

The basement contains a home theater room that doubles as a bedroom with a queen size daybed/sofa which has a pullout full size bed underneath. Just off the theater/bedroom is a beautiful full bath, making this bedroom its own suite. Across from the basement theater/bedroom is a nicely equipped gym (don’t skip leg day!) that also has a ping pong table for some inside fun.

The upstairs has 4 inviting bedrooms. There is a large master bedroom with a full bath featuring a very deep soaking tub and separate shower. There is an additional king-bed suite with a full bath and two more bedrooms that are conjoined by a jack-and-jill bath that has 2 double sized beds in them each.

The main attraction of your stay will be the incredible outdoor oasis with an amazing pool. As you step out of the back sliding glass doors you are greeted by a large patio featuring an outdoor fireplace nestled in front of a cozy sofa and outdoor dining table. Just beyond the patio is the oh so inviting zero-entry heated salt water pool. Next to the pool is another outdoor sofa covered by a relaxing pergola that has string lights that run along the pool deck and around the pool. The pool deck also has plenty of loungers for soaking up those glorious rays. Next to the pool is a kid’s playground for hours of entertaining and tiering out the little ones.

It's possible to forget that you are just minutes from all the city’s action while you are making yourself at home in this beautiful retreat. But don’t! there is so much to enjoy in Columbus and surrounding communities. You will be only a few quick minutes to downtown. Take in the Short North’s incredible selection of restaurants and bars. Your space measures approximately 7 ft. x 11 ft. 6in. in case the pictures don't offer enough scale. The windows don't open but fans and a dehumidifier are available as needed. Most guests do not find the need.

The Artisan is located on the second (top) floor of our mixed-use residence, which is also a home base for our custom upscale portrait photography business. Both The Artisan and the studio are two independent units and has its own dedicated entrances opposite side of each other. The first floor (lower) is occupied by a trusted full-time tenant. You will have a dedicated parking space, followed by a short walk to the unit. Along the way, you'll pass along a concrete pathway, a wooden deck, and ascend a dedicated staircase with 12 steps leading to the entrance of the unit.

One parking spot is provided for our Artisan guests. A second spot can be arranged if you are traveling with two vehicles, but please notify us at the time of booking for availability. If we are informed on the day of arrival, we cannot guarantee the availability of a second spot; therefore we highly recommend traveling in one vehicle.

The Artisan currently does not include outdoor amenities, but we are just minutes away from some of the city's most popular parks, trails, and shopping districts.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs and offer a restful place to recharge, while the main floor includes a functional kitchen, a half bath, and a relaxed living area. It also has a den with desk space if you need a quiet place to get some work done.

Guests do have access to the unfinished basement with a full washer and dryer and another fridge for extra storage.

Guests are able to enjoy the entire home except for one room at the top of the stairs to the right. This room is used for storage by the owner and is off limits.

There is one space in the garage and space in the driveway for cars. The garage door opener will be left on the kitchen table. Please remember to leave the opener on the table when you leave.

There is no need for a carbon monoxide detector because it is an all electric home. No gas supply to home.

Most TVs in the house are smart TVs. They all have Roku sticks incase the TVs do not have the app that you are looking for.

Inside on the left of entry door, you will find a newly carpeted living and dining space with a Ashley Arlis Gray Sofa and a Loveseat, 60" Aldridge Gray Oak TV Stand a 50” Onn TV, a Harlow 6-Piece Padded Dining Set with Bench decorated with runner. On the right side of the entry door upon entering, you will find a walk in closet and a powder room.

As you look from the dining space, you will also see a pristine tile floored kitchen stocked with utensils and vessels ranging from pans and pots to coffee station to a milk frother, of course, along with the basics like a Stainless Steel 3 door Maytag Fridge, GE Microwave top Maytag Electric Oven and a GE Dishwasher.

The kitchenette has been redefined into a lounge space with a premier gray leather recliner love seat to have a relaxing beverage or just enjoy the backyard. The last livable space in the first floor is a wood floored fire place room with another Ashely Arlis Gray 3 seater to rejuvenate.

The basement is fully finished and carpeted 2 compartment area with a ton of space for kids to play. It also has the ironing table with a black and decker steaming iron. The washer, dryer are in the semi finished part of the basement.

The 2nd storey has 4 bedrooms with king bed in the wood floored master and queen beds in the remaining 3. Master also has an attached bathroom with a double closet door.

All in all, there is enough space for seating, luggage and recreation.

As you approach this home you will enter the courtyard where you’ll find a private garden full of perennials, roses, herbs, grapevines, and even a couple of tomato plants. Just over the view of the fountain you’ll find a shaded pergola with a sitting area and small bar for preparing evening cocktails. The space
Welcome to your stay at this beautiful north Columbus retreat. When you arrive at this lovely home you will find a spacious drive with a 3-car garage for all your parking needs. The front entrance welcomes you to an open foyer that is nestled between the elegant dining room and the office/poker room. The ground floor of this 3-level home also contains a thoughtfully designed living room that is open to the well-equipped chef’s kitchen with dinette, ½ bath, and a mud room off the garage entrance.

The basement contains a home theater room that doubles as a bedroom with a queen size daybed/sofa which has a pullout full size bed underneath. Just off the theater/bedroom is a beautiful full bath, making this bedroom its own suite. Across from the basement theater/bedroom is a nicely equipped gym (don’t skip leg day!) that also has a ping pong table for some inside fun.

The upstairs has 4 inviting bedrooms. There is a large master bedroom with a full bath featuring a very deep soaking tub and separate shower. There is an additional king-bed suite with a full bath and two more bedrooms that are conjoined by a jack-and-jill bath that have 2 double sized beds in them each.

The main attraction of your stay will be the incredible outdoor oasis with an amazing pool. As you step out of the back sliding glass doors you are greeted by a large patio featuring an outdoor fireplace nestled in front of a cozy sofa and outdoor dining table. Just beyond the patio is the oh so inviting zero-entry heated salt water pool. Next to the pool is another outdoor sofa covered by a relaxing pergola that has string lights that run along the pool deck and around the pool. The pool deck also has plenty of loungers for soaking up those glorious rays. Next to the pool is a kid’s playground for hours of entertaining and tiering out you little ones.

It's possible to forget that you are just minutes from all the city’s action while you are making yourself at home in this beautiful retreat. But don’t! there is so much to enjoy in Columbus and surrounding communities. You will be only a few quick minutes to downtown. Take in the Short North’s incredible selection of restaurants and bars. See the Blue Jackets at Nationwide arena or the Crew in the brand-new soccer stadium. Catch a Clippers baseball game at Huntington Park. You are also not far from The Ohio State University.
