The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is in the middle of Edinburgh airport and city center so easily accessible if you need to get to the airport or city center. Our lovely home is in a great location at the west side of Edinburgh, only 10 mins tram ride from city centre or 15 mins from airport with bus(24/7 service) or tram. The neighbourhood is tucked away from the main traffic but has excellent public transport links to city centre attractions. The bus stop is just 5 mins, the tram stop is 8 mins walk from the house. Gyle shopping park or Tesco Superstore is only 10 mins away.

Your private room has a double bed and built in wardrobe with plenty of space for your luggage and clothes. You will have your own TV with freeview and Netflix, plus free wi-fi.

The bathroom is next to your bedroom and you will share it only with us. We provide towels, shampoo and shower gel. Our bathroom has a big corner bath with rain shower head.
We have a well-equipped kitchen where you can make coffee, tea or some quick meals for yourself. We have a coffee machine and large variety of teas that you can use.
You can also enjoy our beautiful, private garden any time you like. It’s south facing which means we have the sun all day.

We have a living room but we use it as a work/office space for ourselves so is not accessible for our guests.

The new house is 20 min away from city with car ,with train you are 12-15 min away from city centre, bus and train station 2 min away,Napier University is 11 min away ,shopping mall with lots of shops 3 min walking and cinema is 2 min away!!! Ground floor of a maisonette, front door is up the path at the side, one step to get in, no stairs inside. One shared bathroom and kitchen. There is a conservatory with a table, and garden. Living room and additional sitting space, no dining room.
In a quiet area, close to direct bus routes to the city, Leith, hospitals, and airport. Tesco Metro (small), Majestic wine shop, and pharmacy 5 minutes walk away. Many restaurants and some pubs close by in Corstorphine, short bus trip away and walkable too. No pets and no smokers/vapers. Cat has full wander of the house.

Guest access
Door is at the side of house up the path. Pink key safe with yellow neon strips is by front door on right hand side under the bell. There may be 2 keys, only take 1. The code will be given closer to the time of check in, on the day = 3pm. NO morning check-ins, from afternoon only but you can leave your bag in a large storage box in the rear garden if you get here early, or want to leave it after check out.
To unlock the front door, turn the handle down. When locking the door inside and out, lift the handle up. Please put the key back in the key safe on checking out by 10am.

When inside, if a door is open, the room is for shared use. If a door is closed, it is private.
All doors can close easily and gently, please close gently as others may be sleeping or relaxing.
All items in the home should remain in the home on departure.

The room is paid per person and if you book for one, then a second person wants to stay, you must let me know in advance that you request an another person. If approved, you will need to change the booking to pay for two people.

Please close all doors gently, particularly gentle before 8am and after 10pm as I may be in bed, and there may be another guest in the other room.

Late check in and early check out are completely fine. An email with a guestimate of a time coming in and going out would be appreciated.

If you are getting the train, Haymarket is closer to get off at than Waverley then #12 or #26 bus from station. Airport bus #200 is 24 hours to very near me to Drum Brae Drive library hub.

Lovely sunny room with views over a nice park. A perfect base for exploring the city, 5 minute walk to buses, local bars and restaraunts, close to MURRAYFIELD STADIUM and the zoo.We enjoy the best of both worlds here as the area of Corstorphine retains a lovely village feel but we are only a 10 minute bus ride to the city centre.
The park directly opposite our home has a lovely cafe where you can sit outside if sunny.

This is a cosy bedroom in a nice quiet area of Edinburgh close to the Airport. It is a very safe area and I can appreciate that is important to a lot of people. Full access to all amenities in flat such as kitchen/washing machine/lounge with 55inch tv with Firestick and Netflix and your own bathroom with toiletries provided as I use my own ensuite.
Breakfast provided - Overnight oats or cereal / toast/local jam.
I am a very laid back host and am often out so make yourself at home.

(You need the exact money or each person uses a separate credit card) Murrayfield indoor ice rink, the Zoo, botanic gardens, many free art galleries and museums, ghost tours, visit Edinburgh's disgrace and admire the view of Edinburgh from Calton hill or climb aboard the royal ship Britannia, climb the Scott monument, walk to the highest point in Holyrood park, Arthur's Seat, and stroll along Portobello prom or picnic on the beach. If you love a swim a Sunday wild takes place every week. With a 15 minute bus journey to Murray field rugby stadium the choice is yours.
There is also the benifit of spotting Highland cattle in the pentland hills, a 25 min bus journey and a walk away at Swanston Farm. Then a bus 30 min bus journey will take you into town.
