- "My sister's and I stayed at this unit for three weeks, the flat is spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was well set up with everything one would need. The unit has two near by bus routes that were extremely easy to use. The only real area of concern was the trash bins, they were overflowing and mixed up. I think it would help immensely if the Management company could do up a list of basic instruction for the unit. Explain the colour coding of the bins and instructions on where to look for the various collection days, and how to turn on the heat if needed. It would also be nice, especially for long stays, if there was an extra set of sheets for each bed. Overall, this is an excellent flat and the neighbours are all nice."

The flat is our home which we occupy during vacation from our home in Tacoma WA. I’ve always fancied living in the UK and Scotland is lovely.

The top oven is simple. just turn it on.

- "There is mould & dirt in both bathrooms, on the lino flooring & in the walkin shower. Carpets are covered in stains in every room & should be replaced. The freezer is so compacted with ice that only one drawer can be used. The "comfy" couch is totally worn out & needs replacing, baseboards in kitchen have been removed for the washing machine & never put back. Flat had not even been vacuumed for our 23 day stay there. On entering the apartment, you are met with a spacious hallway which leads off to the other rooms in the apartment. Three bedrooms are carpeted with a light modern grey carpet and painted with light and airy tones. The master bedroom has a laminate floor, as does the living/kitchen area. There are 4 bedrooms 3 of which have double beds and 1 which has a single bed. The master bedroom has an attached en-suite. There is also a separate family bathroom which comprises of toilet, shower and sink.

The apartment has a large open spacious integrated kitchen, dining/lounge area. The kitchen comprises of fridge/freezer, induction hob, integrated oven, kettle, microwave, toaster and washing machine all for your basic needs.

- "Suzy and the BNB Guru team were great. The property was easy to book and they were very easy to communicate with. The pictures looked great, there were no reviews and the property was a "new listing". Upon arrival, the check in process was very easy and the 1st floor apartment was very accessible through a trashy and sticky stairway. Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty and it smelled terrible. I think that something had recently been cooked in the apartment the did not smell favorable. The floor was sticky throughout. The carpets were dirty, stained and crusty. The toilets were dirty. They had been wiped but were not clean. The counters and kitchen table had crumbs left on them. The refrigerator and kitchen appliances were clean and functioned properly and there was a nice selection of coffee, tea and Biscoff left for us. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. We spent the first of the three nights booked, bathed in the very nice shower stall and checked out to find other accommodations. The downtown location was an issue for us and absolutely no fault of the BNB Guru team. We were trying to be adventuresome with our choice of property but learned that we are not city people. I let the BNB Guru team know that we were leaving early but didn't inform them of our dislike of the cleanliness of the apartment. We took the trash out and left without regard for the cost of the rental. We found a hotel South of the city in a quaint little town. It was lovely"

Spacious bedroom with a desk for you to use as a workspace & a big wardrobe to put your stuff inside. The flat is 2 minutes away from the trainstation which is 5-15 mins travel to Glasgow Central.

Very nice and quiet place away from airport noise and landing and take off track. Just 10 mn walk from terminal. All other facilities are within walking distance, shops, pubs, university and city centre. This is an ideal place for tourists students, business people, professionals and odds hours flights transit. We have a key box at the entrance of the property for self check in and out. There is a key box at the entrance to respect social distancing. Secure self check in.

Recently refurbished traditional first floor tenement flat located on the main road into the heart of Paisley close to all amenities, such as shops, parks, bars and tourist attractions. There are 2 local train stations that go to Glasgow, Canal Street is a 2 minute walk and Gilmore Street only a 10 minute walk away, Glasgow airport also only a 10 minute drive depending on traffic. The flat can comfortably accommodate 4 people and is suitable for business, couples, families and solo travellers.
