It is a one bed flat with two double beds where used to be the living room. Therefore living room is not provided. However, there is a dining area that accommodates easily 4 people. Bathroom has all you need such as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen ware is provided but only the basics. We suggest you bring your own stuff if you are a champion baker or a pro cook. Iron, iron board and hair dryer is provided as well.
Bear in mind that this flat is within a community of normal nice neighbours. This means that we expect you to be polite and respectful. IMPORTANT NOTE: We strictly do not accept bookings from large non-family groups (folks coming to the area to party!). I have had to remove guests in the past, police involved, etc and have measures in place to prevent this from occurring again so please do not try to book unless you are the right type of guest.

As with all of our properties my objective is to provide somewhere, I would want to (and routinely do) stay with my children. Good quality furniture, linen, towels and soft furnishings are provided throughout and brand new Silentnight memory foam mattresses are provided on all beds with mattress protectors.

It's all about location with this bungalow, being in a really quiet street in the lovely Westhill, Aberdeenshire neighbourhood yet only a short drive to the city/Aberdeen and the house also comes with a free off-road driveway parking spaces for 2 vehicles plus free onstreet parking for guests to use during their stay.

The layout is from entering the front door; the lobby, king and double bedrooms with bedside cabinet/lamps, large built-in wardrobes/hangers, ample drawer space in chest of drawers to the left, bathroom with combination boiler fed mains powered shower, straight on and dining lounge and fully equipped kitchen.

The whole place is very bright with plenty of windows allowing natural light in with lovely views of the mountains, including Clachnabenn in the distance. The main living space has natural wood flooring laid to form a lovely modern open plan dining and lounge space. This forms a great communal and interactive area to dine, socialise and relax in.

The dining lounge has modern yet comfortable leather 2 and 3 seter sofas with large side and coffee tables, a modern feature lamp, Smart TV with NETFLIX, etc for chilled out evenings in.

Our focal point designer modern Italian glass dining table sits 6 with super comfy dining chairs.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, cafeteria and toaster. Also has a washing machine (with detergent) with iron/ironing board, cleaning products/utensils. It is very well equipped with a good range of pans, casserole dishes, a slow cooker, etc.

A selection of tea, coffee, sugar etc is provided.

A good quality hairdryer is also provided.

There is a king and double bedroom, each able to sleep 2 persons, therefore, the maximum capacity is 4 adults. There is also built-in wardrobes in each bedroom so there is plenty of storage for those wanting to stay longer durations with more personal belongings.

NOTE: Unlike many serviced accommodations we have central heating controlled by our guests using the HIVE control system to maintain a cosy temperature, NOT ones which switch off after 2 hours so places can get very cold when going out of the place for a few hours or every night.
